At 5: 28 pm the place was busy not sure if it is always this busy but I waited 21 mins for the food to me this is a long time for a fast food place like I said was busy so this could be why I mean the food taste great but I won't go back if is busy and wait 21 mins.

The chicken is fantastic, the peach mango pie tastes amazing and the overall experience at Jollibee is perfect. Even though I haven't had it in over 2 years, I know 100% that it tastes great.

Classic Phillipines fast food. Spicy and tasty. Always busy but turnover is quick and a table usually opens up before your food is ready.

Food is always good here. The wait was not as long as usual but they do need to work on their waiting times. I wish it wasn’t so expensive for some fried chicken but I guess it’s worth it if I keep coming back

Parking spaces can be a challenge to find sometimes, with fewer than you might expect in a plaza with a fair amount of stores.

Public transportation is located nearby.

The chicken is excellent. The spicy version is spicier than the "spicy" chicken offered at other fast food chicken spots. I've been here quite a few times because this chicken is exceptional in that it is very juicy and stays juicy for a good while.

The fries are alright. I did not notice any salt added onto the fries. The gravy is quite good.

If you plan on dining in, be prepared for a somewhat hectic time. Seats and tables are limited, and so as soon as a table is vacated, it is quite often immediately taken. This, unfortunately, leaves little time for staff to clean the tables through no fault of their own.

There are only 2 washrooms, both of which are for everyone. Again, sadly, this means it is quite busy so be prepared to wait if you need to use them. I've quickly washed my hands at the soda fountain before through the water option.

Overall, I would recommend this place for fried chicken, though, you may want to get it to-go.

Worse Jollibee experience. Ordered their 25th anniversary perfect pair special. Order took long because the staff are too busy socializing at the cash register. Once I got home I noticed that they didn’t give me the 2 pies that comes with this special. No ketchup, no napkin. Thanks for the great service! Keep up the good work!

I’ve been to this place a couple of times and boy do they always disappoint. I’ve never had issues with Jollibee in Mississauga and in Scarborough. Please if you can - avoid this location at all cost.
1. They have served us half cooked chicken. HALF-COOKED.
2. I’ve ordered several times and they always forget one or two of my PAID orders. Imagine paying for something, looking forward to eating it at home only to find out they didn’t put it in your bag. Mind you, this happened when it wasn’t even busy! (Don’t come at me that I’m not double checking before leaving the store - not all of us do!)
3. We were just there 20 mins ago (Jan 25,2023) only a couple of people eating inside, very few people in line, 3-4 people waiting for online orders. When my partner ordered food as we were starving - we got stuck in an hour of traffic due to weather. They told us chicken will not be ready for 40 minutes. FORTY MINUTES. For a fast food chain, locally known to filipinos, they should know better. I don’t know if they only have one person cooking inside or whatnot - but they have to re-assess their game plan. It was so frustrating. I’ve ordered one time last month in here too where I waited almost 30 mins for a 2pc chicken!

If only this wasn’t close to my home, I would not go here. But this incident today - I will never go back here anymore. My families and friends have been made aware and they’ve experienced the same thing too. What a shame.

I used to love going here for their spicy chicken but ever since they changed their spicy seasoning recipe it's now comparable to Church's, Popeyes and KFC except much more expensive. I used to go here weekly for their 10 PC's family meal spicy but now their spicy isn't even spicy anymore, its just a hint of cayenne pepper. You lost another customer until you bring your spicy seasoning back.

The side that comes with the order the mashed potatoes was so tiny it's a complete joke the container was big but the portion was very small. Full it up all the way.

We’ve been in this location for quite some time now and we love their spaghetti. But this time it’s very disappointing. Why did I say that? Their spaghetti today is a gummy texture why use the very cheapest brand of spaghetti noodles when noodles itself is just a couple bucks. What a Shame! Whoever manage in this location be responsible and be mindful of your position, please check your finished products before serving it.

I just tried Jollibee for the first time, expecting alot considering all the reviews I heard. Honestly it is the most disgusting chicken Ive ever eaten, cheap dark meat with bad taste.

