Hi,
Regular customer as I live close. Ordered the Butcher's Sandwich but received the burger which wasn’t worth $25
Also ordered pasta for my son only to find out after I could have ordered it with the same sauce from the kids menu the less spicy version.

Had lunch today and what a great experience. Hostess, manager, waitstaff.all fantastic. Comfy booth, served immediately. Enjoyed poke salad, fish tacos, cobb salad and burgers. Cold beer and tasty bloody Ceasar. As a family it was enjoyed by all of us.

I think they need to update/revamp the food menu, after being here for a few years a lot seems repetitive. However by all means the food is fantastic, and never a disappointment.

Service is also better than it was over the years. Some reason the service keeps getting better every time I visit. Even free welcoming drinks on the house, haven’t seen that in most places.

Atmosphere is top notch, my only recommendation is to try to throw some more unique and new dishes — with the amount of traffic and great food quality, I don’t think it would fail.

I can't believe it's my first time ever coming to a Joey's and the first time was with a friend and we were on a friend date and our server was absolutely a pleasure to work with! She understood my dietary restrictions of being lactose-intolerant and put all the spices and sauces to the side when my food arrived so I can decide if I wanted to use it or not. She was very patient in explaining to me in detail what certain dishes are and what's in them and how it's served. It was like watching a live picture book being visually explained to me in real-time. She always circled back to us every once in a while to check if everything was going well and if we needed to refill our water. I came back a second time with my mom because the food was impeccable and accommodating! I went at nighttime the first time and the environment was too dark and loud for my liking as I couldn't see due to where we were seated (we got put on one of the high chair tables because all the booth and regular tables were fully booked the time we went), but things were still heard and taken down so it was okay. I had my friend also distract me from the overwhelming environment of the loud customers and music blaring as I felt my panic rising so that's fine. I really enjoyed the truffle fries they had and the steak was done perfectly! Very juicy and everything was visually appealing. I felt like I was served in a high-class restaurant haha! The server wished us a good night after we left and asked us what we were gonna do afterwards and we said we'd walk off our full bellies and she laughed at our humour. Lovely date night to remember!

I just had a great dining experience. Everything was very smooth. Nyle was amazing, he was accommodating and polite. We will definitely be coming back for this type of experience again.

Visited last weekend and had a great experience. Avery, the host, made the wait for our table enjoyable by engaging us in delightful conversation, making us feel right at home. The food was also great. Looking forward to my next visit!

Had a great time celebrating my birthday here. My server Mai was exceptional and really made my night (I've been to a few other locations and this was hands down the best service I've received). I'll definitely be coming back!

Great place for lunch or dinner. Loved the chicken salad and veg burger. The patty was delicious.

Usually I don't like to give restaurants a bad rating, however, I have been to Joeys several times and each time I am left disappointed. The food is alright, however the prices they charge do not align with what I ate. At these prices I may as well go to the Keg or a Jacks. Service is usually really bad at this location with servers tending to forget you exist or forgetting to check up on your table. Overall I was left disappointed.

UPDATED REVIEW:

I use to be a regular here for business lunches and family dinners, until they served my son RAW CHICKEN strips this week. We were a family of four for dinner. The rest of the food was fine, but my son wasn't eating his chicken strips so I asked why, he said it tasted off. So I tried the other half of his chicken strip and after eating, I realized it was definitely off. So I pulled apart the other two strips and they were completely raw inside. After I complained to the server, the hospitality manager came over, apologized, comped the meal and obliged my request of sending me an email confirming what happened. The general manager was on the note as well that the hospitality manager sent, but he didn't apologize or send a note of concern, which I thought was unprofessional. So now we wait.for the 7 days to see if either of us end up in the hospital with salmonella poisoning or worse. RAW CHICKEN folks! That should be a bloody red flag not to go to this restaurant! I'm deciding on whether or not to call the health and safety board as this is simply unacceptable.

Good food, great service. A tiny wee bit of wait, less than 10 mins on a Saturday, so not too bad.

Joeys was amazing! The food was great, and everyone had a great time! Jacob, our server was absolutely amazing, he made my family a little bit uncomfortable but I really like him. Definitely recommend!

I was at Joey Markville about a month ago and I went back to work in the area so I thought I would go again. Why wouldn't I? I loved it last time and lightning struck twice. Food, staff, atmosphere, and service was nothing short from the 1st visit. Absolutely amazing!

Whats even better was I lost my wallet a month ago and I asked them by some chance if they had it. I gave them my ID which is something that to my surprise that not many places ask for and they had my wallet. They held onto it since I never had my contact info inside. I appreciate your help and I am definitely coming back again.

Thank you guys for the amazing service. Please continue to provide it as it does not go un noticed. Easiest 5 stars to give out.

Medium-rare steak came well-done, sides that we ordered were wrong, and server pretty much never came by the table until we flagged down one of their colleagues. Worst of all, they still charged us for the steak and sides that they completely butchered. I've never been to an establishment that will charge you for an order that they messed up, let alone messed up twice.

Been coming here pretty frequently for the last two years but never again.

First time at this location but had a great experience. May was our server and she made a great wine recommendation. Will be sure to come by again.

Always a great place to be and eat. The Korean Cauliflower tastes great. As did the salad my friend bought. The yam fries are always delicious.

Ordered a nightly drink special, server said drink wasn't available due to maintenance issue, offered no substitute special until I requested she ask the bar, this was 6pm, staff should be more prepared.

They left empty appetizer plates on table as they delivered main dishes and never picked up until meal was done.

Fellow guest ordered a beer, was informed after other guests drinks arrived that they had to change the keg, waited another 10 mins and another maintenance issue (no Co2), offered a can of beer, mind you this was 20 minutes after the rest of the tables drinks arrived.

Food, pretty good, service and maintenance issues need a strong look over.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. My server Jacob was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly and made sure my family’s experience was smooth and enjoyable.

It takes too long to get food, it is cold when i get steak, service is just normal, flys around no much resolutions.

We got the blackend chicken and hand pressed burger and struflle (from the happy hour menu)

The blackend chicken is easily one of my favorite item on the menu. It never disappoints.

The burger was also good.

We went for the happy hour menu; however, it wasn't much of a deal. Very similar to their regular menu prices.

Service isn't good but food is great. It's a fun restaurant to go for late night dinner and drinks.

As a regular client (4-6 times monthly) I obviously vote with my wallet:)

Will is often the server who takes care of me and he’s given me great menu recommendations more than a few times. And he anticipates all my needs consistently while entertaining me.

Service and food is always 100% + and I’d recommend anyone in the area take advantage of the restaurant.

Szechuan prawn lettuce wrap is quite salty and saucy. Had to exchange for something else.
Sushi cone was fine.
Korean fried cauliflower, a bit too salty
Molten chocolate cake is good

I have to give this location a 5 stars because this is the location I meet my guy for the first time!
it's been 3 years for now.it's just so perfect place for dating.we love to go back once a while
