The staff at the yard were extremely friendly and helpful. I've been to many scrap yards over the years and can say Joseph's is the only one that I felt I was getting paid a fair price for my material. They have a way of making you feel like part of the team when you visit them.

I have been dealing with Joseph and Company for well over ten years. The employees at the yard as well as the office are always welcoming and knowledable.

I loved how fast they were with their customer service. The gentleman and the woman that served me were very nice and kind.

The worst experience I ever had. Don't send any material there unless you follow the truck and get the scale receipt. Or they will rip you off. I was ripped off on 2 large bins of stainless. Ami would not show me the scale ticket and just gave me a line of BS.very bad experience!

They bought my catalytic converter and paid what they quoted by email. Aaron was professional, friendly and every step of the way lived up to his word. Can't ask for more than that.

The unfriendliness of the attendant at the scales I did not appreciate, as well I felt I was Nickel and dimed.

A little ridiculous. When you drive onto the scale, the attendant is a good 15 - 20 feet above you (& I understand they get a lot of bigger trucks in there, but get an intercom or something) then there is nothing and no-one to tell you that you have to drive all the way back to the entrance to get to the drop off. Also nothing and no one to tell you where to drop once you are in there. When you drive back over the scale you are handed a piece of paper and given no instructions on what to do with it. Turns out you drive to a second location with super limited parking to get your money. Not that bad of an experience but pretty confusing & inconvenient.

Process was more complex than other places I have been too, employees were helpful, but some of my metal was down graded in value because I missed a screw on an aluminum plate.

Brought in copper and alum. Copper was fair, got totally ripped off with the alum. Good clean alum extruded ladder, cast alum engine parts got penies per pound. Use someone else, the guys on the scale will rip you off.

Easy place to drop off scrap metal for cash. Had a catalytic converter, filled out a form on website. Got a quick response for drop off info and now I have some pocket change.

This guy payed me cash for two catylitic converters, no print out. I am sure they were worth more than what he payed.

We had Ken as our delivery driver. Ken was very friendly, and went above and beyond for getting our bin where we wanted it. The scheduling and customer support team for Joseph's was very pleasant, and professional. All around, we would recommend Joseph and Company if you need a removal bin for your next renovation project, or for junk removal.

Recently needed a bin for a house project and did these guys ever deliver. Prompt service, the driver and contact were amazing. They billed me as required and the whole process was seamless, professional and on point. I will definitely be using them again, and so should you.

Guy at the weigh station put all the metal I spent time sorting as shred then stapled the paper you bring into the office so I wouldn't look. Watch out if they staple the paper check it before you leave the weigh station. Good ole scammers.
