Dr. Randy Busch is the real OG Chiropractor. He is well informed and cares deeply about the well-being of his patients. He takes his time diagnosing the issues, listens patiently and is very thorough in coming up with a personalized treatment plan. I have had many chiropractor over the years but this one is next level. Highly recommended!

Excellent options and treatment types. Active Release Therapy was excellent, Kartik is great at Dry Needling.

Randy (chiropractor) is extremely knowledgeable and thorough (not to mention friendly) and has tried a combination of techniques in his adjustments to achieve results (massage gun and acupuncture to name a few). I have been to different chiropractors before who did the same few routine adjustments every time regardless of what my complaints are.

I had my first ever chiropractic consult with Randy and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! As a nurse myself, I can recognise and appreciate great client care - Randy is knowledgeable (informative without speaking pure medical jargon) and extremely friendly and professionalism. He explained and walked me through everything and it put all my questions/any hesitation I had pre-appointment, to rest. I recently visited the Joint Reaction Health Centre and at first I was a little nervous about having my body cracking, I had bad posture and very bad back pain. The chiropractor that I had seen was named Randy he was a nice gentleman who made my first experience amazing. He explained everything before we started and made sure to answer any and all questions I had, he made sure to keep me relaxed and even offered too allow me too play my own music too help me relax, he was very professional and knows how too keep a conversation going which I like because nobody wants to be in a quiet room and just awkward. After my first visit Randy had suggested I come in a few more times, after about three sessions I realizer my posture was way better and that one day I woke up and my back pain was gone. I highly suggest this spot and to definitely go with Randy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and anyone who’s worried Dont be He assures too make you feel like you’re at home. Thank you Randy Appreciate everything you did, will definitely be backk.

I have been using the services here sine March 2021 and have nothing but rave reviews since Kartik joined the team and took over the physiotherapy treatments since he joined the teamin May.
His "Hands On" approach helped him get to the bottom of the neck issues I had been dealing with on my first day with him and his willingness to help alleviate the pain in other areas at the same time is greatly appreciated!
There's a true "team" atmosphere where the staff work together and communicate with each other with the goal of helping you leave there feeling well cared for and well on the road to recovery.

The clinic is super clean, well organized, with a modern decor. The staff are really friendly, and do everything in a very professional manner.

For years I had been coping with a sore back without even realizing there was a problem. It wasn't until after I met Dr. Busch that I realized what waking up on the right side of the bed really feels like! He introduced me to the importance of stretching before and/or after you use your body, and I have honestly never felt better. He was extremely knowledgable, yet clear and easy to work with. He's got your back!

Randy is very friendly and approachable. He has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable. He has helped me so much with my back and hip pain allowing me to get back to into the sports I love.
