Great experience using John the Plumber for my floor drain issue. Dawson was a gem! He diagnosed my issue quickly and walked me through potential fixes. No surprises when it came bill time- all around 5 star experience!

Right from the first contact to completion of the job everything was top notch. I completed a contact form early morning and received a phone call by mid-day to book an appt. An opening was available the next day.
Dawson called and gave me a 15 minute heads up he was on his way. Removed his boots and asked what the problem was. (A double clogged sink) He gave a quote on the spot which was agreed upon and he quickly got to work.
Got his power snake out and cleared the 18 years of organic waste. He cleaned up the mess, splatter that happened from the snake. Very pleasant to speak with and payment was easy.

Submitted a webform booking request in the evening, for 2 days later - had the option to choose to be contacted if availability opened up which I did

Received a phone call the next morning to see if they could come by that afternoon

Website and form were very easy to use - I appreciate being able to book a spot myself rather than having to play phone tag when my job often keeps me from answering the phone during the day

Garrett was was friendly, courteous, respectful of my home, had the parts available and fixed the problem quickly - and taught me some handy info!

No hesitation in recommending, and will definitely call “John the Plumber” again the next time anything comes up

Had an appointment with John the Plumber first thing this morning, got a call from Jason the Tech who gave us an estimated time of arrival, bang on to the minute. We were then presented with a quote only a few minutes after arrival, we accepted. Jason and partner completed the job effectively and having a well-stocked work truck the job was completed same day. AMAZING!

Lance arrived earlier than scheduled but called in advance which was great as I was out walking the dog.
He was very professional and honest as well as extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use his services again if needed.

Our sink was removed and ready for a new countertop. Crispin was very pleasant and efficient!

Had someone come out to do a 15min job. Was instructed if cutting a pipe was required it would be an additional $100 (so a total of $299+tax). No cutting was required as everything was open and accessible. Technician said it was needed, and I didn't want to argue as I needed it done. He did his thing and was finished the work I wanted completed in about 15mins. Could it have been done without cutting, YES. Would it have taken a bit longer without cutting, but still completed in an hour, YES.

I also filled out the Quality Assurance survey 2 weeks ago, where I expressed my concerns and requested to be contacted. As you would guess, no response. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. At this point I can't even trust the work was done safely/correctly, as telling me that cutting was required is also incorrect. Terrible experience and would recommend using a different company.

They stand behind their work and do the necessary research when asked to use new products. Eric, in particular, clearly explains what is being done and how he assesses the quality of his work.

Thoroughly explained what was needed, fixed the problem and left the area very clean. Excellent work!

Cameron did an excellent job fixing our leaking toilet, which had to be completely reworked around the seal, mounting, and base.

Zachary was polite and knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He fixed the toilet and waited to ensure it would work perfectly. I would definitely call John the Plumber again for any plumbing needs.

I had a leak in the backyard faucet, the plumber came and suggested breaking the drywall to fix a new wall hydrant. The quotation was 550,00 and I had to find someone to fix the drywall, it might cost another 500,00 in addition to painting the wall. He said: I did thousands of similar work. I contacted another plumber- not from John The Plumber, he offered to do a professional job, by cutting the ceiling and fixing a removable panel at the location where he will fix a new hydrant. His charge was 330,00 for the entire work. But he suggested taking the damaged hydrant to find a replacement so that no need to cut the wall. He FOUND a replacement available with the agent free of charge and charged me 100,00 for the service.
I appreciated him much and was very sad about the terrible experience with “John The Plumber”. And feel sorry for the thousands of customers who damaged their wall and paid too much money when they could have paid much less!
Is “John The Plumber” not aware of the guarantee? It is terrible whether they are aware or not aware. All they care about is the profit. They will damage my wall to get a decent profit. Shameful.

Professional, quick, and properly fixed. Had a burst copper pipe in the basement leading up to the hose in the garage. Called, had an actual person pick up, set an appointment, and within 24 hours they sent out a plumber. Cameron did an outstanding job replacing the pipe and hose fixture. He was knowledgeable and courteous in explaining how the issue came about in the first place, how to take preventative measures, and provided warranty details. Overall experience and service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Amazing service, same day results.

Fixed a main line soft clog and solved my plumbing right quick.

Jeff was able to come same day and completed the fix of blocked tub drain quickly, also replaced two pop up drains which had caused the blockages. Very pleased with the timely and professional services and especially same day! Definitely recommend!
