Got two of their Spicy chicken sandwiches. One of the Sandwiches had uncooked meat. It tasted like rubber. Not impressed one of the worst sandwiches I've had to date.

Tasty food as to be expected in Jollibee but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Missing items and resolving simple issues seems overly problematic.

This is the place for crispy chicken lovers.
Chicken bucket is our family favourite (you get option to choose between spicy/ regular). It comes with gravy which is delicious.
Pototo mash is good too.
Be prepared to be in que for 15 min aprox if you want to order in person.
This location seems to be busy sply during weekends so plan accordingly.
The food is always fresh and well packed for go to orders.

For the food the only thing that could be improved would be the presentation of the spaghetti. The service is pretty slow. So plan to wait a while for your food. Too bad they couldn't add an upstairs seating area for more customers.

8/3/23, ordered at 6: 22PM.
6: 37, I followed up on my order and the crew mentioned that there's around 20min wait time for the rice. The WAIT TIME WASN’T MENTIONED by the cashier who took my order (only girl wearing a mask during that time). I heard it’s the same for other people. Had I known the wait time, I would not choose to order something with rice. I just asked if I can switch my side to spaghetti so my order would come faster - paid for the difference. I then waited for another 10mins and came to the point when I just told them to cancel my order and I can just pay for the drinks I already got - but apparently, my order is coming next.
Went to my table, opened the container, and they got my order wrong. They gave me regular chicken even if I ordered both 2pcs as spicy. Got back to the counter and told them they got my order wrong and the crews didn't even accept the mistake nor apologized.
Customer service here became worse over the years. Maybe they need to retrain their staffs on the standards - cashiers should make the customers aware of any wait times, check on long standing orders that are yet to be given to customers, make sure popular item like rice is made available especially on busy hours such as dinner service, and learn how to apologize when they mess up with your orders.

Been wanting to go since it was featured on Parts Unknown. Excellent chicken. Wished they had halo halo.

Ordered this via takeout and we got a large bag full of food. Tried the Fried chicken first and it truly isn’t anything special. I would say it’s a lesser version of KFC and Popeyes. The chicken isn’t dry but there’s not much taste or flavour to it like the other 2 chicken places that I mentioned. The chicken isn’t bad by any means but for the price point being significantly more expensive than other fried chicken places, it’s not worth it. In my opinion, you are paying a premium for worse chicken. Now what saves this place from getting a 1 star is EVERYTHING ELSE. The Palabok was delicious, has a nice umami kick to it and meshed well with the ground beef, it for sure was the best part of the meal. The coconut pie was delicious and had a nice creamy interior while being soft and crunchy on the outside. Even the gravy and fries were very good, reminded me a lot of less salty McDonald fries which I did enjoy. Overall the meal was ok with the main disappointment being the chicken and everything else being amazing. Was debating giving it a 4 star just because everything else tasted good but the star of the meal failed to deliver so it’s a solid 3.5/5 for me.

Chicken was very moist and juicy. Fyi, we got the spicy version and it's several degrees higher than KFC spicy version. The coconut pie was also delicious.

The chicken is crispy, juicy and very tasty. We enjoyed the banana pie very much. It was a substitute to their peach pie the day that we were at Jollibee.

Tried to call friday oct 8 to complain about your uncooked chicken but NOBODY answers your friggin' phone!

Great and organized service right from the entrance. Store looks clean and well maintained. Food is also good.

The wait is unreasonable and the staff is doing a really bad job directing customers waiting for order. Very bad communication with customers to the extend of no one even knows there is a long line up waiting for order. Don't even expect anyone to explain why it's taking 15mins just for someone to take a friggin order. Some people couldn't stand the long wait just left.
For a fast food place, this is negligence and waste of time for its customers.

Jollibee fried chicken is always juicy and tender and the skin crispy.   It comes with a generous serving of gravy. My favourite aside from the chicken is the Palabok Fiesta - noodles in garlicky shrimp sauce with shrimp, hard boiled eggs and pork. Their spaghetti is typical Filipino spaghetti, the sauce is sweet.   I always order the combo of palabok fiesta and chicken so I get the best of both.   Prices are very reasonable and the food tastes so good.

