Not only was I able to have my desktop fixed but I was given extensive information on how to take care of my desktop to avoid potential future issues. I received at home service only few hours after I had given Johnny Compute a call so generally you won't have to wait over a week as if you went to a a place like Canada Computers where they would overcharge you and not really address the problems your computer is facing. I would highly recommend Johnny Compute for anyone dealing with any desktop/laptop related issues. Very happy with the service I received.

Ray was such a great help! My MacBook had water damage and Ray was able to help me through the entire process. He updated regularly about the status of my laptop as he tried to repair it. It was much too expensive for me to fully repair the laptop as it was heavily damaged due to the water and also was a pretty old laptop to begin with, but the most important thing for me was to retrieve my data and Ray was able to do so!

I came to Ray with an old iMac that had been sitting around for years because nobody could fix it. I took it to apple, jump plus, and many other places and they all said they could not fix it after taking it from me for several days. I found Ray by chance on Kijiji, and I offered for him to buy my iMac. Instead of being quick to take it (which he could have taken it, repaired it and sold it for more than he would have bought it for), he offered to fix it for me. I had low expectations but after 1 day he called me saying it was fixed! I'm so happy with the care and effort put into fixing my computer. Saved me from wasting the $1500 I paid for it in 2012. Go to Ray, you'll definitely be satisfied with his service.

Ray was able to fix two of my very damaged macbooks for a great cost. When I was unable to recall the password to my macbook that had many special memories, Ray refused to just wipe the computer, and spent hours on the phone with Apple trying to recover it for me. Ray is someone who really cares about his work and more importantly people. I would absolutely return to Johnny Compute again if I ever need a computer fixed!
