I have but praise for the plumbers from John The Plumber. Geoff, Dawson and Josh did terrific work on my walk-in tub. It was not an easy task as they had to crawl under the tub to replace parts. They did a fantastic job and to top it off, cleaned my floor, left everything spotless. I was amazed how efficient they were and with all that, being so courteous, service with a smile, polite and very professional.
I have dealt with John The Plumber before and would not even think of calling anyone else. I recommend John the Plumber to all my friends and family.

It is not particularly pleasant when the toilet is plugged and one appreciates the friendly receptionist dispatching a very competent, friendly and professional master plumber to one’s house to re-establish the Christmas spirit by fixing the problem! 100 % recommended - we will call again if the need arises! Arrived as scheduled. Pleasant and efficient. Explained what he would do and did a nice job, cleaned up nicely. We felt confident he did a good job.

Guys came and were professional, installed my new hot water tank in no time. Very efficient, friendly and took the time to give me advice on another issue they discovered. Highly recommend calling them.

I contacted John The Plumber to get an estimate for replacing an old toilet that wasn’t working. The plumber, Cameron, came to my house, provided an estimate and installed a new toilet the same day. Saving me having to book an additional appointment. Cameron was very easy to deal with, very professional and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to contact this company again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

I requested a quote to replace 2 foot long drain pipes underneath my sink.
The employee that came to the house quoted me $750. + tax
When asked how long it would take, he said 40 minutes.
That comes out to $1,000.00 per hour (plus tax).
I went elsewhere.

Garret and Damian? (Sorry I forget his name) we’re a pleasure to deal with. They arrived early but called to give me a heads up. They were quick, efficient, and effective in diagnosing the clog in our basement main pipeline that was causing water to come up. They were knowledgeable and had high tech equipment on hand such as a drain camera. They showed me exactly what was wrong and explained it simply for me. Since the problem was easier than expected it actually ended up costing less than the original quote. They also answered a bunch of other questions I had about my plumbing set up which they didn’t have to do. They went above and beyond their job and were out quickly. There were many options for payment and the whole experience was very positive.

I would definitely recommend and use John the Plumber again.

My job done by your Company was a small job but regardless I was anxious about it. Your service man set me at ease Mukaley is such an easy going guy, friendly and knew what he was doing. My plumber Cameron was exactly on time today. He was bright, personable, knowledgeable and explained things in a clear and concise way so that I could understand. He was very accommodating of my financial situation and offered me a variety of affordable solutions. I will personally recommend Cameron to all my friends. This young man is what all service technicians should aspire to and he has a bright future ahead of him. If it were up to me, I would give him a raise. Good job Cameron and thank you.

Had a visit today from John The Plumber for our clogged kitchen sinks. We called Sunday evening and got an appointment the following afternoon.

Our plumber, Geoff, was punctual, friendly, and got the job done quick! They were a great conversationalist and professional.

We also appreciate the fact that they wore a mask inside our home at all times. Our total cost was $350+tax.

The company gave an estimated time they would be on site, but they would phone just before coming to the house. They were exactly within the time frame and they did phone just before coming over. Excellent. Dawson brown - (The first) did the necessary repairs, he was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for a job well done.

Jonathan and the man he had with him (I unfortunately cannot remember his name at this point) were great. Super nice and helpful, they let us know when they would be coming over before showing up (within the window provided) which was really handy for us.
They were able to have a look and get a price for us almost immediately, and they had it installed and fixed within half an hour.
Logan and Sherri were also super helpful and made the process a lot easier for me.
You guys were super quick, had really reasonable prices, and were super easy to deal with.

The old pump was very noisy. With the amount of rain the old pump was running steady. So noisy. The new valve and pump is quiet. Bill and Eric did a great job. Looking forward to the silence. Thank you!
