Pros:
- Great atmosphere
- Pretty good hours during exams
- Students are generally pretty quite so it's good for focusing!
Cons:
- Really warm
- The desk chairs are quite uncomfortable
- The men's bathroom in the basement is pretty awful LOL

Everything's good, but room temperature is fairly high. I feel summer never fade in this building
