I am completely impressed with this airport service! It was my first time leaving from Waterloo to Pearson airport (I typically take Red Car from Guelph), so I was a little unsure about timing, traffic issues etc. So it was really comforting to be able to reach the driver by text ahead of time to work out the details. When there was freezing rain, the driver decided to arrive early, texting me first thing. I chose this company primarily because it is woman owned, as I suspected they would ensure a safe ride for my son. Indeed, they purchased a new car seat for the occasion. Our drive was early, professional, friendly and an interesting conversationalist! I will certainly be using this service again, and recommending it to my family in Waterloo.

My family used JIT Transport for airport transfer drive from YYZ to Kitchener. Our driver Erkan was fantastic! Will use the service again. Highly recommended from booking to travel.

This service is excellent. Unlike other services, you can book a day before you need a ride. I had to cancel once and getting the money back was straightforward. No issues. It’s my ride of choice.

My wife and I were recently traveling back from NYC, on a flight that was repeatedly delayed after our driver had already arrived at the airport. Being such a short flight, our poor driver was essentially stuck at the airport waiting for us. But he did so unbegrudgingly, met us with promptly with a cheerful disposition when we finally arrived and provided us with an easy and stress-free final leg of our journey. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Writing another review. I used JIT’s service in January, 2023 for YYZ and as always JIT team was up to the mark. Drop off and Pick up drivers (Baret and Murat) were very punctual, friendly, and professional. I am definitely choosing to be a permanent client of JIT.

Was very grateful to have booked JIT Transport to pick us up from Pearson International Airport as there was a snowstorm in progress when we landed. Barrett (our driver) was waiting for us and got us safely back to Waterloo in spite of the conditions. The service is definitely worth it when you compare costs, time and convenience of alternative transport. We will definitely book JIT again on our next trip!

I recently used JIT transport for travel to and from Pearson airport and I couldn't have been happier with them! We use JIT at my work and it was much more affordable than Airways Transit. I received clear communication about the pick-up time, and was contacted by the driver in advance. When my flight home was delayed, the driver was easy to contact and was able to accommodate my new itinerary. Using JIT was a fantastic experience and I'll definitely be doing so again!

Barrett drove us home from Pearson last night in the rain and freezing rain. Had to wait for us. Excellent driver, courteous and very personable. Arkan drove us in and was excellent too. Would definitely use Jit again.

We used JIT for our transport from Stratford to Pearson Airport a few weeks ago. Erkan to Toronto and Ahmet back to Stratford. Very impressed with both of these individuals. Our flight was delayed 9 hours returning to Toronto and Ahmet was on top of the situation waiting for us. We will definitely use JIT again in the future!

Our driver Sam picked us at 3am and drove us to the Hamilton Ontario airport. The rain was heavy and the fog was dense however he drove through this mess very efficiently and safely. It was a very pleasant ride under very difficult condition.
We would hire this company again and recommend that anyone who needs transportation to an airport hire this company

Our family of 4 used JIT Transport for roundtrip airport runs from our home in Breslau to YYZ and back over the Christmas holidays. We had the same driver both times. The communication was great and the service was excellent. We would definitely use JIT again!

I had a great experience with JIT with service from Waterloo to Pearson. My flight times were very inconvenient, requiring early morning transportation, and I experienced significant delays in the return flight. The service was professional and easily accommodated the flight issue. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Wonderful service! Reliable and very kind drivers. My flight time changed multiple times, and the driver tracked my flight and was there to meet me as soon as I was outside. I use JIT every time I travel and will continue to do so in the future.

I'm highly suspect of seeing only 5 stars. When i booked, i was unable to reach anyone on the phone after many tries. This was red flag number 1. I ended up booking it online and received a "confirmation" email and I also read where a said driver would make contact the day before. This is the first time using this service. Nobody contacted me the day before so i tried to reach them both email and phone calls. Nobody answered emails and i only got an answering machine twice. Now it's the day of the pickup and i'm waiting outside and i had a very bad feeling after 15 minutes. I waited 35 minutes past my pickup time before calling and once again, only got an answering machine. I went back inside to write email again AND call again. No response and left messages. I go back outside just in case and finally a person calls me and said he's on the way. It's now 45minutes late and i'm still arranging for another way to get to the airport because i don't trust them at this point.almost 1 hour late, the car shows up and the driver makes up stories.

