Chris and John were amazing! We had a clogged kitchen sink that was also leaking. They came the same day we called and were very thorough, making sure everything was properly done and left spotless afterwards. Would highly recommend John the Plumber and especially these two.

John and Chris were here right on time and very friendly. They assessed the problem in minutes and fixed the issue (broken faucet), replaced with new one and cleaned up the sink.
Left the area spotless and me with a brand new faucet.
John also took the opportunity to take a look at my toilet, which had been a bit noisy and making assessment while he was here.

John and Shaz were very friendly and professional. Came in and replaced my kitchen faucet and installed 3 shutoff valves very easily and efficiently! Would definitely recommend!

This company is amazing. I called last night at 7: 45pm requesting a plumber come out and replace both the front and back hose nozzles coming out of the back of the house and garage. They sent out a plumber named Collin who did an absolutely terrific job! Fast, fair and effective. Very happy.

Eric arrived on a return visit for a new issue compared to the last time. This time the kitchen sink was dripping water. LOL, after 30 plus years the trap gave up. Within a very short time all was repaired, and the site cleaned up. I call again when I have an issue. Awesome service.

We very much appreciated the work that John the Plumber’s team did at our place. We originally thought it was a small job, but it turned out there were some pretty big things that had to be fixed. They took the time to walk us through what needed to be done and why and gave us the choice before moving ahead. They provided a very fair quote in advance of the work and respected the quote even though it took a bit more time than anticipated. I would highly recommend them to anyone to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber.

Geoff showed up right around 9 AM at the beginning of our estimated time window. He was very friendly, professional and personable. The job was done very quickly (repairing toilet and unclogging bathroom sink) and it works fine now. We were very happy with the service.

They took advantage of my Mother! Charged $500! To replace 2 flaps in 2 of her water toilett's tanks in less than 1 hour labour!

Filled out online request but did not get a response. Called them next day at 10 am they said they had space for a clogged sewer drain pipe between 12-3pm. Called them again at 5: 15pm and was told guy was on the way. Plumber called at 6pm saying he might not be able to come. As I told him it was only a small job he said he would call me back if he could not come. No call back. Writing this next day at 12 noon, still no call back. Called another company they are here already. Really do not waste your time with these of unreliable people. To lie and say the guy is on the way? The site makes it look like a large business but it is just a call center.

Great experience from the first phone call until the repair was completed. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and accommodating and was able book me for the next day. Mike, the technician, arrived on time, inspected the outdoor faucet, explained how it works, what the issue was, and what needs to be done to fix it. He replaced the faucet quickly and tested it to ensure there isn't any leaks. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company and definitely contact them again for our future plumbing needs.

Plumber came in an hour late, took one look at our leaky shower head and deemed it unfixable. Said that the entire shower would have to be replaced. Then left after being there for maybe 5 minutes. We called another plumber to get a second opinion and he was able to fix it within 20 minutes.

Great experience and workmanship. The team came on time, assessed the key issue and provided a few options to resolve it. I really like the fact that they took the time to assess how to approach a solution without making assumptions. Overall, I would definitely use and recommend this company.

Mike arrived on time quoted the job. Was able to do the laundry sink installation immediately. Found a leak of an old shut off valve and was able to fix it as well. Left the room clean. Would definitely use again

Robert was very knowledgeable and was quick to determine that we needed a new kitchen faucet as our old one was leaking. He even had a new faucet on hand and installed it for us in no time! Would definitely use John the Plumber for future work!