Long wait times for getting the order. Food tastes, really good though! Crispy on the outside and juicy inside!

Food is good here. There is limited seating tho. I like the location of this as everytime I go there no line ups. Chicken and menu is different and good here.

I've been to this location on several different occasions. Busy location and service is slow. Also atmosphere isn't that great because it's busy and tight inside this restaurant. It should of been made larger. The food and menu is good with a lot of options. I found on this occasion the chicken wasn't as good as a previous time. Like it was missing something, spice? Also found it to be to oily and saugy.

I love Jollibee's gravy. I love original chicken too. But for me gravy is awesome more than chicken! Lol
6 for $20 (come with on gravy) and 10 for $30 (come with two gravy). So, I ordered 10. And extra gravy ($2.50) and peach mango pie ($3.50). So, total for $40.
Spaghetti (Philippines spaghetti is little bit sweet taste), peach mango pie and pineapple juice are famous. When I go there day before then they had banana langka pie by limited edition.

This place needs to support Canadian farmers. Just ask about the poultry and other stuff, that's the only reason I gave two starts.

Staff were friendly and very kind when we visited this location. I will definitely be back again when in the York area they also had fast service even when they were busy and hard tones of orders placed. The facility was clean as well.

Never been, never seen, so this had the seduction try something new factor. I got the spaghetti for it’s uniqueness, not something I would ever order (it had a sweet banana sauce, and hot dogs). Overall, cool vibe and they pumped out food fairly quickly. The chicken sandwich was quite impressive good sized meat in the middle, the bun was a bit manufactured but it’s all good.

I have been to this location quiet a few times and more often they’ll forget 1 or 2 items on your order. I visited last sunday (April 17) and it was really busy as soon as we got our order we tried to get out fast but i didn’t noticed they forgot my 2 mashed potatoes and fries. I was out of town for a week for work that’s why I just emailed them 15mins after we got home and one week later they haven’t contacted me. The last few times they forget gravy and its forgivable but spending almost $11 for 3 items they didn’t give isn’t now.

I enjoyed my food, my husband's order was wrong but they replaced it when attention was brought to it. While I liked the flavor of the seasonings, my son and husband unfortunately were not big fans.

Chicken was decent, a less tastier version of a Popeyes style chicken. Spaghetti sauce is thick and sweet, and has bits of hotdogs sliced in, definitely has a "fast food" taste. Edible, but forgettable.

Extremely friendly staff and inviting environment, my order is always taken with gratitude, kindness, and invitation. However, I will be instructing the FDA to inspect the Pineapple Juice here because there’s no way something that tastes that good can be legal (joke). The chicken is absolutely delicious, the staff get my name right every time for my order (something Starbucks has yet to master), the fries are done super well and like I said, the pineapple juice? The pineapple juice. 3 thumbs up. 6 stars. Critics are raving.

Kind of a Filipino KFC. Not impressed. But if you want want something slightly different from American fast food this could be the option.

This place is usually packed on weekends. I've been here 3 times and had to stand in line in the subzero weather outside for a while all 3 times. The line moved slowly but the chicken is tasty though. For this 6 piece bucket, I stood in line for for about 30 mins.

So I went to jollibee's for the first time and let me tell you it won't be my last. I don't normally go out for fried chicken because I think I can get a better at home. However I kept hearing about jollibee's and so I happen to be in the vicinity of the Wilson location and so I said let me go and have lunch with myself. So I get to the counter the girl asked me what do you want I said I've never been here before would you recommend and she proceeds to tell me you know the chickens really good do you like chicken or do you like hamburgers I'm like oh I like chicken so she recommended a three-piece meal with spicy and regular chicken and with some mashed potatoes pineapple juice and banana pie. I'm so impressed with the quality of the food it was fresh, it was tasty, it wasn't oily, it was well seasoned, oh and that's spicy was really spicy. They have a fan in me.

Terrible customer service. They are slow and took over an hour and a half to complete my order. On another occasion, when we tried calling to make sure they are doing dine in, we waited on call for more than 15/20 minutes.

