Jollibee

In November I dined in and the chicken was overcooked but the staff still served it to customers at full price. Jollibee has an image and quality taste reputation to maintain ; this batch of chicken should have been discarded. Last night I bought a bucket of 10 chicken and a bucket of 6, I was happy to see they were freshly cooked after I waited for 7 minutes. But then when my family ate the chicken they tasted bitter.probably fried from burned oil used many times. Sad to say most of the chicken was left and will probably be thrown out. I love Jollibee but you guys need to watch your food quality otherwise you loose customers who worked hard for their money. I might think twice now going to your location at Bramalea.

Today I went there to pick up my delivery for the Uber. I told at the reception the food is not properly packed Because of your bad packing the customer always give bad rating to the delivery driver. Instead of packing it properly, they started suggesting that maybe there are other reasons for your bad rating. Another lady came to cover up their mistakes and the lady at the front She also started blaming the uber driver this is the really disgusting. So unprofessionalism, disrespectful.

Ordered online and after an hour of waiting, I get a message saying order cancelled. Tried calling, but no answer; for 30 mins. Had to drive all the way to the store to find out why my order was cancelled and what resolve they offered. The manager tells me to place another order in-store, which I’d pay for again and then a refund would take 3 business days. So if I never went to the store, I would not have been refunded; being that I placed my order on their website (whereby order and pick up were both confirmed). Service is useless and terrible to say the least.

The fried chicken was great, even better with the gravy they provide. Better than the other fried chicken places for sure.

Food was disgusting and tasted like it was made in bad oil. Tried the new tenders and they were horrendous too literally no taste.

I went there yesterday and purchased a bucket of their fried chicken. From the moment I picked up the food, I could already smell the lingering scent of the old oil they had used. I couldn't even finish the one piece of chicken I had because the taste of the old oil made it excessively greasy.

They've got the best spicy chicken in town. They sometimes run out towards the end of the day so we make sure to call 1st ;-)

Fresh and tasty food that definitely stands up to the competition! The cashier was quick, just a little bit of delay in getting the spicy chicken bucket. More sides option would have been great. Overall good place to dine in or take out. Will come back again.

This is my second time here, however this time my chicken sandwich was completely raw.i tried to call but no one answered the phone which is extremely disappointing

It was my first time trying Jollibee, it was a good experience. They helped me choose the type of meal I wanted based on all menu options, a full meal comes with a side, main and a drink. I got a jalapeno chicken burger with a side of mash potatoes and a fountain drink. They also have other drink options of mango, pineapple juice. The restaurant was cleanly and spacious, perfect for dining. They also had pretty fast service. Thank you!

I have ordered 4 times in the past month from here. Every time the chicken gives bad smell of burn oil and tastes really bad. Very bad quality

Mom called in to order for pick-up. Person on the phone was rude, we were trying to order a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with extra lettuce and extra tomato (mind you it already comes with it). And she rudely said they were too busy to add extra vegetables to my sandwich? Make it make sense, and it's worse that they're fellow filipinos too, at-least have some customer service.

What food place can't add extra toppings, if it was extra $ sure not a problem but they just said they didn't have time to + with attitude. What a joke, treat your customers with some decency if you're gonna work customer service.

I enjoyed the fried chicken. It was crispy and moist. I hope to try some of the other menu items next time

We often buy jollibee. My kids love it but I suggest to everybody to check when you receive your order right away. I just bought now but when we got home, found out there's no chicken in the chicken/spaghetti combo.

If you order take out they will give you food meant for the garbage.
I complained about my chicken sandwhich being ice cold and the replacement they gave me was totally different. It was nice and hot and the chicken was double the size and crunchy. The first one looked like it was sitting in the fridge for a week.
Their prices are ridiculous. I don’t know how these people are still in business. Bunch of dirty scammers.
