Very reasonable little store. If you wanna save money. Good service, clean place and very good deals.

This location is pretty terrible, way too small and they didn't have any weight scales to weigh produce. Also many of the items were out of stock and that should never with so many different products. All the products that were on sale were gone and this Is very frustrating. The workers were nice enough to go and check in the back but the cashiers were very rude and seemed like they didn't want to be working at all. Overall it was a bad experience

Small store but lots of parking.

Half and half cream on sale at Shopper's Drug Mart today, but this store refused to price match. Odd, the same Loblaws company doesn't match their other store pricing.

Stock wasn’t available for Pepsi 2L that was on sale. However, it wasn’t a big shopping day, so I grabbed the 2l Coke instead. It was also on sale.

I can't believe it's not butter is on sale today, and they had lots of stock.

Promotional items are usually out of stock. The price tags were commonly found either mislabeled or misplaced. Some of the encountered staffs are unfriendly.

Seems like they do not like to correct the price for the items they labelled/charged you wrong. It happened to me multiple times that the cashiers gave me passive aggressive reactions (rolling eyes, deep sighs, frowning, asserting I am wrong, etc) when I self advocated.

Good but considering that the neighborhood has an abundance of South Asian population, the store lacks south Asian options

Rather small no frills, the whole place is dark and gloomy, items were labelled randomly and chaotically.

It's a small no frills store located at the corner of the intersection. This means public transit to the door and it has its own free parking lot next to it. Setup and prices are typical of no frills and it was overall clean and staff were helpful if you needed to find anything. I don't believe there are shopping carts (at least I don't recall seeing any) though and the only thing they had were hand held baskets. Wish these places would learn from Asian supermarkets and get those tall wheeled baskets.

Nice little store I go to for a few items. I am used to the bigger one near Midland.
The tag team of beggars in the front, don't add too much in character. They remind me of Trading Spaces for some reason.

Very poor no-fills never has anything in stock always sold out cuz of how tiny the store is mission half the stores products if you ask me personally this no-fills is too small for this area

This store usually has everything I need, but lately has been sold of of many things. This is a problem everywhere because of shortages etc.

It was a good place to shop. Everything was placed out correctly in the ials. I had no problem finding what I was after.

Beautiful store great location staff are very friendly and helpful they all have a smile on their face makes me want to shop there forever affordable prices that even the poor can afford nice. The aisles are nice and wide for people with mobility issues

John has done a great job fixing up the store. Emloyees are much better now under his management, new youthful friendly staff.

Johns No Frills is smaller than most NF ive been too so it was difficult to find items as it was slightly disorganized. Staff were nice tho and I found everything I needed, so the place is just fine by me.

Not very big, so selection was limited. It was clean and organized though, nothing wrong with it just small

Pretty nice store, kind of small but good enough variety products. Luckily shelfs are well stocked up all the time.
Workers chats very loudly, otherwise it'd be more calm. Parking is very good, and convenient. Overall good enough No Frills experience.

Cashier was absolutely awesome friendly fast got everything I was looking for seems the store has been changed I think there's new management because it looks much better.

Located conveniently at Victoria Park & St. Clair it's easy to get there by bus or automobile. A clean store well stocked and today some good values. Staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The No Frills store suits this no frills Irish fellow just right!

Shopping at John's I find that everyone is very friendly and always helpful, extra stars for having a "very" clean store that make me at ease when I shop at John's

Used to shop here a lot but haven't been back in a couple of years so I was in the area and decided to make a quick pit-stop there and man was I shocked at how much it changed. Meat did not look fresh, the produce was below average at best and they didn't have any of the sale items in stock!

Another issue was that the cashier I went to made a big deal about the one thing I was trying to price match from another store. She kept stuttering when trying to answer my questions about the price match policy and I believe she told me she was the head cashier there. Never had an issue in the past, the other cashiers were very friendly but this lady was just annoying.

Safe to say I won't be shopping there ever again.

Tom's No Frills is a very nice and friendly place for shopping your groceries. The floor staffs are very helpful and the cashiers are also friendly and cheerful. My wife and I most of our grocery shopping here.

Everything as expected considering the demographics of the location. Small with limited selection of brands and quality but covers the basics.

Grew up in the area and lived down the street for 30 years. This was the go to grocery store. Made a trip back recently when visiting the area and saw a lot of expired meat. Damn shame they are selling this to the people who live in the area. This no frills truly needs to step it's game up and have a better presentation. Hoping to see that someday.

If it was for the customer service is perfect very good people but as a supermarket doesn’t accept a VISA CREDIT CARDS ‍️ and they don’t have some basic stuffs like cotton buds, portable tissues and so on.

Never find anything on sale. I don't know what happened. Before it's good place but is really changed. I don't like worker never help you almost anything if you need help. Outside it's so worse because so many people staying and with dog asking for money or something. That's really bad because I now that some of them don't need money.

Never has anything u need. Never has anything that is on sale. Better off just to go up to Ellington. This place is a waste of time.

You won't find items that are at the mega No Frills store a few mins away. I find this location quite pointless to be honest.

Head 5 minutes north and shop at the No Frills at Vic Park and Eglinton. You'll be glad you did.

Too small unless you only need one or two items. The meat counter I don't think was longer than 12 and didn't have much in it. Rather disappointed as No Frills is my go to store. Won't be making it my neighborhood grocery store

No fresh fish. The fish had was prepared and breaded. Not even frozen unprocessed fish was available.

The very Best of produce and meat, and a breadth of product offerings for any cuisine. Friendly staff, clean store. I luvvit!

Prices are OK on specials, but not on stock items. Many products close to expiry. Lots of security guards staring at customers and intruding on your personal space. Makes you feel uncomfortable. Not enough cashiers so there's a long wait while being stared at.

I came here to buy groceries and was offended by one of the cashiers who made a pretty rude comment. Also the corn was labelled for $. 13 cents next to it was a small tiny sign not even visible saying if you peal the husk from the corn it’s $. 50 per corn. Now with about 20 corns peeled, management told us that they can’t do anything so I just put the corn back and walked out. Kind of a ridiculous safety policy as I’ve never experienced this at my local no frills. The management at Vp and st Clair needs better customer service trainingfor all their staff. They don’t even deserve the one star I’m leaving them. I will not be coming to this location so it doesn’t matter.

The best way I can describe this store is that it's small and only go here if you just need a few things also they do not have a ethnic section like bigger no frills

A lower cost place for basic needs. Nothing fancy. Reduced assortment. Beware of what looks like a good buy. Know what a good price is before you stock up. Not everything is cheaper. Most, not all.
