First and last visit here. Even Food is not fresh.pastries are hard as like rock I never and ever going back to this place.zero customer service. Totally disappointed

Order live catering truck for jago party all my guests were pleased with fresh and tasty snacks and dinner.i would like to thank Mr Johal for everything and strongly recommend his service.

You guys serve bassi food. I ordered nonveg thali everything smelling very bad nd tasteless. Even you can smell your dahi from miles.very disappointed with food quality.please don’t waste your money at this restaurant. Disgusting

It was worst experience as I ordered sweets in which the Cham-Cham were smelling and the barfi was very hard to swallow. I bought to welcome my brother from India even he couldn’t swallow and throw back. Highly recommended everybody to not order from here as It is health issue.

Worst experience. I have ordered veggie burger and they just gave us a bun with frozen Tikki inside and charged 8 dollars. The bun was also smelling bad.

Been coming here for years. Always had good experience. Recently did a catering with them and guests were licking their fingers. Butter chicken best in Brampton. Buttery naan too good. Mango shake 11/10.

There non veg plate is one of the best Indian plates I have ever gotten the food is flavourful. There are so many different thing you can put into that plate i am so pleased with there such kind and friendly service. I am going to take out food from there place regularly. I would 100% recommended this Restaurant.

I was about to order a thali until I saw cockroaches running around the counters. I walked out as soon as I saw it.

I have visited today and It have nothing at all and this is all becoz of lack of attention and concern. Its not all about manking a building, you need to invest urself in a business. The food is somewhere good and somewhere bad. All they need to do is look for quality of food they serve and yeah costumer service was okay. We can't blame costumer service at all if we are not satisfied by food. Really, the rest.need a managing and it looks like its just a side business of the owner as if it work than okay and if not than also fine.

We ordered 2 chicken kabab masala. Both dishes had KANKAD (STONES). I guess, it fell on the ground or on a dirty surface and they still packed it. I have been visiting there for a while but this is first time had this terrible experience. Cannot trust these cheap people anymore.

Bad food. Pastry was super dry, they sell old, spoiled food. I will never go back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was here a few days before and my daughter ordered a tali with puri, all was well! A few days late we came back and she orders a tali with puri and the server says they only do naan not puri. I think the front servers just do as the please at the moment. There is no consistency here.

I came to this restaurant with my friends. We place an order for channa bhatura I just had only 1 bhatura with this much channa quantity given by them if you want extra channa they will charge you $4 I mean this doesn’t make any sense. Staff is so bad I ll recommend you all not to come here please

Ordered a chicken tikka yesterday without gravy.but received with gravy and there was so much foul smell in it. Very bad experience.

Omg this place is horrible. They have the worst sweets, they are old, disgusting. My family got diarrhea after eating their samosas. I dont know how and who cooks their food and how they still running a business by serving customer the worst, spoilled and old food.

Their catering is worst. When we complained, the owner said, "you come here because you like this" this is so rude. Never recommended.

I love this place. Run well by a lady who is very polite and the food is good for the price we pay. I will always recommend the Square Ellis branch.

Don't go as they have dirty kitchen. In occasion of Diwali kids want to eat outside so got Butter Chicken with Naan.firstly butter chicken was mixed with paneer and later we found cocratch in Butter Chicken. So please be careful.

I'm giving a star cause the food is actually not bad but the staff and the attitude is on a different level there. After taking the order and payment she was serving other customers before me even tho I ordered ready made food. When I confronted her all i got was if you have a problem give me a review. Here it is the review about someone who really hates working and should be layed off instead of ruining this stores reputation.

Very good food, however, I recommend improving customer service skills. I am a Punjabi speaking person myself, and their customer service is not too good. I think the workers should have training on this part. And take time to understand the customers, not all of them are "bad" but it is an area of improvement.

This is one of the best restaurant. I visit there once a week or sometimes twice. The owner of the restaurant and his son provide the best customer service. They are polite. I should say everyone should visit this location of johal sweets.

Bought the Thali (assembled from buffet), the food had little to no flavour or spice. Worst Indian restaurant I have been to.

Food was amazing but there was a vendor that is always standing by their entrance trying to sell mangos. And when I said no thank you the vendor went crazy swearing at me for not buying. Maybe if they got that man to go somewhere else they might actually have more people coming in. I know after dealing with that situation twice I will not be going back.

A nice restaurant for dine-in and takeout. The food and sweets are very tasty, but sometimes fresh. But samosas are always fresh, no doubt, and very tasty. The staff is welcoming and polite, the owner himself is very friendly. The restaurant is well kept, and very hygenically clean. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone but, need to make fresh food on a daily basis.

I went to this establishment a few days ago for the first time. Initially the service started off well. However I was quickly turned off when I noticed that the front cashier failed to use any sort of plastic glove or utensils when packing my sweets and samosas. She also coughed into her hand after collecting the food. Will not be visiting again.

It was horrible they served the food cold and they did not have good service also the dishes were dirty and they asked if we wanted dishes but the thing that shook me the most is that I asked for vanilla cake to go but they gave me chocolate so you should never go their their are much better places

Go to place for morning parantha breakfast. Food is good but some time consistancy issue depend who make your food.

I really enjoy their food but their customer service during my last few visits was very poor, may consider going somewhere else.
Also portion sizing has really decreased in size over the past while.
Also don't mean to sound racist, but they 100% treated me and my family differently because we were not part of their culture and couldn't speak Punjabi. Our food portion was a lot smaller and people that came after us were served before us.

I wish i could give 0 stars for there service now. I used to like this place but now there quality of food is not good. We always get our food packed and eat it at home. Everytime we order there is a mistake like first we bought chana bhtura and what we got in chana was 2 big boiled potatoes and removing them was only a spoon of channa left and then second time we got 1 plate bhtura while we ordered for 2 plates and this was the last time we gave them a chance and they disappointed us again as we ordered palak panner and there was not a single piece of paneer in that and whenever we go to complain they always have an excuse that its the mistake of the other girl, i wonder who the other girl is. There food also starts smelling bad in a day. Sorry but we are never going back to this place

If you are looking for cheap and tasty food, this place is definitely a good option for that. Satisfied with the service as well.

Authentic food served with a smile and great service. Me and my wife attend Johal often for delicious Indian food. The owners particularly get along with my wife and will go so far as to add an item or two to our order. Last time we got an extra samosa and previous time was an extra naan. I dont think i can say enough nice things about johal.

The food is great. I specifically like the butter chicken combo. The Samosas have been changing frequently though, sometimes they seem hand made and other times they seem to be mass produced. The place could be cleaner as most times the plates are left on the table even after people finish eating.

Their Somosas are good and mostly fresh
Sweet is okay, not very good but not bad as well.
Must of the staff is friendly.
Same as sweet, their vegetables dishes in Thali are good; you be very any good meat dishes in Thali.
