Many of the younger and new staff at the store don't seem to understand customer service and how to handle situations that come up. I had to return a product because they sold you the wrong one. I learned online that the glue they sold me was way to big for my needs and needed a caulking gun to dispense it. I went back and with my son's help we bought the smaller tube which worked perfectly.
I later had a phone conversation with Gillian, the manager. She made excuses for the new staff and was not concerned with reviews or one persons' opinion.
I hope that the OWNER sees this review as Gillian seems in over her head.

This is our go-to hardware store. We always come here to have our questions answered. Lots of friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to help, and if they don’t have what you are looking for they will refer out as needed to other stores. Majorie at the contracting desk helped us design our deck and answered all our questions about building and maintaining it. We will be back again and again.

I am delighted with the service at this store. Dakota who answered the phone arranged for the product that I needed was delivered the same day into their store.
