15$ for a "large poutine" is absolutely crazy! Gave a 10$ tip as well. Was not impressed when I seen this. Food in picture is untouched

This is a great pizza parlor. Local and small town feel. Good price point for slices and deals.

Pizza, staff and owners are all amazing! Best place for pizza in town. Hand made dips are to die for.

I left a review on Facebook a little while ago about how these are the best Calzons that I've had across Canada. Then this weekend I ordered another one; this time I added bacon. I swear it thick cut bacon they put in the Calzone, and they definately loaded it full. Highly recommend pair with the house-made marinara for dipping goodness!

I find it difficult to find a good vegan pizza. But Joe's Pizzeria has hit the spot. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else when I visit town. There are many competitors but Joe's feels different, and tastes awesome! I would highly recommend the vegan pizza.

I have always struggled with enjoying their pizza since I did the pizza challenge they have. Still they make up for it with their community involvement.

Bought two pizza's - one large meat lovers with a thick crust and -one medium gluten free Hawaiian. Pizzas were good. Thick crust wasn't very thick but my family said it tasted good.

Asked for green olives on pizza. Shows up on order but not pizza! Delivery to a hotel but not 1 napkin included.
Phone girl was apologetic and I didn't want to reorder. Pizza cooked as requested and delivery was less time than I was told.

We had a fundraiser with Joe's Pizza through our school and it was so easy dealing with Joe and his family throughout the whole process! 100% recommend them for school fundraisers and a great pizza night!

Always greeted by friendly staff! And with a homemade sauce and homemade pizza dough, I wouldn't order pizza anywhere else in Pembroke.

Thought we would try it. Pizza is thin and chewy, not our style. The wings we ordered were overcooked and extremely dry, almost inedible. And the staff need to realize that with the back door to the kitchen open the comment can be heard by the customer as they walk to their car.

Seeing the picture in another comment, our pizza looked nothing like that. Ours was more like what comes out of a box.

We gave it a try.

Don’t get the “Spiral Fries”.
Had fish and chips on good friday. The fish was good. The “spiral fries” shouldn’t exist, think potato spaghetti just a big ball of thin potatoes strings that all get stuck together, just big clumps of strings you take bites of one awful clump of disappointment.

Home to the best poutine I have ever had the opportunity to enjoy, not to mention the amazing service and atmosphere. The scratch ticket system is absolutely amazing, and has gifted my partner and I a nice free lunch. A very kind worker, who unfortunately I am now forgetting the name of, spoke to us for about 20-30 minutes after closing time, engaging with us and letting us know about the restaurant, and I couldn’t have been more appreciative for the genuine human interaction. We had a great talk and it made us feel very comfortable at your place, every time is a great experience. My favourite restaurant!

After posting my review, I noticed that it was me that had made the error. How ever the owner feeling I was un satisfied, promptly reached out and rectified the situation with great professionalism. Very happy. I wish all restaurant owners could be more like this.

Came in for the first time last week while on our house hunting trip. The man working the front was super friendly and the poutine was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be one of our go to spots

Ordered a pick up order (@445pm) on valley eats for a bit later (535-550pm). At 5pm I got a notification my order was ready but of course I wasn’t. They did not remake my food and all of it was in horrible condition (poutine especially did not hold up) by the time I picked it up. Buyer beware.

We enjoyed our very first pizza tonight from Joe’s Pizzaria in Pembroke, ON. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pie. The crust was excellent and overall taste of the pie was delicious. We would return to Joe’s.again. Staff was friendly.

First time eating Joe's yesterday (Jan 23) and I have to that they are EASILY in my top 2 for pizza! Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't been there yet. Will definitely be back next time I am in Pembroke

Wasn't pleased with my ordered for $75 which hardly fed a family of 3! 4 appetizers each the size of a small fry box and not even to the top more like half filled and 10 wings deep fried to almost leather! Not happy nor is my family!

