The food was good, maybe a little pricey. Burger patty seems like a frozen one. A nice spot that I'll go to again at some point to try something other than the burger.

Been around since i was young and they still have it all the same, that's what i like most, they haven't tried to change things.

I ordered the cheese burger with fries. This was the best burger I ever had. The burger was a fair size.
The fries were great. Both tasted healthy with no greasy taste. I would recommend this place. Looking forward to trying other food on the menu. The prices are quite reasonable.

Love this place by far jj's is our favourite place to eat, the food is home and the staff are professional and friendly and respectful.

Ummmm Why do the sheep still go to McDonald's? You could get a " Real Burger" here.and less expensive! A+

Excellent food and service. Never a disappointment. The menu is great. Only wish I could try all of it. So far, everything is fantastic.

Get food here quite often… never had the fish and chips. Tonite I tried the halibut and chips and they were the absolute best.

I don’t recommend the hot burger at all. I was poorly described what it is, it’s quite literally 2 pieces of bread, with burgers on top, then a handful of fries all doused in gravy. The burger and bread is soggy and the entire thing lacks flavour and best of all it all came up to a whopping $20…

Excellent food and plenty of it. Friendly staff and obviously good at their jobs. I have yet to have a bad experience here. If your in a rush make sure to order ahead because this place is busy. A true gem.

Big portions for price point! Owners are friendly and welcoming! Newfie fries were delicious!

OMG I love their club house sandwich and spicy fries. I swear to God that it was absolutely perfect.it's a hard sandwich to make and JJ'S kill it every time. The staff are amazing and make you feel like you are at home. It's such a great place to eat. My husband loves their burgers. So you need to dine here. I promise you won't regret it

I'm so happy for places like this existing. The food is good and familiar. Better Burgers than whatever chain is around.

Had a burger and Newfie fries tonight, burger was great but the newfie fries are disgusting. They are supposed to have stuffing mixed In but they just seem to sprinkle the stuffing mix on top and it makes it dry. I ended up throwing it out.

Ordered the Cheeseburger combo and it was excellent. Very tasty and the gravy on the fries was superb.

Honestly one of the best souvlaki I’ve ever had and the restaurant is so old school. I love the community feeling it has. I went to roseneath and got a bunch of herbs
