Used them for two Signature Series portapotties for our backyard wedding and had no issues! Delivery and pickup was smooth and they were clean and functional!

Just had my septic tank pumped & was completely satisfied. The service technician was friendly and courteous while servicing my tank. They were prompt and came as scheduled. The office staff were also friendly & courteous when I called to book appointment & when I called in to pay the bill.
I will use them again when system requires pumped next.

We rented the trailer washroom for our outdoor backyard wedding in September and we were very pleased with it! Washrooms were clean and we got a lot of compliments and inquiries about it. Delivery and pickup were smooth and quick. Thanks BJ’s!

Everything was fine until the tech showed up. I was charged extra for the tech to dig to the lids, and he ended up making me do it. "Oh yeah, let the old man dig".
He was very rude and impatient as I laboured to dig the holes.
I would not recommend this company for septic pumping. I have recently discovered that I have a second septic system on my property and will call a competitor to have it pumped.