This is a Pilipino version of Kentucky Fried chicken. They had a lot of staff in the place and the line up was quite long. The fellow outside trying to take orders did not get it right the first time, nor could he explain his menu with ease. Be sure to call ahead if you know what you want to order so you avoid the line ups. And check your order to ensure they have given you everything you ordered-utensils inclused.

If I can gave 0 on this location I will with pleasure! Taking order thru phone saying time to pick up turns out they messed up not just your order but even in a small detail like getting name for customer! We're talking the same language so that for easy communication why not but it seems still communication is bull$hit in this location!

If you're looking to dine in this place doesn't have a lot of seating. Expect lines all the way outside during peak hours. I do recommend using their app and ordering in advance to avoid waiting too long.

Food is yummy and nostalgic. Staff are always nice and friendly. But they're are always so busy.

Good flavour in the chicken. The pasta reminds me of my childhood. Their burgers were average. Pineapple juice was delish. The pies were too sweet. The wait time can be long at times but the staff is super nice and friendly for the most part.

Do yourself a favour and get a bucket of their spicy jolly crispy chicken - my favourite food from Jollibee. It’s perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and just the right amount of spice to add a lot of flavour. Treat yourself to dessert and get their peach mango pie. And since you’re going all out might as well get their pineapple quencher drink. Can’t go wrong with their palabok fiesta - also great.

Save yourself some time and download their app to order ahead - this location (really every location I’ve been to actually) can get very busy.

Yumm! I tried their spicy chicken. They use powder for the spice. IT WAS SO SPICY AND SO GOOD! I had it with rice. Their rice was good too. Yum!

I just ordered with DoorDash and everything was sooo good and fresh. My kids loved it. The spicy chicken was really good too and actually pretty spicy! Definitely will be ordering again!

Very rude staffs. They made me and my daughter move to another table for new customers even though we bought food there. Just because we were taking so long to eat. It is very improper and disrespectful to tell your customers what to do. It should be a basic etiquette to let us eat peacefully and not teach us what to do. It sounds like we were treated less than how they should treat customers. I worked in customer service before but we never did that to our consumers. No matter how busy we are or how dirty their table is, we would never force them to leave or change tables against their will.

Although I personally like the food, customer service, timing and organization are very poor. Needs huge improvement. No one answers the phone, clearly they need one or two dedicated staff to answer the phone and take orders. Every time I order and visit, the lines are getting longer and wait times are just not worth it anymore. Management needs to strategize and find ways to keep their customer by providing timely and quality service!

Fast forward to few months, I ordered again and nothing has changed. As a matter of fact, it became worst. After calling them and placing my order, I arrived and the crew told me that they didn’t have my order. I have never seen a fast food chain that is extremely disorganized. It does not reflect high standards of customer service. This place is poorly run and a disaster at its best.

JOLLIBEE: You really should look at how Chik-Fil-A organize their line up and minimize the waiting time. They are very streamlined and can serve 50 customers in 15 mins.

I ordered and inputted my information, they got my address wrong and when I went in person for a refund or for them to fix their issue and give me my food they had terrible customer service skills. Continuously told me my order was delivered and there’s nothing they can do. As if I’d go to them if I had my food? Ridiculous sat there for 40+ mins for them to actually decide to give me my order.

Terrible service, waited for order for 20 minutes. KFC is much tastier and much more organized. Never again.

I hope they have a line for senior citizen/ old person. All in all of the products its so delicious.

Their palabok is dry! C’mon jollibee Wilson it’s so expensive so pls make it satisfied your customer.

There are only five people in front of us but we’ve been waiting for almost an hour. We went on a heavy snowy Sunday, the wind is heavy too, the staff act so slow inside preparing orders, let their customers wait outside, not sure whether they customer service, it is fairly poor!

So happy they have a jolibee here. They always make your good fresh. If you’re looking to try this then i truly recommend:)

Calling for pick up, I was told the waiting time is at least one hour. If you order the chicken bucket, AS A CUSTOMER YOU CAN NOT CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT INSIDE! BAD customer service. Small and dry chicken.

