Really happy with the work of Colin today on short notice to fix our exterior hose bib and pipe. We found the price to be high but we were in a pinch (literally) so had to accept it. He was done quickly and explained everything well.

Colin was great. He came in explained the fees that could be involved with the work. Checked out the problem. Immediately identified the issue. Told me the costs. I said ok and he got straight to work. Happy with the job and the work site was left clean.

Je déplore seulement le fait que les services de plomberie sont extrêmement chers et ne couvrent pas les 3 énormes trous faits pour trouver la source du problème et devant être refermés. Ça fait monter la facture totale considérablement.

We had Aaron Walker changing the anti-siphon fill valve of our toilet. He was exceptional in his work and in providing advice on house related plumbing. Although it’s not him doing the prices, we find that the company charges unfairly (more than 300$) for changing a $20 item in less than 10 mins. If you have 10 mins on your hand, save yourself some money and basically do it yourself. I know I will next time!

Dan was awesome. Walk me through what the potential problem was. He was surprised about the magnitude of the blockage but was able to unblock in no time

Lance was a pro. Nice guy and nice clean result. Very helpful and answered all of my questions.

I recommend John the plumber to any one who needs their services. Rob, their plumber who came to do our repairs, was very professional, fast and friendly. He even gave us lots of plumbing advices. And the customer service who picked my call, was so very understanding, I was scheduled for the next day but she made sure to call back to let me know some availability opened up earlier and I was able to get my repairs done same day. Overall satisfied!

Have had Tomas work on our house a couple of times now, always a fantastic job. I wouldn't go with any else!

The receptionist & technician were both excellent. Their receptionist was very helpful and courteous. She arranged a same day appt.right away. The technician; Lance called to let me know when he would arrive at my home. He was on time. He assessed the problem and gave us options along with an estimate of the cost for each option. He fixed the problem in a very professional manner. He was courteous and very respectful of our home. I highly recommend Lance and the company, John the plumber.

Our shower had bad water pressure and spotty hot water. Connor came over the same day. Amazing service, and thankfully for me, a quick fix! Thank you so much!

Thomas was prompt, professional, friendly and effective in diagnosing our issues and replacing our pipes. It was a great customer service experience.

John S and Chaz were very personable. They knew what they had to do and quickly fixed our plumbing repairs. They answered all our questions; they gave suggestions to prevent reoccurrence of issues and on call advice for future plumbing projects.

Zach was very professional and timely. Got the work done in replacing my toilet within a reasonable time and it was done well. I'm very happy with the work that was provided.

Rob the plumber was incredibly thorough with explaining his diagnostic process, and the best plan to solve the leak in our shower. Very appreciative of their prompt and professional service!

Cameron was amazing! Super kind, honest, efficient and professional. He came in fixed our leaky shower drain, cleaned up after so it looked more clean than before and offered up helpful hints and insights on what happened and why. I felt like I got a crash course on how the shower and drain worked and what failed before.
You guys will be our first call next time we need a plumber… all because of his supreme customer service, quality work and professionalism.
