Staffs are nice. Food is not as perfect as before. The spicy chicken flavour is different.

I love Jollibee and normally order the spicy chicken with sides meal. The chicken I got was not spicy compared to the downtown location. I hope they could look into this. Otherwise, it was a good meal.

I ordered for pickup. When i opened the bag, 50% of the items were missing in the bag. I ONLY received a 6pc chicken bucket, and a mashed potato. (Plus accompanied gravy)

What i SHOULD be getting but missing: 2pc burger steak, 1 fries, 1 spicy chicken sandwich.

How could they be missing so many items?

Upon arrival, they also seems unprofessional and took a longgg time confirming my order for me.

Without order they can not allow to sit there this is totally bad. I recommend to everyone don’t order here.

Service is always friendly and food is great. My go-to meal choice whenever I visit STC. I can never have enough of their palabok!

The spicy crispy-licious juicy-licious chicken joy was not the same when it was first opened. We need you to bring back the original spicy chicken, the peppery flavor is not what we are coming back for. (Posters says spicy in and out, but it is not even level 1 spicy) 6pcs bucket started at $14.99 is now $19.99. We need our money's worth. Taste did not meet our expectations.

Had lunch with the family at this location on a Sunday afternoon. The line up wasn't too long but expect to wait 8-10 minutes for the food to be ready. They give you a pager to alert you when the food is ready.

Food was alright, but a little pricey.

They have their own eating area, but could use a lot more seating as they're quite busy during the lunch hour.

Worst experience, expensive and they didn't have water or soda to drink. The tables were dirty, and when we asked to clean it up, nobody even the manager didn't cared. I asked for my money back.

In my journey of denial to find a location that still carried the old spicy chicken recipe, I visited this location with my girlfriend. Sadly, this was not the place as it carries the new recipe. My visit killed all hope that any Jollibee location in the GTA carries the old spicy recipe. The old spicy chicken recipe was spicy, juicy, and flavourful, while milk is spicier than the new recipe which is also both dry and bland. At least the mashed potatoes were still pretty good, but potatoes aren’t enough to carry an entire restaurant unless you're from PEl, which in that case, it probably carries your entire economy.

To put my unspeakable feelings of dismay into words, the old spicy chicken recipe is like that one beautiful German exchange student who visits for a semester and the two of you hit it off, spark a flame ready to set off the fireworks, and then she soon returns to Germany snuffing out any hope of the future you imagined in your head with her. Yet years later you still yearn for her. Imagine those dire feelings of longing and multiply it by a billion zillion, and you'll feel a fraction of what I believe most of us feel towards the old spicy chicken recipe.

In a way I envy those who did not get to taste the greatness of Jollibee's old chicken recipe. They'll be able to sleep peacefully at night not knowing what once used to be and live out their lives without this gaping hole of desires within their heart.

I hope you are sorry it had to end this way, because quite frankly the spicy chicken ruined the rest of my day, and to be honest it probably also ruined my girlfriend's day even though she did not eat any but had to listen to me complain the rest of the day.

Small portion of chicken joy, it was a surprise! The thigh was half the size of what we used to. It doesnt even taste like Jollibee anymore. It was not flavourful! We were disappointed. We ordered a bucket, spaghetti and palabok.

Ordered 2 piece meal, the fries were crispy and tasted good with the gravy. However, the chicken taste was bland it wasn’t spicy. Also I felt like the leg piece was staying there for a while as it wasn’t fresh. Will not return again.disappointed with the meal.

This used to be one of my top chicken places but recently, it was not good. Not sure if the recipe has changed or if it was bc of the location but the yummy spicy flavour of the spicy chicken has disappeared. There was no spicy seasoning/powder on the chicken skin which they originally had and the chicken pieces were overall very underwhelming and disappointing. Only pro was that they had quick service.

Pathetic, we waited around 20 min in the line, that means 6: 30pm to 6: 52pm and after that they told us they don't have chicken anymore. Also they are so slow to take orders.

You really get a value for your money. Our chicken sandwich was not only crunchy but also meaty. So tasty and delicious.

Counter isn't filly wheelchair accessible you have to go along side it and have decent core strength for twisting to access anything including the machine to pay.

There dedicated accessible table is actually not usable as its in the main area being used for who knows what, but it isn't used for its intended purpose thats for sure.

Bleeping cold fries that where worse then my mates fries from McDonald's, wanted mashed potatoes but was told they didn't have any and their rice though decent - at particular location was anything but fluffy (hard n crunchy isn't how rice should be served).

Chicken was spot on though, nice and jucy she it should be.

Can't say the peach pie was good, it felt sogy and the normal crisp texture that their pies normally have, which was disappointing.

Over all, I'd get the Chicken from this location but nothing else, not worth it when there better options in the food court.

Great place or fast food for family. Chicken is Crispylicious spaghetti is a bit sweet which the way Filipino style. Got to try the pies. Service is fast. Attendants are nice and polite. Location is at the upper level by the elevator at the main entrance. You can have Timmies after and stroll in lots of shops. Parking is at mall. Lots of tables and chairs to sit.

The spicy chicken has a nice flavour but the chicken was undercooked as was the pasta. Very disappointing and disgusting.

Everytime we eat at jolibee STC, tables and floor are nasty. U gotta ask to wipe down the table for a non busy time.manager should do more. We had to wipe down the table ourselves using the rag they left on top of the garbage counter

This is the first time I visited the store! The chicken so juicy & tasty! The spaghetti family pack in good portion!

Not sure who was managing the floor, but an employee or manager let their friend cut in the very long line in front of me and none of the employees didn't do anything but gave me the same excuse that the customer simply wanted to order rice and ignored the whole line. I was approaching and explaining to the employee who let the person cut me in line to address the issue and was quickly told to move away from the counter and wait for my food before I could even explain how upsetting it was. That employee had a nice laugh with that customer who cut in line as if it was nothing. Felt very unequal and unwelcome here, please treat your customers equally.