Chicken is 50% smaller than the that when the store just opened. Never answer the phone. Stuff are so slow and keep people waiting for a long time.

They serve very good fried chicken and tasty sauce. They take good care of Covid-19 precautions.

Best chicken, ever! I was reading some reviews on this branch. I was able to visit Scarborough (which messed up my order and had to wait 1 hour for our orders, cannot reach their phone number) and Mississauga. But this branch is still faster among the branches I've been to. Never messed up my orders. I don't know why some customers are having issues about it.

I have been on hold for 30 minutes and finally decided to give up. This is the second time I've tried to place an order for takeout at this location, and unfortunately the first time I was waiting in a line which wasn't even a line to place an order, but rather pick up (which by the way, was not attended to by staff to inform customers, unlike other open restaurants and retailers in the area).

I understand we're in unprecedented times, and volume would be higher during certain times, but I think it is not too much to ask to be well equipped, and have staff trained for attending to orders/answering the phone right away.

Unfortunately, I along with others here cannot make a recommendation for this location during this time.

I called 7 times just to make an order for pick up and no one answered. Went to Jollibee store to make an order outside the door with N95 mask and gloves. However, they told me just to keep trying to call them. I do understand that they are being cautious due to COVID 19, but what they have said was not really a solution. I told them I tried to call you guys 7times but no one was answering and they said KEEP TRYING UNTIL WE ANSWER this is what the staff said to me in front of the store. They should have more staffs to answer the phone not just telling customers to try until we answer. Totally disappointed

Go to popeyes.chicken is not worth the calories.flavor only comes from the skin which is powdered with chilli powder, it doesn’t have the favor that you crave for.mango pie is disgustingly filled with corn starch.the only thing I enjoyed was the cheap undefined pineapple juice. This restaurant has a very bad attitude. When we tried to order a meal by phone, the caller had no reason to hang up the phone, and there was no regret afterwards, which made people feel unreasonable. I will never come to this Jollibee again, the restaurant also needs to train the attitude of the staff

Ordered thru call and said order will be ready in 15 mins. I went there early and still had to wait for 45 mins because they said they’ll call back when its ready, but they didnt call either

I wasted my time comming to this Jolibee to pick up my order. I did everything what they tell me to do which is the call the number and press “4” and no one is even answering. The jolibee was so busy and there was this one person sweeping instead of helping out costumers. After waiting for too long, I decided and go to the nearest Popeyes instead which tasted alot better and alot more organized and faster service. Please fix the management because this Jolibee caused a lot of confusing about ordering and left costumers get heated up by the mismanagement of the store.

I ordered from jollibee on doordash (about $70 worth of food) an hour ago. Chicken was raw, literally with blood. I called them and the supervisor said "it is dark meat, so it's supposed to be like that.we have received no complaints about it before" like what, sir? Uncooked and bloody? I hope the health and sanitary inspector sees this store soon <3

the supervisor also did not offer any refund or exchange and told me to talk to doordash if i want a refund.sir, doordash is a delivery service, they ain't the one cooking the food.horrible customer service

Jollibee doesn't let you enter the store and neither have a take out menu to order. You need to arrive there and call their number and make your order

In my opinion this place was a little overhyped for what it is. Chicken is fresh not the best. Two best things here are the Pineapple drink and the Gravy. Both amazing.

Love this place, best fried chicken in the GTA! And that Pineapple juice is SO delicious! Make sure you come hungry so you can try a few different items!

Started my order on door dash and added my credit card. Then it said cart not available. I removed everything from my cart and tried to start over. Now it said the restaurant was closed. It was 530pm. At 6pm I tried again and store was open. I know it's new but they need to get their s@&t together. I made something else instead.

Horrendous client experience.big sign in window that says call and pick up however after attempting to call more than 10 times unsuccessfully drove down only to find that the store was in fact open.guess they are not really interested in business or probably only cater to a certain clientele?
