I went to Dr Friedrich a gelly-like mass of nerves and very afraid of the extraction of an upper wisdom tooth. Between a mixture of oral medication, nitrous oxide and his gentle, calm and caring manner, I got through this with considerably less pain and difficulty than I had expected. I'll never be afraid to go to him if I need a future such procedure. And all his staff were very pleasant and supportive. Many thanks.

Dr. Friedlich and his staff were amazing kind competent attentive. I arrived I had no appointment I had a serious injury the night before. I was in pain and distraught the office staff was reassuring. Dr J. Friedlich took me in immediately informed me that the teeth had to be removed he took out 4 teeth the procedure was quick and painless afterwards I had a little discomfort and by the next day the discomfort was gone no pain pretty impressive I felt that he cared about me an Instant connection I was where I needed to be so thank you very much

I have had two procedures completed by Dr. Friedlich in the past 18 months. I am very happy with the work he completed, but I am most pleased with his bedside manner. I was a bit anxious about having surgery, but Dr. Friedlich was very professional, friendly and informative which reassured me that I was in good hands. We had an emergency situation and dr freidlich was there to treat my son for his severe jaw surgery. He did his surgery and helped my son but at the same time he’s so unethical in his profession I mean he’s so greedy. We were visiting Brampton from USA so we weren’t prepared for all this, he called my son after the discharge from the hospital and he specially said that to see him in his office at the 18 Kensington Rd. Before we leave to USA So he said if we needed the release letter we have to pay him the 8K some hundred $ and we asked him that we traveling and not carrying all this amount but he being so rude and so his staff that they said we can’t leave the office without paying that’ amount also asked if we can pay in 2-3 easy installments but no positive from him cause all he care was his money. I paid him using my credit but till today I’m going through a lot with my sons situation and the debt on me

So my question is what if a normal citizen not having that kind of money and what if he would have given us a choice to easy pay him and also going through that bad phase of the surgery and all the situation
I’m not saying I don’t wanna pay him but do u think he’s done a good thing to harass us like that and embarrassed us in front of his whole office. I have his all the recordings how rude he and his staff was

I need him to learn some respect for people
I would never recommend him to anyone cause if u r rich people he’s ok for u but if u don’t have money, he’ll take it out from ur throat

We had a very good experience with Dr. Friedlich, he is highly professional and caring. Considering all the pain before coming to Dr. Friedlich, work was completed perfectly with almost no afterpain. Highly recommended.

I have had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Friedlich's for the last four years. Having problems with your teeth, especially when you are in pain is difficult. Dr. Friedlich changed that for me. Over the course of treatment I had two extractions and two implants done. From my very first consultation, Dr. Friedlich put me at ease, and helped me work out a treatment plan for pain. Dr. Friedlich's attentiveness to my anxiety around dental procedures was appreciated. His professionalism, expertise, compassion and kindness made my experiences positive and manageable. Today I am pain free and have regained proper chewing function. From the wonderful front staff who always made me feel welcome and relaxed to Dr. Friedlich and his caring team, I am grateful I was a patient at this office. I highly recommend Dr. Friedlich.

Dr. Friedlich is one of those doctors who have conveniently forgotten that in just few years he will end up in an Old Care Center since his children will be too busy wasting the money he has accumulated by milking innocent patients and staff will mistreat him the same way he treats his patients. He has also forgotten, at the end of the day, size of the box is standard 3 feet by 7 feet, regardless of size of bank balance and the arrogance someone has accumulated in one's brain. He is rude, arrogant and driven by greed to make more money. Period!

I had three visits with Dr. Friedlich (August and September) and from the beginning to the end it was a very good experience. The staff was amazing. I get very anxious and nervous when it comes to dental procedures. Dr. Freidlich was so patient and kind when I had my dental procedure. He also followed up that same evening to see how I am feeling. He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs dental surgery done. Thank you Dr. Friedlich and staff.

Absolutely amazing dr Joseph and Lindsey were absolutely angels.
They treated me like a princess and were very understanding with my health issues and anxiety super gentle I had gotten 2 teeth extracted it was quick and painless im so greatfull for them and the experience they have gave.
Update dr Joseph friedlich even called me just to check up on me I have never experienced an amazing caring dentist in my life I used to be terrified of going to the dentist from.past trauma he made that all go away I cant shut up about how great they were the staff was perfect front desk was outstanding helped and guided me through it all

Dr. Friedlich did an amazing job removing my K9 teeth, he was straight forward with me and optimistic throughout the procedure.

Caring and humble, he made sure I was always comfortable during the procedure and operated professionally. My go to when I need teeth pulled.

Doctor Friedlich was amazing, nothing bad to say I had tooth extraction and they made the process very easy, comfortable and they were so efficient and fast. The whole process was good

I took my 8 year old daughter to extract out an extra tooth in the front area of the gum. She didn’t had previous good experiences with other dentists so she was preety scared. But Dr Friedlich changed her state of mind and even guided us how to talk about the procedure to make it as smooth as possible. The procedure was quick and on time. The nurse guided us pretty nicely about the post surgery procedure.
Dr Friedlich even called in the night to check for her.

Took my elderly mom here for a broken and infected tooth last week - she had been referred by her dentist. Easy to get to, good parking, and the office COVID safety practices are excellent. But the attentiveness and competence of Dr. Friedlich and all of the staff are what made this such a positive experience. Dr. Friedlich is direct, clear and compassionate, and even made a followup call that evening to check that my mom was doing well. The staff were all so personable. They really listened, responded to all our questions and were reassuring, caring and professional. My mom arrived uncertain and reluctant, and left extremely impressed. Highly recommended!

Was able to take me in on short notice when I broke my tooth. Checked in on me later that night to see how I was doing. Very careful and painless. I would recommend him for anyone that’s scared of the dentist.

Dr. Friedlich really knows what he is doing. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and the surgery went really well. I was sedated meaning that I was still conscious during the extraction however I felt zero discomfort/pain as he successfully froze my mouth. He made the experience extremely comfortable and relaxing.

Staff are fabulous. Dr. Friedlich removed my tooth quickly. I highly recommend this office. Glad the staff have a sense of humour. They made an unpleasant situation good. I’ll be going back for a dental implant.

Went after seeing another oral surgeon. So happy I did as my initial quote was over $2000. Dr. F is honest and forthright and told me in no uncertain terms. The quote was ridiculous, and a a 30 min procedure, a few hundred dollars later. I am healing well and so thankful for the experience. Beyond price, I trusted his knowledge and expertise. Great experience from beginning to end.
