5 STARS all around. My engine light went on as I was driving to work and had to pull off the highway. Did a Google search for local mechanics seeing I wasn’t from these parts. First guy said “next week” which didn’t help me. Second mechanic was you guys and took me right away. An hour later I was back on the road. Problem fixed. Reasonable pricing and great service! I went there for a brake job they could have very easily done a great job and charged me for it but they told me you do not need brakes you've got plenty of pad left don't bother so they were honest

The only place I trust! Hands down the best service and something more important HONESTY! Very rare to find a mechanic that is completely honest and does so much extra to keep you safe on the road. If you ever have the pleasure of dealing with Steve you will know exactly what I’m talking about!

JNB was my go-to mechanic shop for several years, and I only stopped visiting because I moved elsewhere. The staff is friendly, rates are very reasonable, they are fairly timely with their repairs and their waiting room is fairly neat and clean.

I did come across a few issues, however: I had requested an emissions test but it wasn't completed, and I had to return to have it completed; while completing ball joint and brake repairs my passenger door was slightly dinged and scuffed, but they buffed out the scuff; and the ball joints they did replace required an adjustment only five months later, which was apparently too soon.

I would return to this shop, but after my experiences, only for minor repairs.

Incredibly honest people, I had an issue where my dealer wanted to charge $8k for a fix. Upon recommendation from a family friend I took the car to these guys for second opinion, and within 40 minutes they let me know the supposed issue was a non-issue. I plan to be using their services much more.

Been going to JNB for years with my own 2 vehicles and Family vehicles. The Service JNB provides is beyond satisfactory. Steve is always communicative and providing the best cost for everything. The work is done fast, efficient & if there is any issues - Always looks after the problem.

WORST PLACE TO EVERY…. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED… CAM IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND VERY LAZY WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS! WAITED TWO HOURS JUST TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT MY CAR …DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WHATSOEVER NONE AT ALL…. I HAVE TO CONTINUE TO HUNT HIM DOWN WHEN IT CAME TO AN ESTIMATE THEN HE WASNT TO CATCH AN ATTITUDE WITH ME……TAKE YOUR CAR AND BUSINESS ELSE WHERE…DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE! PERIOD

Absolutely top notch service. Noticed everything I needed to be done, option on what work to actually get done was completely up to me and they were flexible with price and payment. As someone who usually does most car work themselves this place makes me feel confident my car is getting proper service

Used to be very good place when JNBwas small shop but its busy and you have to wait long time. At time goes people change n their trust.

Heard a knocking in my engine. I pulled in the shop and they helped me even if they were going to close in 20 minutes. The mechanic was concerned about getting my vehicle back to normal more than leaving the shop. I would return and recommend them to others.

I just got my BMW serviced to replace the valve cover gasket and the oil filter housing gasket. Both Ben and Ola provided great custom service and explanation about the service that was done!
