Joe Fresh

New fave place to be. I've passed this place for years sadly working in the east end but I'm glad I was introduced recently. A hidden gem, check it out.

If you need to urgently update your wardrobe or, for example, buy everyday things at affordable prices, I definitely recommend Joe Fresh. I won't tell you if they have crazy discounts all the time, or if I was lucky enough to go in, but during the clearance (final sale), there is an opportunity to buy clothes and shoes from 1 to 10 dollars. Walked out with a nice shirt for $4 and Ugg boots for $6 (tax excluded). The sizes are completely different, so there is a lot to choose from.

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent clearance and sale selection! Many its from $1-$10 and other amazing deals on top of that! A must go! Definitely worth the trip! Sizes xs to 3xl so there is something for everyone! Thank you to the team ay this location for always being willing to assist me. As a disabled person, that goes a long way!

I come from quite the distance to shop at this store and spend a lot of money each time, but sadly Joe Fresh doesn't want to bring in revenue? The staff is great, the deals are great, but their HOURS are absurd! Closing at 6pm? WTH? With the hours I work, I can't get there? And, neither can people who work at home from 9 to 5. Fix this now. Ridiculous business model.

I'm a fan of Joe Fresh but this location in particular because it's a clearance location. I've had some great finds there!

In so glad to see that I'm not the only one who find the customer service as bad as Covid. I work in retail and customer service for 7 years and there's no way I can pick amd choose which customers to welcome in the store. That is one of my issues. Like we all are a potential buyer regardless if we are buying or looking. I came into this location no one acknowledge my presence but of course they did when the white ladies came in because her service im sure is worthy than mines. Next I ask an associate for help the woman not even looked at me, and tbh iys the black ones with the worst customer service ever. No way I'd come back to this rum down location hidden in the worst mall in the GTA I guess when you work there you will be irritated. These employees need to attend customer service training be ause for some people its a hard skill and. Not because we are in a pandemic means that you have to give pandemic attitude.you won't help the business. HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK. PLZ.

Amazing place to busy clothes for young kids and babies. It's very affordable and I would recommend it to all first time parents. With today's high clothing costs for kids, this place offee amazing deals. The store is clean and very organized. The stuff are also very friendly.

Experienced great customer service from staff Raven and Raynal! They went out of their way helping me find pair of snow pants.

Extremely slow service during COVID. Took me almost an hour to just get in as only 15 people were allowed at a time. Avoid at it's best.

Excellent collection of cloths and extreme hot sale always, must visit for reasonable shopping experience

Although I’ve seen commercials and ads about this line of stores, this is my first visit to one.

I’m actually surprised in a good way by the quality for the price point of many items made in Bangladesh!

They have men’s, women’s and children’s plus infant clothing & accessories; most under $15 but tagged much higher.

The displays are eye catching. There are several clearance racks throughout the large store.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Always has good deals! Very clean and organized. Staff is ALWAYS friendly! Kid boy section is smaller and not much variety. Wish there were more merchandise for boys, especially shoes. Seems toddler boys and baby sections have taken over.

The changing room lady followed me out of the change rooms.what seemed to he as though she was concerned because I had a bag and the items in by hand to go into the change room. Made me feel like I was being watched for shoplifting. It is a very uncomfortable feeling so I left because it was uncomfortable for me afterwards.

Today after work I decided to Stop in Joe Fresh after getting some grocery before going home. I went into your store to get some long sleeves for my son. While I was in the Toddler Section, 2 ladies that work there MYSTERIOUSLY lost a partical of clothing and they were looking for it in the section I was in (I was in there by myself btw) not realizing I can see them eyeing me when they thought my back was turned. Once I found the shirts I liked I walked out of the section and in that exact moment they CONVENIENTLY found the shirt one of them was holding the entire time. I felt racially profiled and it was very upsetting. I've been shopping at this location for years for my son since he's was a newborn and have never experienced that there. Your evening staff today was less than impressive with their poor demeanor and passing judgement. Little do they know. It's a pitty I may not even return. Ever. This place has the best clearance and discount sections. Also one of the best selection of plus size clothes of all their toronto locations. Definitely worth the trek to vp and eglinton.

Tons of stuff on clearance and items I can no longer find in other locations. Staff seems like they enjoy working there.

A decent value clothing store if you know what to buy. Make sure to use your PC Optimum card and SPC card if you are a student. I have been shopping at Joe Fresh from almost 2 years and highly recommend their Active wear, T-shirts and chino shorts. When you buy groceries at Loblaws or Superstore Always look for discounted items such as sweater, shoes, leather belts and glasses.

I wanted to use my points but it wouldn't redeem them for my purchase now I have to call PC to make sure my points are recovered. Very inconvenient