Love this place to have chicken and spaghetti. Sweet pineapple juice is just top of everything. I would like to recommend thia place to chicken lovers.

The management of store needs to review the food it's very sad I mean VERY SAD on quality of food over cook or under cook it don't remind of home even I can cook better phipino food I would not recommend the food court

Too long too get my food. Also surprisingly found the chicken sandwich dry. Disappointed. Fries were good.

Paper thin patty on the burgers with bland sauce that was barely there. The fries was just shoved in a plastic bag with no care. The price was also increased. Don't go here.

Special mention to one of the staff name ASHLEY. Very rude and unfriendly. Made my order wrong and refuse to change my order. Did not even acknowledge my request when I order my usual meal all the time.

There are busy times, but food are great
Close to Asian food market and stores, like grilled and baked Filipino food.

Made an online order for 1130am same day and paid in full. I arrived and there was no line for online orders. When I finally got to the counter the order was not ready and had to wait 25min for an order that should have been ready for pick up. The reason the order was made online was to save time and help Jolibee prepare for a larger order for the allocated time. They may need to rethink the process they are running for online orders. On a positive note the food is good. Please improve on your service for online orders.

Place is a waste of time. Thought i would give it a try today as I was in heartland. Went about 3: 30 pm. Waited 10 mins in line outside, then in line inside as well. Tried to order a 3 peice spicy, and was told they had no spicy chicken. Not even a "if u wait we can make some for u". How do u run out of stuff mid evening? I won't come back again.

This was the fourth time I have been to Jolibee Mississauga store. And for the fourth time a problem with my order. I expected a wait to get in. That is understandable. I ordered my food and waited over a half hour to get it. The order of course was missing food.again. Jolibee should be ashamed of how they are represented by this outlet.
The lack of organization has evident. This steams from poor ownership and inexperienced management.
I know there will not be a response from this store.
My response is to let people know how poor store values it's customers

Great tasting food. Too bad their 10 piece was not priced better than their 6 pieces. Usually the bigger quantity you buy. The price per piece should decrease. Not at jollibee unfortunately

Worst dining experience. So many staff but not even one cares to clean their tables even though it is not busy, all of them are being used and dirty! I can't even find a single sanitizer available inside the store! Food is good though.

Called 3 times at 9: 30pm and no one picked up the phone. I had to drive 15 minutes to get there and tried to order 10 pieces of chicken. The guy at the front door rejected my order and told me there were only 5 pieces left. How on earth could he know the exact number by just standing there? Also, if anyone picked up the phone then I don't need to waste 30 minutes! It was not busy at all! If you guys have decided not to pick up the phone, then don't install one! Worst customer service ever!

First time.
Had both spicy n regular chicken. My fav us going to be spicy. Good portion as well.

Make sure to check your order before leaving the store because we've been getting mistakes on some of the order. There's also not that much point ordering online because you will also be put on wait, and others who ordered in person gets the priority even though they just placed the order there.

The jollibee chicken and spaghetti are always a household favorite of ours. Unfortunately, they are not offering another one of our favorites at this time; the peach mango pie. We're hoping once the supply issues are resolved it will return.

We like a lot going out. Last night we arrived in this superb place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a lovely experience there with very good dishes and an efficient team and a professional chief cook. We added this venue in our list and we shall certainly go again soon. We warmly recommend.

Food here is amazing and always hot. Only thing that can improve is wait times as you have to wait in line to order and then once again to pick up your food

Very confusing in person ordering experience. Can't even see the menu and they make you order outside

This is the second time that they messed my order! I ordered Jolly spaghetti with chicken and a drink, they only gave me the spaghetti and drink. The second one was I ordered a bucket (6-pcs chicken) and they only gave me the smallest gravy. I want to return the orders but I am 30 minutes away from there. Maybe, it is 50% my fault because I did not double check the order before I left but please Jollibee Missisauga fix this. On the other hand, employees are friendly.

The Filipinos at my workplace said it was the best around so I checked it out today. Because of the bad weather the line wasn't bad but there was a line. They did not lie when they said the chicken was good. It reminds me of Mary browns but less crispy. I only gave them a 4 because they gave me rice instead of fries. The food tasted good and the pineapple juice was just right. I'll definitely go again.

