I’ve known John for several years now and have always known him to be a great person. Recently, however I’ve also had the pleasure of interacting with him on a professional level. John was critical in securing a lender for us when we purchased vacant land as an investment opportunity. Anyone who has tried to do this has probably come to realize how difficult it is to obtain traditional bank financing for these types of properties and he proved to be invaluable in this process. After this transaction we also decided to go with John when we refinanced our home. Just as before he was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process and made us feel completely at ease and confident that everything was being taken care of properly.
