Had a great experience with Johnson. We needed to get our septic tank pumped for the first time near Cobourg but had no idea what to do. Kelly was super friendly and helpful over phone and email - she provided me with all the information I needed to locate the septic tank lids and got the appointment scheduled very quickly. Rob, who came to do the pumping, was very knowledgeable, did a great job - and this might be the greatest compliment I've ever paid to someone - he actually made standing beside an open septic pit chatting for an hour an enjoyable experience!