1st time trying Jollibee. Was all excited. Came out experiencing the Worst service ever. The staffs there didn’t look like they ever cared for their customers. They were more busy talking amongst themselves. The kids working there need to be trained or look for a different kind of job. Never gonna walk into this location

I had the most horrible experience today with incompetent Jollibee staff in Missisauga. I had over $100 order and for some reason there was a "dasher" who picked up my order. I told the staff that I had the order under pick up. I told them I didn't disclose my address on the order. I was coming from a different city and drove all the way to pick up the order. They insisted that it was under delivery. When we checked the address it was supposed to be delivered at, it has indicated the exact Jollibee address. One of the staff named Jimmy told me there's nothing they can do as it was an outside company and that I needed to contact DoorDash. I told them they should've checked the order before they've given it to the delivery guy named "SACHIN. "
This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE! What restaurant company doesn't care about who comes and goes out picking orders up and not confirming the information of where the food is going to be dispatched at. The staff between 3pm and 6pm on October 17,2020 lack essential customer service skills big time. They all look like they only care about themselves and not their customers. What a bunch of clowns! The other staff (bald, waits people at the door, unknown name) was rude and never cared of how I insisted that I have been scammed. All he cared about was for other customers to be able to get in the restaurant. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Canada! I will never recommend this Missisauga Jolibee location to other people EVER. Shame on this franchise location!

Awesome and delicious food, I love the mood this spot has, and the staff members were very nice. I will definitely visit here next time.

Definitely a spot worth stopping by, the food is excellent and fresh, the rates are fair and it is constantly well organized here. Keep it up.

Currently have a really silly system where you line up, order, then are told to wait 15-20 min for your order. The kicker is they never actually tell you when your order is ready, you have to keep asking the one employee that shuttles people in and out if your order is ready. Very strange system. We were actually told specifically that the employees would not tell us when our order was ready and that we were to continue asking. Took about 30 min. Foods still the same, just be prepared to join the gaggle of people waiting around yelling their order name at the poor employees, lol

PRO TIP - Check your bag/order before leaving else you'll be left disappointed

I love Jollibee. Spicy crispy fried chicken, sweet and tangy spaghetti, mouth watering burger steak - the food is SO delicious, I understand why people line up.

BUT the service at this location is SO BAD. I get it, the kids that work there are young and mistakes happen. But the managerial staff are older and need to do a better job of training.

My orders are constantly missing items or plain chicken instead of spicy. Missing the toy from the kids meal are just some of the examples. Just the other day I placed an order over the phone. They said the food will be ready in 5-10 mins. But when I got there, they said they never received my order. So I had to place my order again and wait. Then when I got my bill, the cashier charged me 6 separate pieces of chicken instead of a bucket.

Like c'mon. I love your food, but please please please do a better job at training your staff and getting orders right. You're in Heartland with a LOT of different food options available. As soon as another fried chicken spot opens up, Jollibee won't be feeling so Jolli. Ya know?

A Filipino food chain and all the foods are great! But i suggest one thing.checking the food in the bag if it match with the order and the receipt, i experienced twice where they miss my fries and they don’t give the toys for kiddie meal combo. I live 30mins away, called them and they told me to bring the receipt.
Who knows when i am coming back?

Came here at 10 pm Thursday to see what the hype was about Filipino fried chicken and was still busy inside. Apparently this is the best fast food fried chicken. I would have to somewhat agree- this was really good! We got buckets of chicken that came with mashed potatoes/fries, peach mango pie and drinks. The fried chicken was nicely seasoned and wasn’t as greasy as Popeye’s or KFC. The peach mango pie was very delicious. The prices are reasonable, however they have a limit of $60 (CAD) per order as I heard this place gets insanely busy during regular hours. But I guess if there’s more than one person in a party, then technically you can each order multiples of $60 provided you order each separately.

WOW! This place is popular for a reason! Their fried chicken was crispy and tender, the spaghetti was amazing and for a fast food place with a huge line up, they really stole the #1 spot for best service. We waited about 15min total to order our food and receive it and there were about 25-30 people in front of us. If you go to another fast food chain such as McDonalds or BK, you would probably wait that same period with only 1 or 2 people in front of you (based on my experience). If you can, stop by and try it, its worth every minute, I promise!
