Are you looking to find the best version of yourself? Physically also mentally? It’s not easy but it’s possible. Try one month workout with this coach. He breaks every component of you and builds again. Be the pure of yourself without any worries. I mean any any worries. I’m telling you it’s not easy in the beginning specially when we are living in a materialistic society and bad habits of eating and less activities of modern life but it worth to find a strong beautiful mind and body. By the way for first second night you can’t sleep because of your muscular pain but with this pain you remember whatever you learned in his class. Repeat and repeat in your mind and then you like this pain

Joe is an extremely knowledgeable health and wellness practitioner, personal trainer, and mentor. His growth mindset approach helped me refocus my priorities and kick start my weight loss journey after a very long period of not caring. Joe demonstrated the right amount of patience and encouragement. After a month of seeing him I feel much more optimistic, energetic and lighter (lost 10 lbs). Highly recommend Joe for anyone who needs a major push.

My experience with Trainer Jo has been fantastic. He creates a personalized program for each client, which includes workout, diet and lifestyle and then keeps you accountable. Even once he has you on a program, he will tweak and change the program to account for your individual needs. In my first two weeks with Trainer Jo, I lowered my overall bodyfat percentage by 4%.

I trained with him last year and 6 years ago. I lost about ten pounds over 8 weeks each time. He has provided me with everything I need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it’s up to me to do it. Each time we met to workout he gave me so much information. While the exercise routine is generally the same each time, it gives you a routine that you can do for the rest of your life. It’s not just about working out though. It’s about healthy eating too. The concept of 1 protein, 1 fat, 1 green veg, and 1 non-green veg at every meal will stay with me for life. Even after I decided to stop meeting with him and keep going on my own he asked me to keep in touch and send him my weight every week. He is caring and a positive influence. I recommend discussing Covid protocols before signing up to ensure you are on the same page

I was pleased to find and work with Master Jo since November 2021.
I was searching for a coach who knows what he is doing for a long time since I was working out like a pro before and I knew coaches and I was doing coaching myself.

HE IS NEXT LEVEL.

I confirm, Not only I have lost almost 20 lb of extra weight but also I have increased my momentum, physically and mentally. If you are committed to help yourself, your life and your family to improve and be more happy and healthy, he is the right person.
He is not only a coach and a great friend, but also he is a mentor.
He is a scientist and he knows the body like a physician, long story short, he knows stuff.
If you were lucky and committed enough to get his instruction and mentorship, then it will be about what you have to think and do to get to a point many times more and gratifying than what you ever imagined.

Do not waste your money here! You pay him the money for personal training but all he does is counting the numbers and you are doing the same thing from day 1 to the end. YouTube has way much better videos than wasting your money there! Also, agreed to the other comments that he requested his members to write good reviews.

I started my fitness journey with coach Jo and it’s been only a few weeks but I’ve noticed that I am getting better and stronger! Not only my body but also my mind. He encourages me to work out on a daily basis also have great mindfulness every day. I am grateful that I met him as a life coach and I can’t wait to see how much I improve:)

It's been 2weeks on my journey to healthier lifestyle with trainer Jo. He has been incredible in educating, guiding and motivating me to reach my goal. What I love best is that he empathetic, compassionate, supportive and non- judgemental. Im surprised how motivated and inspired I've been and for once I wake up feeling excited and being able to see myself achieving my goal. I feel stronger, healthier and focused.   What's amazing is he started me on simple exercises I can do each day like TRX row, lunges, push ups and walking. In addition, my  meal plan he has recommended  I find I can easily follow and live with in the long term. And can you believe, I can have rice and still lose weight! Thanks trainer Jo

