Ok people, let me tell you! I haven't been to a Joey's restaurant in over a decade. The one I last went to was at Yorkdale, and to be honest, I don't remember the experience. Never the less I was so glad I chose the one at Sherway this time around bc baybee! The server was AMAZING! THE ATMOSPHERE, chefs kiss and the MUSSSIIICCCC. WHAT ARE YOU SAYING TO ME. A LIVE DJJJJJ! Bonus points. We had gone as a party of 6 for a surprise engagement. Our server gave us champagne and dessert on the house for our celebration! I think that was such a kind gesture. The drinks were drinking and the food was fooding. I honestly can't wait to go back. Well done, Joey's well done. Big shout out to Adriana (I hope I spelled that right) she was a great server, and we appreciated her hard work.

AMAZING experience at Joey Sherway. Sarah and Avery gave us amazing service and made us feel so welcomed! They also had great recommendations - I had the blackened chicken and loved it. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in town. The food was great but the service was the difference maker here.

I've been here twice and both times the music has been so loud that you end up shouting at your dinner companion. If you're young, it's fine, but as an older person, let's be honest, it sucks. They would do well to get some sound absorbing elements added to their restaurant design/layout. It's unpleasant to have to shout over dinner music.

This visit they provided free champagne, which was a nice touch, but kinda sucky if you have to drive, as you can't partake. But it's a nice perk considering the price of the meals.

Service was fine. The waitresses are always pleasant but never really engaging.

Food was delicious and fresh tasting.

Love Joey! They are consistently good. The only issue I have is that this location does not have a restroom on the main floor, which was ok for me but I know people would struggle with going up all those stairs just to use the washroom!

Their ahi tuna salad is amazing with the avocado dressing and crispy greens. Also love the spicy passionfruit margarita!

I come here with friends and coworkers a lot and the food is always delicious. If you can come for happy hour, that's also amazing. Service this time was just okay - the staff kept forgetting things like utensils and napkins and stuff we asked for. The coffees that were ordered were lukewarm and then staff were scarce to ask for replacements. But the entrees were delicious! Note that the washrooms are upstairs and a good walk to get there. There are elevators, but that's also on one side of the restaurant, and depending on where you are seated, the stairs might be a better option.

Food is really good and delicious… best place to celebrate ur birthday or anniversary… quiet atmosphere…. Customer service is spot on… I enjoyed every minute when I went Joey….

Their truffle fries and classic sangria are great! Mya, our server, was exceptional.we had a birthday at the table and mya took such great care of us along with the busser and the lady running the drinks (didn’t get their names). The service was fast and the ambience was nice, definitely would come back!

Fast and friendly service. Great food options and happy hour drinks. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Been here numerous times over the years and restaurant is always kept clean and tidy. They also offer complimentary white wine and champagne occassionally at the front entrance. Cya soon Joey Sherway!

As expected, consistently amazing with plenty of Phenomenal foods in their menu, foods are tasty enough. A modern vibe with great table service.waiters have their eagle eyes on the tables all the times, snap your fingers and they get what you need. No time waisted here.

Good food generally and consistently which is a plus. It gets delivered fast and we enjoy it. The servers are also very polite and attentive. Unfortunately there is no A/C in the upstairs deck area. We were sweating and sticky in 30+ degree weather. There was no disclosure of lack of A/C from management when they asked us about being seated upstairs. The furniture upstairs is cloth and there are a lot of stains. It didn’t feel sanitary… I wouldn’t go back if asked to be seated upstairs again. The downstairs restaurant area is pleasant.

So booked a last minute (less than 24 hours because Cactus Club was giving me the run around) get together with 20 people tonight. From the event planner who actually took the time to listen to my story to the service, and atmosphere, everything was amazing. It was my first time to a Joeys and I was pleasantly surprised. All the appetizers were delicious and my main was the blackened chicken - so juicy and spiced just right. I never had to ask for refills / drink because they were asking me. Our server was courteous, prompt and made it about us. Honestly when we arrived a bit early and the tables were not ready they gave us each a complementary glass of champagne. So this is what you call service! We definitely will be coming back! Thanks Joeys for a fun evening

Carli amd Nicolina are incredible hosts. They greeted me at the front and offered me a glass of wine. Amazing and professional staff.

