Laurie was very polite and professional. She worked on my lower back and neck area as I had slight discomfort. I would definitely recommend existing and new clients to give Laurie an opportunity to perform her massage therapy.

Irene Gunn assesses your situation and provides the required therapy based on many years of experience in a clean professional setting. Results are felt right away and I can get on with my life for another month. I would highly recommend Irene and her team.

I had really damaged my shoulder and was in a great deal of pain with severe mobility issues. I work in a very physical job. Norman Chow has been excellent and professional. My health improvement is substantial.

Duane did a great job in fixing my back issue. This is the second time I hurt my back once in 2019 and again in 2023 and Duane fixed it both time with some dry needling and exercise. I was pain free within 3 days both times. I’ve also used Jockvale Physio for massages as well and they do a great job, nice and relaxing. I’ll definatly be back in the future as I need work done.

The RMT is great but the policy is terrible. I have an appointment at 4pm tomorrow and I got a reminder at 4pm today. I tried to call and cancel at 4: 25pm today for my appointment and they want to charge me. I just got the reminder in my inbox and also just got notified of an office relocation before my appointment.

They wouldn't even consider not charging. Not a very flexible clinic to deal with.

Irene provides outstanding massage therapy. She tailors her sessions to fit client needs and gives feedback regarding therapy goals and suggests stretches/exercises to ameliorate existing issues. The day following my massage I was ache free and limber and felt wonderful.

The therapist/ owner Irene Gunn is an absolute c**t. Never had any issues with other therapists. Just don't book anything with Irene. She is a mediocre massage therapist at best. Hot tempered and unprofessional. The place isn't as clean as other massage parlors I've been to either. Towels are dirty, the place stinks like fish.

Ms. Sweta was very knowledgeable and experienced. She totally knew what she was doing. I noticed big improvements from the first session.

Norman is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, consistent, effective, and personable therapist. Whether for a relaxation massage or to treat specific/isolated issues, I know I can depend on Jockvale Massage & Physio to meet and exceed my expectations.

Melissa understands the body muscle composition and knows how to massage away those knots. Great pair of hands! I do not need to look further.

I had a great experience at my first appointment at Jockvale Massage & Physio today. I had been looking for an RMT after the one I used to go to left the practice that she was at and my experiences following her departure were unpleasant. I think I may have just found my new go-to RMT. Kelly was superb, I enjoyed my massage; the pressure was just right, Kelly checked-in to ensure that. Kelly was punctual and I was able to book a follow-up within the timeframe I was aiming for; both of which I really appreciate. Looking forward to going back.

It was a wonderful massage session. I felt that all my muscles had enough attention within 45 minutes only. I like that separate rooms (not the curtains) are provided for massage sessions, the perfect music and the most important thing that you can easily book the slot with your therapist online.

Not so satisfied with Physio. I was told to put shorts on for my first assessment and omg can't believe how dirty were they, literally shocked. At this point, I should have just walked away. Approximately 30mins, it was talking to him about my ongoing backpain (I understand this part and I've done so many things to reduce the pain for the last 4years, so I am very familiar with what to do and don't). About 10mins (?) acupuncture which was very disappointing coz I didn't even feel the needles on my body (I've done this a lot in my past, I know what it is like). 1 needle cap mistakenly fell on my back and he didnt removed it. I asked him to pick it up and he said it is ok (No! I am not ok!). Then he was just talking to his coworkers next to me for the rest of the time. (Why dont you leave the room and talked privately? I do not need to hear your private talk). Then he showed me 2 things I gotta do which I don't even want to talk about. It was a joke! Very unprofessional!

What a waste of $115! I would not go back for another session! I tell you why!

Excellent appointment, and I learned more about stretching to help with the muscle tightness and soreness. Definitely the best place in Barrhaven for RMT and osteopathy.

Norman listened to what I needed and it was a fantastic first experience. Highly recommend Jockvale Massage & Physio and especially Norman.

This business takes care of me. My massage therapist is Melissa but I've been cared for by several member of the team here and always receive excellent care. Melissa always checks in before we begin to see how my body is feeling, what needs attention. She has a comforting energy and I always leave feeling amazing.

I use Duane as my physiotherapist as I'm also recovering from an injury. He's fun and personable, excellent at what he does and has me in and out quickly.

Jockvale Massage & Physio is highly recommended.
