Absolutely unreal experience and it all started with calling Jason with some questions I had about a particular watch. Jason was 100% professional over the phone and as I walked in to the store (which is beautiful by the way), I was greeted by three different people. Jason was busy with other clients selling a Rolex. I was there to pick up an omega seamaster, yet Jason took the time to come and say hello and make sure I was okay. There was a really nice lady that came up to me and let me know that Jason was busy for a few minutes and that she was able to help me until he was free. During that time I met the owner and the owner's wife and I'm pretty sure the girl that created me was the daughter. They sent me down at the Omega table and made sure I had some nice cold water while I waited. I browsed around basically only a quarter of the store and found a Rolex that I truly am going to look forward to purchasing one day. Jason was kind enough to let me try on as many watches as I wanted under the Rolex line. All in all it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at any store period.hands down. I'm in sales and I must say that we can truly learn a lot about customer service from the store as well as from the staff that work there. TOP NOTCH!

Went to this place for a quick browse, I have worked with a lot of brands that they carry and it's was nice to refresh
However a felt a bit uneasy as a few staff was assessing you by the looks and few overthrowing questions in a very weird way and that made me very u comfortable

Truly a 5 star experience. Claudette, Kim and Jason were wonderful and treated me like family.

If you’re in the market for a Rolex steer clear of this Authorized Dealer. You’ll be told there is more demand than supply; you’ll be put on a list. There is no list; to get a watch quicker you’ll need to buy jewelry or other watches that don’t sell.

I’ve been on a wait list for over a year even though I’ve spent money there and followed up weekly and no watches available.

Heard from Anthony (Ownership Group) at the store. Tried to talk me into removing the review.

Bottom line is; if you’re waiting for a watch to mark a milestone. Forget about it it’s not coming. This is an honest review from someone not willing to be part of their game any longer. People are afraid to post honest reviews like this out of fear they’ll never get their watch.