Food was good as always, but the service was absolutely terrible. The lady serving us was sitting at a table with two other workers while everyone at the table waited over 25-30 minutes for drinks, after people asked to cancel their drink orders because the venue was closing the lady did not care to explain anything just sat back down at her table. Our servers name was Rebecca.

I had a fantastic time at Joey's this afternoon! I had the herb crushed salmon, and it was delicious. I was attended by Aleks who was super friendly and kind. He came by to check on me a few times and made the overall dining experience wonderful. I will definitely be returning! Great job Joey's Sherway and also Aleks for being a superstar!

The food was good my steak was cooked as I requested medium rare the molten lava cake is an all time classic dessert highly recommended the staff is friendly

Run of the mill Joeys, good spot for a dinner date post-shopping spree. Definitely try their mocktails!

Decent small steak, and good wine. We don't have a reservation but got a table soon. Lovely prosecco meanwhile we wait for a table courtesy of Joey! Cheers

"Press 5 to speak with live support right away" is never right away. It takes them 30+ minutes at times to take you off hold. Considering the fact that you cannot make modifications on your dish when you place an order online, I would expect that your hosts can at least answer the phone to people in immediate need. Waiting 30+ minutes to speak with someone is absolutely ridiculous.

I love the Tuna Club Sandwich here, so my husband and I went for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. So disappointed! My food was good, my husband had steak frites and it was chewy. The service was awful. Way way overpriced. The wine costs were some of the worst I've ever seen (worse than some fine dining restaurants). My husband doesn't drink, and he was unsure of his second virgin caesar actually being a virgin caesar, so he didn't drink it. Even though I do love that sandwich, we won't be returning.

Great aura and atmosphere on a friday night, our server was really cool and down to earth. Portion size was just a bit small but thats okay, food was pretty good

All the servers looked the same. Didn't feel connected with service. 9 differnt people served us but had no idea who it was. Because everyone looked the same. Who out of the 9 people that served me deserved the tip? Some people may love the fast quick service. It was awesome. It felt very automated.

I had an amazing experience tonight. Carli and Nicolina are the best hostesses in town! We come to Joeys often and never experienced such hospitality. Will keep coming back for sure

Overall very solid. About as you'd expect for casual dining. Perhaps a shade overpriced for the food and service but I would say it's good, not great. Still, will come back.

I had the Cobb salad. It was horrible. Possibly the worst salad dressing I've ever had. It almost tasted rancid. Might have been. I still can't get rid of the taste and it's been hours later. I just ended up eating the protein on the salad.

Our servers name was I think Sasha.not sure though.

She seemed nice enough but made no comment when picking up the plate and most of the dish clearly wasn't eaten. I have read reviews like this before and wondered " why didn't you say something". Harder than you'd think. I guess I didn't want to make a scene. Anyhow, I like Joey usually but if anyone reads this, don't order the Cobb salad. I came home and reheated pizza.

July 7/23 just left very very disappointed. Arrived at 7: 30pm, told 20 mins wait gave name and number. The wait became an hour 15mins.the attendant finally noticed we were still waiting. Apologizes and seats us in the path of the sun and left us with menus. Called it a night.and walked out to another restaurant across the street. Thanks but no thanks. Poor service.

Hostess took us literally 10minutes before close, was very helpful and we were hangry! Always a good time, the sliders were actually really good!

My friends and I have been trying to make a reservation for a week. They don’t respond to emails and when you call you are put on hold for more than 20 minutes with no answer. I’ve tried calling after peak times because maybe they are busy but nope they just dgaf.
Please don’t give me a corporate excuse for such poor service.