I gave you a rating on quality and quantity of serving size and price. Most sit down restaurants charge between 8$ to 14$ dollars per app and for better quality and quantity than we were served.

Honestly we had heard great words about Joe’s Pizza and we were super excited to try it! When we got into the restaurant, the restaurant was not very clean, napkins all over the floor and used forks on the bench, table definitely wasn’t wiped down between guests.we were going to sit at the table but it was super dirty! The workers were also yelling at each other when we were standing there and we weren’t super impressed.

Purchased a Groupon for while I was visiting a friend. The pizza is pretty good, especially if you like a thinner crust with a decent amount of toppings.

Went in around 630 tonight. Ordered pizza bites and an order of pierogies. When it was ready at approx. 7: 05 the pizza bites were nice and hot but the pierogies were cold. It was almost as if the cooked them right away and then let them sit for the half hour while we waited for the pizza bites. Not only were they cold but they were sitting in a pile of grease. I was very disappointed. Unfortunately when the food was finally ready we headed right over to the waterfront to enjoy so I didn't realize how cold and swimming in grease they were until we got there or else I would have brought it to their attention.

In hindsight I believe that I should have contacted the Pizzeria and stated my complaints before adding a rather negative review. I will say that my other experiences here have definitely been better. The owner contacted me and offered to make it right. The customer service brought my review from a 1 star to a 3. I am hoping that my experience was just the result of a super busy night. I will give this place another try.

Based on a recommendation by the hotel staff, they delivered a small Deluxe pizza to my hotel room. It was full of toppings and cheese, the way a pizza should be. The regular crust was the right thickness as well. It was enough for my wife and I, and delicious. Forget the 'chain' pizzas, this is the real deal.

Pizza was alright, a bit too thin for our family but they use fresh toppings which was nice. Our wings were very over cooked and dry but very nice and friendly staff

Ordered a pizza, found out it was undercooked. When I called back they offered to remake the pizza and also gave us a free dessert. All around amazing customer service. Kinda wish I could tip again.

Great food but even better service Shawn and Levi went out of there way and gave us 2 choice masks for free there worth 10 buks.that was awesome considering we only bought a 9 doller poutiNE.and the food was great thanks joes pizza I'll keep coming.

Joes pizzeria is so awesome. The food is awesome, staff is friendly and they are big supporters of the local community. They have pizza, appetizers, fries etc.

Pizza was bland tasting and the crust was glass thin (same consistency too). Poutine arrived cold and appeared to be dribbled with gravy. I understand having to wait because of COVID 19 protocols (which is what I was rudely told on the phone) but two hours is embarrassing.

Anyone who gives this place a five star rating mustn’t have taste buds or enjoy a good pizza. Save the $35 you’re going to waste here and spend it at another “mom and pop” pizzeria. It’s also quite funny to see the owner or one of the workers offer credits and bribes to change their opinions. People need to stop making this place “best pizza in Pembroke” because it is false advertising.

First time at this pizza location. Definitely a great tasting pizza. Pepperoni Bacon and onions. Thoroughly enjoyed it. No hesitation in recommending this Pizza establishment.

Very disappointed on my order last night I ordered a combo pizza and got only cheese pizza I had a Groupon coupon to put on my purchase and she didn't took it off my order so I lost 15 $ because she marked it as redeem and didn't get it. I called right away and they told me I will have a in store credit so that why I left a 3 star rating (usally their service is excellent) I was just not in luck yesterday

A local pizza place that focuses on supporting and improving the community. It's not often that I leave without a free sample of a new product they're testing out. I love their meat lovers slices.

