The manager Josh and the staff was incredible they also allowed me to shoot my editorial inside their vault and garden which are unreal and of course their shoes are from anotjer dimension

This brand is the only shoe brand I buy from for the past 5 years. Comfort and quality is great but the service from all staff is fantastic!

Very disappointed. The shoes are lovely, but the sizes make no sense. I'm 6 foot and wear a size 12. Here it seems I take a 14? So there wasn't a selection available at all. A real shame.

A concept more people should follow through on, unfortunately for a girl who only wears one pair of shoes I wouldn't invest in something more than $200

I love these shoes! Bright, fun and best of all well designed and comfortable. I have a few of these and get compliments frequently. The team is super friendly and will make sure they fit and will help with any questions you have on fit or care.

What I like the most with this store is the excellent customer service, staff are all friendly and approachable. They also have wide and great selection of shoes.

If you LOVE your shoes this is the place to go, plus the staff are friendly and welcoming. For a bonus get a photo in the crazy room where everything is a bit off centre.

Josh and his team assisted me with a heel repair on my beloved Gladstone boots and were a complete delight. So excited to have them back!

The place to purchase well crafted, creative shoes. A company founded in Canada too! Be sure to check out the "vault" and take a funky picture.

Even if I don't buy anything I still go inside for the experience. The staff are always pleasant and happy to help you even if they know you're not buying anything. The shoes are gorgeous and unique and very well made. They are worth the price.

The Vog Vault was amazing and the staff was so nice to allow me to peruse the eclectic collection of shoes that they offer and to top it off I was able to take pictures in and around the store and completed with my visit to the Vog Vault.

I have wide and flat feet and I STILL left the store with three amazing pairs of footwear (and had many more great choices!) The store manager was incredibly attentive and thorough, bringing lots of potential options in a variety of colours and styles that would suit my fairly specific needs (wide, illusion-of-a-heel.) perfect experience in both customer service and the available products. So happy!
