Johnny's Restaurant

My family was waiting 20 minutes for a table, totally normal, two couples who came in 15-20 minutes after us were both seated at 4 person tables. My family wasn’t offered to have the tables pushed together (3adults 3 kids) but instead made to wait, we ended up leaving, poor service.

I was a visitor to Alymer and asked where there was a good place to go for supper. I was told to go to Johnny's, their food was the best in town. And the food was all fresh and homemade.
They have a large menu selection, and I saw hand dipped Cod and chips. So that was my choice for the night. I also got a side salad.
I am sure the fish was frozen, I know the fries were.
Starting from the best to worst. The salad was excellent, with a good selection of veggies, and it just needed carrots. For frozen fries, they were cooked perfectly. Then the fish, all I can that was a huge disappointment.
My waitress was attentive and helpful.
Will I come back, maybe.

First timmers. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and the food was amazing. Very large portions. Friendly owner and staff. Can't wait for are next food experience. Definitely worth checking out. See you soon

Will be back for sure food was amazing service was top notch we showed up at 8: 37 there was 6 of us wasn't sure if they were going to serve us as they close at 9: 00 but they did and thanks a ton don't miss out on this restaurant

I have explored this meal across many borders and not one is even close to Johnnys
The bacon alone make this meal even more delicious

The waitress was quick, efficient and very friendly. The order came out correct and hot. Everything was delicious.

Stopped in here for breakfast recently.
Location and atmosphere were great, service was fast and friendly, and the food was bomb.

We had a meat lovers skillet and a classic breakfast with sausage. We really enjoyed the home fry chips, eggs were cooked perfectly, and the sausage was very good, not greasy or grissly.

Our server could have given us our bill when we asked for it instead of making us wait another 15 minutes while she took more orders and chatted with people, but that's not the restaurants fault.

Will definitely be back to try more items.

Been here a few times and never disappointed. Cleanest bathrooms around! Love the chicken tortilla soup and the wings are fantastic. Excellent steak sandwiches too.

This place came across by chance for me.i had a burger with bacon and cheese. The burger was handmade in store.

This place has become my new favorite burger shop.

Great restaurant! Reviews online were so good had to go for lunch while in town. Friendly staff, helped with food choices, yummy food, very clean washrooms. If I lived closer would be eating there often.

Friendly service, great food. Good family atmosphere.
They don't have TV screens hanging in all corners (which most Restaurants nowadays have) to distract you from having a nice dinner with your wife which I really appreciate.
