We have had the pleasure of working with Joel for various transactions over the years. He and his staff are knowledgeable and have great communication.

Joel would not respond to phone calls or emails. He never finished a job he was hired to do. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and waited close to one entire year. Ultimately, just a waste of my time.

I was referred to Joel 10 months ago by my well known lawyer friend who works in a corporate. Joel was a very nice and professional person who comforted me while I was getting his input about same day closing. I ended up did it though many of my friends including my banker told me to think twice. There were many variables to fail the transaction and would cause unnecessary troubles but Joel and his awesome assistant Petronela walked me through the whole journey. Petronela was also very nice and professional, her proactive and responsive communications helped me cope all my negatives thoughts during the process. I made it without any issues! Horrible Experience. Took such a long time to get a mailed cheque. Although the seller is agree to deduct the amount, it took almost 2 months! Not only my lawyer, but myself keep asking about a $288 cheque for such a long time, it is really a waste of time! Please be responsible and respect other people's time!

Horrible experience. Hired him because I held a 'vendor take back mortgage' and the mortgagee was in default. Joel did absolutely nothing and wouldn't take my calls.
