Highest prices of any store in the region. The owner has been gouging locals for years. Pretty sad

It's a smaller store but has everything you need. It's a small town so they don't need much more.

Great place to stop to get good food ready to go. And selection of pres choice food and more

To the manager of the Ridgeway, Ontario Independent Grocers: Please look into implementing a patron dress-code. Perhaps there is a health and safety violation to what I witnessed today.
If possible, please confirm if a dress code can, in fact, be introduced.

Today I witnessed an adult woman in a one piece swimsuit, buying produce, meats, etc. No cover-up, no shorts, literally, it was as if she just walked out of a pool, walked into this grocery store and began to shop for food. Water was dripping from her hair and body, onto the floor and produce.

I was astonished that the Ridgeway, Ontario floor staff not only witness this, but proceed to cash her out.

I understand that everyone is welcome in the store however, this does not seem sanitary.

It has become a normal here. Every other day, a patron is dripping wet in just a bathing suit.

To the patrons of independent Grocers Ridgeway, Ontario, please be respectful to the staff. Please do not pay for your food with wet money. Please dry off when shopping here. Dress appropriately. Please stay home if you are drunk. (Yes, I’ve witnessed this here too).
For those of us who live here, this is our main grocery store. It is not a beach front grocery store. Please understand that this is not intended to ruffle feathers, at all. Understand, that this is our home and this store is a main source of food for the community. Please be kind.

The staff is lovely, I guarantee the staff will encounter complaints about the bathing suit issue. It must be down-right awful for a cashier to handle soaking wet money from soaking wet patrons.

Went and bought what was to be medium ground beef for Mother's day dinner and in fact it is extra lean ground beef. This the the third time this has happened. They are packaging meat that is falsely shown on the package which is illegal and must be dealt with.

Joe's has always been there for the community, only getting better every year. Thank you.

Don't often go, only cause it's a little further than my usual store. But they always have in stock what I'm looking for!

My first time today being at joe's independent Grocer.very helpfullpeople. I had a women who works there help me out.cause it was my first there today. I'll be going to back there for my everyday shopping.the lady who checked me out helped me pack my stuff.

Small town grocery store unfortunately you got to bag your own groceries and they have a self checkout

Great little grocery store, Joe the owner is very hands on and a wonderful guy, the front end ladies at checkout are very friendly and courteous and the Manager Sam is very helpful.
Great selection of fruit and meat and they stock presidents choice products too.

Turn the temp down in your ice cream freezer for crying out loud. It's like I'm buying a milkshake instead of ice cream!

This place has the most horrendous smell emanating from refrigerators. It was hard to shop in the grocery store due to the smell and the closer you got to the refrigerators the worse it got. Someone needs to start cleaning those things appropriately before someone gets sick.

Best kept secret of Chrystal Beach. A grocery store set up for vacations. Shop quickly and thoroughly. Joe is one in a million.

Very busy. Good food. Have to line up still in a long line that bends into frozen food area. You can't just run in and out.

Service is excellent. Prices are increasing as they are everywhere. Clean, great customer service friendly atmosphere.

This place is a little gem, the produce is always good and they carry a great selection of plant based foods. Staff are helpful and the checkouts are always friendly and efficient without making you feel rushed

A good local grocery serving Ridgeway, Crystal Beach residents. The store underwent renovations which has helped spice the place up. My wife now goes in to shop sometimes and has made favorable remarks about the changes. Give it a try.

Great store to have in town of ridgeway, especially seeing as theres nothing else for groceries store unless you drive 30 Mins up HWY3 to WALMART which is alwqys q great shopping option. OR GO and stand in line for 30+ mins @ NOFRILLS and every enployee is miserable or don't know which aisle anything is in

Always clean very conscious of vivid rules, friendly and best manager I've seen in a long time.deserves a nomination humanitarian award or something.

We have been going here all thru covid. They have done a great job setting up the store for covid lots of variety and decent prices

Small but powerful. Has all the offerings of a larger store, so don't dismiss. The franchisee and staff are friendly and helpful.

Our small town, family owned grocery store. Loads of choices and a friendly staff. We shop here regularly- and I always appreciate when they have vegetarian dinner options. Make sure you try their Mac and Cheese on the hot bar!

Fresh produce. Large selection. Excellent staff that are always courteous and helpful. I have my groceries delivered on Mondays and the service is outstanding. I won't go to any other grocery store because of the care I'm given.

The $5 pub style meals are great, not healthy, but good for a grab and go. The product prices are a little high, but there's a good variety and the staff are friendly.

Well lit and laid out. This small local grocery store carries pretty much all of your standard produce, meats, dry goods and deserts. On top of that, it also has a fresh deli section, fresh made breads and rolls and hot foods prepared daily such as whole chickens, wings, potato wedges and more. Be sure to double check the expiry date on some slow moving items as I have seen a few items a day or 2 out of date but otherwise very clean and decent prices for the area!

High prices, but always quick shopping - not usually busy & majority of staff have been there for as long as I can remember so always super helpful.

Had a few issues with bread going mouldy/meat going bad too quick before expiry, but store super helpful and exchanged no problems
