We had trouble with our furnace and had Reliance Protection Plan - we needed a part that they did not have so we called Joe’s and Tony came out immediately to assist us. We decided to get a new furnace and it was installed today by Tim & Josh. We can not say enough about the professional, friendly and efficiency of this group of people. We have now ordered a heat pump to replace our old AC. Tony was so patient, understanding and explained everything to us. We would recommend this company of excellent people from Tina in the office, Tony explaining everything thoroughly to us & Tim &Josh installing & explaining the new system & thermostat. This wonderful company deserves all the great ratings it received! From the customer service on the phone (shout-out to the person we spoke to because she is delightful) to the initial estimate done by Tony (super nice guy who gave us a very reasonable quote and walked us through both the best case and worst case scenario so we were well prepared for what would happen), to the day of the service of our vents being installed from two very friendly and talented techs (I believe one was Johnny but I do forget the other unfortunately, although both were lovely) who did an even better job than we thought possible, we were happy every step of the way. Our house is over 100 years old and installing new vents was a bit concerning but the team from start to finish made the process so easy. One of my favourite things was how they were not pushy in the least, Tony just informed us of our options and let us decide on our own. We couldn't be more thankful for that, as pushy sales will immediately stop me from purchasing from some places. This place comes highly recommended from another happy customer and we will undoubtedly use them again!

I’ve always had great dealings with Joe’s Heating who also installed our furnace and humidifier.

We have been dealing with Joe's for about 20 years and have always gotten great service. When we decided to replace our furnace and AC which were both over 20 years old, the salesman came to see us the next day and thoroughly explained our options and gave us a number choices and price ranges. Both units were installed later that week by Blake and Chris, both installers were neat, quick, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products they were installing.

I have been using a Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner for 21 years, never a problem. I decided to replace my existing unit with a more energy efficient Mitsubishi heat pump. Darrin gave me a reasonable estimate which included a 10 year parts and labour warranty. On Oct. 19/22 Blake and Chris arrived as scheduled to replace my existing unit with a new Mitsubishi M series GL model heat pump. Although my existing head unit was located in an upper stairway and the compressor unit was mounted on the back of my garage roof, Blake and Chris were not concerned, even though this was not a typical installation. Upon completion, clean-up and testing, I was instructed on the operation of my new heat pump. They did a great installation, with no evidence they were here as everything was cleaned-up and removed. A week later, Melisa sent me a copy of the registered parts warranty and labour certificates. There is a bit of a learning curve for operating a heat pump, but the results are fantastic. I will definitely recommend Joe’s Heating and Air Conditioning.

Mark came to check why my new (1 year old) furnace had no heat. I recently had my furnace maintenance done by another company so was annoyed my new furnace wasn't working. Mark discovered the pressure switch tubing was not connected. He felt that the previous maintenance company may have forgot to reconnect the tubing. He then felt it wasn't fair to charge me. I greatly appreciate his effort to come quickly and not to charge me for the visit.

I used Joe’s Heating and air conditioning for the first time, October 2022. I called Joe’s after reading all the positive reviews. I must say these reviews are very accurate. I had Mark C attend my home to clean the furnace and fireplace. Mark was very polite and in my opinion a true professional. He got to work and several times told me if I had any questions just to ask him. He offered me a couple of small tips that I could do myself in the future. Overall I was very happy with the work Mark did at the house. I will definitely be calling Joe’s Heating and air conditioning in the future.

Mark came to our home to service our furnace and we were very pleased with his work. Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem with our furnace.

Booked an appointment well a week in advance. Had a sixth sense that I was being overcharged for a very small job (disconnecting a small ac unit) and was quoted over five hundred dollars to have it disconnected and moved and near 2k for reconnect. But I felt that the tech would clear up the situation as perhaps the phone person said it could vary.
No one showed up. No one called.
Presumably I am the first appointment of the day at 8am. Kind of a let down.

When i called back I was told that appointments do not start until 830 (why i was told 8am seems mysterious) notwithstanding being 9, jt still makes the tech late and given the exchange with the company they are not lacking from my disappointment from them not showing up.

Guess their error is my loss

Should have taken a note when the initial person making the appointment suggested I look elsewhere

Excellent service, we replaced the furnece unit, an old one for a compact one, very respectful people, excellent work, my husband Oscar and I are very happy, I will recommend them to my friends.

My wife and I got our ecobee installed by Joe’s heating and Air conditioning. I must say that we were the experience was great! The technician Nick was very efficient and knowledgeable. We learned new things about our furnace and A/C that no one has ever mentioned.
