John Street Medical Walk-In Clinic

Visited the clinic today extremely disappointed…, Dr. Amin ladak is extremely unprofessional and rude… upon arrival I heard Dr.ladak and receptionist talking about a previous patient and Dr ladak talking badly about them… expressing “how they should see a psychiatrist” these matters should not be discussed in front of other patients waiting in line… I am pretty sure he is going do the same thing to me when I leave which leaves me very uneasy… This should be a safe environment for all to discuss any medical concerns… Moreover, he did not take my concerns seriously and prescribe the medication that has not worked for me in the past… which I mentioned to him… he is not helpful and argued with me and did not want to listen to me at all, and left the room without saying anything. Unbelievable treatment by a medical professional who should be abiding by code of ethics and respecting dignity. I will not return to this clinic again if this doctor is here, and you should not too.

Great experience. I have been a patient in the clinic for almost a decade. The new location is very well maintained and organized. The service provided is fast and very efficient. The lady at the reception is very polite and helpful. Visits are easy to schedule and the waiting time is very reasonable.
Dr. Hughes and Dr. Bassam Al-Anee are both very caring, very respectful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