Hi we were staying at the Comfort Inn on November 19,2020 and ordered a pizza, chicken wings & a greek salad. I can't say how the wings or salad were as I didn't have any.
However the pizza was one of the best we have ever had. Sure wish we had a Joe's Pizza in Lethbridge Alberta.
We had a Pizza again in kapuskasing the following night and were really disappointed because after eating Joe's the night befòre this one didn't even compare. You can't go wrong ordering a pizza from Joe's. Would give it a 10 out of 10 for sure

I am always blown away by the amazing customer service here. Joe’s team are delightful and friendly, and we always enjoy the food. Our favourite is the dirty poutine. I tried a sample of the cookie dough and now I know what the hype is all about, yum!

Waited almost an hour for our pizza. When we got it it was sloppily made and tasted horrible. They charge $5 per extra topping and only put a few pathetic pieces of broccoli? To top it off the guy making the pizza was rude to his coworkers.

The Pizza, the staff and the place. All of this together make an incredible small town pizza place. I highly recommend from takeout Pizza with the family or a quick pizza slice for lunch. It has everything needed to satisfy your pizza carving.

Meh. Going to Joes on a Friday was a horrible experience. Was my first time there and I’m vegan, not much on the menu so I built my own pizza. The main guy working there was very annoyed to be answering his co workers questions (which were my questions) and it was a real hassle to get a straight answer. Extra toppings are WAY too expensive ($4.99 each). We waited over an hour to get our pizza and when we finally got it, we were super disappointed. The $5 toppings were not even spread over the whole pizza. It was super sloppy. Taste was average. Won’t be back.

Also, the main guy treated his co workers so poorly I was embarrassed. I wanted to tip them for having to work with him but only had debit and definitely didn’t want to tip him!

Stayed in Pembroke for the night and ordered food from here. It was horrible. The nachos were cold and stale and the other food was not fully cooked. Food was very expensive and not worth it at all.

Joe's Family Pizzeria is a wonderful local family run business. Their staff is very helpful and welcoming. The support they offer to the community and the encourage to support local is amazing. Recently they partnered with Autism Ontario for families to pick up take home pizza kits for free and have a family night safely at home with a great pizza. The mac and cheese bites, 3 cheese garlic sticks and jalapeno bites are the best apps we have had. Recommend this pizzeria to anyone.

Hardly anything on natchos chicken wings were dried right out fries were ok will not being going back not very happy with the food period. Throwing in garbage.

5 stars for Joes. The best pizza around and the only pizza (besides homemade) my kids like.
The garlic bread crust takes it up a notch! It's so good. We have also been enjoying the new pizza kits they offer at Joes to make the pizza at home. It's so convenient to pick up a kit to have in your fridge for a day you need/want a quick and easy supper.
Joes is all about locals helping locals which is something I love too!

Family owned pizzeria in Pembroke home of the big pizza challenge have variety of different food chicken wings, salads more then just pizza

Their Combination Pizza is the BEST! Good homemade style crust, sauce is perfect and not overpowering or spicy, but just right. You never need to ask or pay for extra cheese as their is Always Lots! It's super hot and very tasty. They even threw in a free pizza tail to try. The kids were super excited about that! Excellent service and DELICIOUS FOOD!

This is my favorite pizzeria to order from in Pembroke. The pizza an poutine are excellent. Delivery is lightning quick! The dinning romm is smallish, but it is a nice atmosphere. Staff is very helpfull!

I order a big joe dill pickle pizza a couple weeks ago after not ordering for quite some time. It was delicious.then today, I ordered it again.the pizza was thrown on thin crust and was rock hard. I'm now having to make my kids a second supper. The person who answered the phone argued it was the exact same as last time. I love the dill pickle pizza when made correctly sadly I will no longer order from here again

OMG best KETO pizza ever.
Since moving to the area I have been struggling with staying on keto, there isn't much for this way of life!
finding this gem was just what I needed.
They have keto chicken wings, pizza, brownie balls and in house made pork rinds with different seasoning (dill pickle, salt and vinegar and much much more).
They also have regular pizza and items for the non keto family memebers. My family had a meat lovers pizza and devoured it then finished off with chocolate pizza tail. I highly recommend Joe's family pizza
