Usually a good deal to be found here for some nice basics. Staff are always happy and helpful. Mary Lou in particular is always fantastic!

Great store for essential and basic clothing items. I found two beautiful dresses on sale while looking at the new summer collection.
The store was neat, well organized and the customer service associate was friendly and helpful, but not pushy.
The general set-up and display in the store was simple and straightforward. I wasn't made to feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. I found what I liked and was shown the fitting rooms.
The store wasn't crowded, and the associates didn't disappear after you went to try things on. I noticed the assertive approach and found this to be an improvement from a lot of the other stores I have shopped at before. Great job!
I will definitely be shopping at this downtown location of Joe Fresh again. Thank you!

Omg! My store is also closed? OhmyLordy! This is my only favourite place to shop my clothings & for my siblings and for little ones (new grandson) ? Very convenient for I live around the area, with accessibility, affordable prices & most of all services are good, staffs are very friendly & kind in assisting my needs as I am on the mobility scooter. I appreciate so much to all of them & to the owner Mr. Joe thank you for bringing your store in this area but, with covid right now when will the store be opened? Have a good day & God bless!

I was pleasantly surprised when I went in this store a couple weeks ago. They had some sale signage that caught my attention walking by and I'd already been to multiple higher end stores unsuccessfully trying to find some basic/classic warm sweaters. All 4 styles I tried I loved, were on for a great price ($65 total after tax for all 4), I bought all 4 AND the sales staff were really friendly and helpful. I guess I expected less customer service or quality products because of the price point of the store and all around I was wrong! I would definitely go back for core basic wardrobe essentials.

Nice cloth selection I always try this place whenever I travel Canada.very affordable prices and staff members are pretty good They are really friendly and helpful

This store needs another staff member even though there was next to nobody in the store ; lot of square footage but weaker inventory than other stores of this brand name

Joe Fresh is a great combination of sleepwear, lounge wear, actives, casuals, and relaxed semi formal for women, men and children. It's much better than the Gap for their range of fit and sizes and for quality which is superior with a much more range of versatility.

A big shout out to their staff who is not only helpful but kind, friendly and endearing. I have only ever had positive experiences.

They have a variety of fashion for every style you may like, as well as a decent size selection. The staff are very helpful in a personable way that really does leave a small town store feel with a lasting impression. I was also given some very helpful advice, which really paid off! I highly recommend this store for the trendy or thrifty because their clothes are gorgeous and the prices are very affordable.

Good to note that if you are shopping for a toddler, the selection is limited and there is quite a bit more available online.

Very happy to see a Joe Fresh store, too bad there's not more in the grocery stores as I've seen in other cities. Great place for the basics like socks and tops as well as the occasional find!

I love that I can find cotton clothing here. I also love that I can use my PC Points here too. There sales are great too. I picked up 2 coats, a jacket, a sweater and a shirt all for $107! And $100 was in points, so I only actually paid $7 for everything.

Now that they've added children's clothing, the men's section is even smaller than before. Might as well have gotten rid of it all together.

I am 40. I just want chinos in a couple of different colours that make me look good and don't cost a ton. Joe Fresh delivers.

I have yet to find a day that I came looking for something I could not find at the right price. Great quality and designs.