I have just begun my health journey with trainer Jo and have seen an immense amount of improvement not only in my physical activities but also psychologically.
Trainer Jo is both a knowledgeable coach, and encouraging mentor. It is evident through his strategic approach and applications. He respects and nurtures the body and soul while also encouraging and inspiring fitness and positive mental health.
I am a dancer and to me he is the best of both world the psychological and the physical. The intensive and the nurturing. The humours and the serious. The fundamental and the theoretical.
His philosophy for weight loss or weight building, or for that matter health and de-stressing is very unique, and holistic. Thus, he is a teacher of sustainable health and not only does he teach you how to achieve it but along the way he is getting your mindset prepared for maintenance!
If you are looking for a knowledgeable teacher of health and life with a no nonsense approach and a beautiful and humorous attitude contact Jo you will not be disappointed.
Only suggestion is to listen and focus in his classes or to his instructions. He is a wealth of knowledge and if you miss what he is saying you will miss the whole picture.
He speaks simplistically, yet his words are profound and impactful.
I personally began this journey a bit skeptical, however, the more I listen to him the better my results become.
By the way he has a beautiful and encouraging attitude, you do not need to talk much he can read you through your body language which is again part of his vast intuitive body and mind knowledge.

I loved working out with Joe, 10/10 for sure. I would give more stars if possible! Asks what are you goals & makes sure your form for workouts are perfect so you don't injure yourself. Makes sure you know exactly which workouts help which body parts. The time with him you are sure to have a great workout & target exactly what you want. Very friendly & makes you comfortable with trying these new exercises.

Excellent place to get help getting in shape, Jo works based on your schedule and helps guide you and pushes you to get the most out of every workout while also helping with your diet choices as well. A great environment and very enjoyable while not being difficult and getting results quickly!

I am very happy to have made the decision to join the Trainer Jo fitness academy. In the program Jo not only provided me with the important knowledge for my nutrition but was also very motivating in regards with the workouts. I have not only been able to change how I look at what I put in my body and become more aware of my choices but have also been hitting new levels of max workout volumes during each of my sessions. I especially liked the weekly assessments with Trainer Jo, where we went over what I did right and what I did wrong, essentially putting me back on track if there were any setbacks! These were very valuable learning moments where I learned to identify good habits and separate them from my old bad habits. Slowly I’ve seen a major lifestyle change from when I started, I look fitter and have more energy than before. The training and nutrition protocols were very simple and easy to follow.

I really enjoyed working with Jo and highly recommend him as a trainer. He is excellent at what he does. It’s certainly been a great transformative experience for me!

Update: been tacking part in Trainer Jo's hypertrophy max program for last 10 days. Beginning the training I was very tired in the morning but now I feel great and full of energy. Also been eating more than before but already seeing results for both fat loss (4.6 lbs) and muscle gain (6.6 lbs)! This has been another huge experience to be a part of and learn from Trainer Jo! Thank you for encouraging me to push my limits, both physically and mentally!

It has been my second week with Trainer Jo and its great. He gave me great advice and I am already seeing change. It gives you a lot of information that is not easy to compile together to make sense on how to eat healthy. He connects different aspects of life with fitness and gives you an overall guide on what to do to get back in shape and to keep it that way. I highly recommend it.

I really wish I never stepped into this place. I felt like a piece of meat lying on a cutting board and got ripped off when I was there for my “free” consultation. When I questioned him on the “free consultation”, he said, “I don’t believe in free”. Oh well. I kept the receipt of this place and the business card of the owner as a reminder to my naive self.

Amazing, professional and very knowledgeable staff. You see results right away. This is the best workout space I've ever experienced. The place has amazing energy with highly motivated people. The trainers keep up the energy till the final minute with constant encouragement. If you're looking for a place to workout with a group with the aim of losing fat and gaining some muscle mass with core strength then Trainer Jo is greatly recommended. The workouts are never easy, but the trainers definitely motivate you and you quickly learn it's mind over matter. Workouts I never thought I would be able to do I'm now doing and loving. I saw such a quick change in my body in a matter of weeks. It's addictive. Everyone here wants to work hard. It's an amazing community to be a part of! Love this place so much!