I did make my flight but i will certainly NOT be using them ever again. The only thing that saved me was that i was travelling during covid and heard about nightmare lines at the airport so i arranged to be at the airport many hours early. It's weeks later now and nobody has responded to my emails or anything. It was a bad weather, so much time delayed but our driver Ahmet manage to track the plane arrival and wait for us for a couple of hours. When we came out to the arrival area he showed up quickly, he's very professional driver and cool, I feel safe, he was trying to help to carry our luggage but we don't have that much.
He offered chocolate, it was so yummy. I noticed there's a drinks on the car but I don't know it was meant for us I'm not thirsty anyways. (If I do, I'm gonna ask for it)
Oh yeah before I forget, Amhet also gave us a detailed description of the car, with the license plate, color, type of car, terminal and section to meet and all that and he kept on communicating with us.
Car rent is not that expensive, one thing I don't like is the car refresher or the perfume.too strong for me (not to mention my nose is very sensitive to perfume) that makes me feel a little bit dizzy, I love to smell the lemon scent a bit but not that strong.
Other than that, out experience in JIT Transport was awesome, and definitely I will recommend it to a family or friends.

I reserved a limo in Waterloo for our Toronto trip. Everything was great! We reserved a private minivan, it was clean, came on time and the driver was lots of fun for the kids, and they enjoyed the chocolates offered by the company:) Everything about the JIT Transport was great. I've used JIT Transport several times for getting to and from YYZ. They've always been on time, quick to respond to inquiries, and fairly priced. Definitely recommend!

I have had 90% good service with this company. Only once did I panic because my ride was late 45 mins at Pearson Airport, but they did show up and apologized. One time I left my sweater in one of their vehicles and they got it right back to me when they picked me up. Very friendly drivers and reliable. The only complaint I have is the price hikes. Every time I book it goes up by $10 or more.

Pickup at airport was simple, fast and efficient. Bottled water and candies in the car where a nice touch.

We have used JIT the last few times when we have returned to Kitchener from travels in Costa Rica. Last year the return was during one of the worse ice storms of the winter, and our driver was very cautious and courteous on the return trip from Pearson. Highly recommend this transportation company, and look forward to using you again on our next return in 2020.

We just used JIT Transport for the first time to transport my wife and myself and my brother and my sister in law. I have always driven myself before because of the cost for 4 people at two pick up and drop off locations, but after making arrangements with JIT and having Berat as our driver, they will be my choice from now on. Even with a 12 hour flight delay that pushed our return flight to the middle of the night, there was never a hiccup, with terrific communication from my original contact to Berat being in constant contact during our delay with his assurance that whenever we arrived, he would be there to get us. Absolutely the most professional most courteous and reliable door to door service we have ever used. In addition, the service is fully reliable and on time for pickup at home or at airport. At airport, whether flight is early or late they will be there. In addition we use JIT for transportion to and from our entertainment and social events. Costs are very reasonable. Very bad customer service.i called to adjust my appointment and they asked me to contact the driver so whats the point of having a customer service line if they will ask me to coordinate myself.and the worst thing is that the guy on the phone decided to cancel the trip one day before the trip because he dose want to put the efforts to coordinate the change.soo unprofessional.not worth it just go for Uber.

Great service! Pick up from St. Jacobs to Pearson airport was flawless, friendly driver, very professional.
We had to be picked up at 11pm at the airport a week later, our flight came a little early and the driver was there within 2 min of calling! Our vacation started right from home. No driving to the airport, parking the car, then shuttle. Best experience we ever had, especially in winter months.

These guys were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They were on time when they picked us up at home and at the airport. Had no problems with them and highly recommend them. I will use them again.

JIT taxi was early in arriving. The driver Fikret is indeed a very pleasant man. The journey from waterloo to pearson seemed so short because Fikret and myself were discussing very relevant issues time ran out! IFikret also keeps an assortment of sweets and bottled water for his passengers. I will recommend JIT anytime

The first time I used them for our company travel everything was great. They were on time and the communication was great.

Once we created an account with them and were heavily relying on them for airport drop offs and pick ups, they completely dropped the ball. They didn't confirm our booking which meant that no one was available for pickup at the time we requested and even after they confirmed that the airport pickup is very clear and that there would be someone picking our team members up from the airport, no one was there. No number.the main phone number on the website couldn't connect you to someone since "all agents are busy" and you had to leave a message.

We also had someone flying in for an interview and the driver didn't plan for the traffic coming into Toronto and was 30 minutes late.

It has great potential but is definitely not there yet and if you're in a hurry and are relying to be on time - JIT won't get your there in time.

This was my second time to Canada on vacation. I was here to enjoy my holiday and felt like the JIT driver was the one to make my day on arrival by being punctual and helpful. I really appreciate their service.

Booked JIT for trips to Pearson and back to Kitchener within the same weekend. Both times I could contact a real live person through the phone (press ext 0) Both drivers were excellent and on time. Would recommend this company over other services.
