I have dealt with John The Plumber on several occasions in the past and I have always been satisfied with the results. They have always been professional and their work is excellent. I have referred my neighbours to this company and they have also been impressed and thanked me for the referral. On my recent occasion I had two older toilets replaced and shut off valves installed on my basement sink. The John The Plummer installer /plumber was Jonathan and he was very helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He knew what I wanted, purchased and installed the toilets and disposed of the older ones. The shut off valves were installed at the same time. He arrived as planned and the work took him only a couple of hours. I was more than pleased with Jonathan's work. I would certainly continue to recommend John The Plumber.replacedehthe peand

This was a professional experience. Zach arrived in the given time window, diagnosed the problem, and described what needed to be done. The work (leak fix) was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Great job and I would call again if I had plumbing issues.

The two young men who unplugged our kitchen sink called before they came and arrived as promised, were very polite, well-presented and efficient. They answered all our questions and took the time to explain in detail. We are happy with the work - the kitchen sink drains better than it ever did. I don't mind paying $500+ if the work is done properly. We would definitely recommend John the Plumber to our friends.)

I had a wonderful experience with Thomas. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our shower was giving us an issue for a while, and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide a replacement part. We've chosen John the Plumber a few times now, and they're always a good call. I also liked having the option of the online booking system, it's really convenient.

The quality of their work was excellent. Everything was completed on time and on budget. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. They put down mats to protect my floors, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards.

Incredible first class service! I called at 730 am, a plumber was at my door by 9 am. Zach was able to identify the issue right away and provided me with two options. I then proceeded to let him know about another issue and his knowledge and efficiency made it so that he solved both issues in 3 hours he was in and out! Zach was extremely knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up well after the job! Great experience and service!

Zach was the technician that was sent to fix my toilet. He was the most curtious impressionable young man. He explained everything he was doing step by step so I could understand the process. Very fast and efficient same day service to clean out a backed up main drain. Showed me the pipe before and after with the camera. Extremely pleasant workers, came exactly at the specified time.

Everything was great, Cameron was super kind and helpful, explained clearly what the issue was, and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. The person I spoke to on the phone (Sarah I think) was also very nice and helpful. I'll definitely use John the Plumber again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.
