Joseph's No Frills

The store has all that you need and more at very reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and approachable. The only issue would be that an update to the entire store seems long overdue.

I like this location because it doesn't get as packed with customers and they usually have everything I need its clean and the cashiers are fast the staff are all super nice and helps out as much as they can when u ask

This No Frills is my go to place for groceries, lines are long sometimes but they move fast. The staff are polite.

I am able to get a good selection of fresh food and international food. Can't really complain about anything. I do know of some vandals opening up frozen food packages and creating a mess. That's obviously not the stores fault but maybe they need to add security cameras to avoid such a thing from happening.

I like that it's situated next to Shoppers Drugmart. I realized that they don't always have everything like other stores. Some prices are not as cheap as before thanks too Covid 19.

I went in there last night to purchase presidents choice ice coffee. I couldn't find it so I asked one of the staff working in the department if he had seen it. I was directed to look " over there ". I finally spotted it in behind other products, pushed all the way back. I could not reach so I asked for help, which I received an annoyed response from the employee. He got the 2 I asked for and dropped them at me instead of handing them to me. I almost dropped them. I said thank you and I hope your day gets better. This happens every time I ask an employee on the floor for something. Their rude. And many times I've found expired coffee creamer in the fridge. I inform employees and they walk away so I've started pulling them out when I find them and handing them to the closet employee. If I could buy my ice coffee from a different store I would. The cashiers are always good though.

My most recent visit at no frills was very good but the only thing I didn't find was the no name Powerade other then that I found what I was searching for.

Some of the cashier needs to know better customer service skills needs to be more respectful to customers.

Went to pick up my Flash Food app purchase. Apparently there is no record of it but my account was charged went back twice. Got the same story. Not Happy.

Looking for items they had on sale in there flyer. Nothing available. Staff were not willing to help. Very disappointed.

I find that this store has alot of expired food on the shelves. This week it was the prepared fruit loaves, I showed the expired loaves to the assistant manager and he said and did nothing at all back to me. Once the Manager Joe came into work I told him about it and he quickly acted to clear up the issue. Another time, it was the prepared muffins had mold on them. Also another issue in this store is the prices are constantly not matching up from the shelf price and the register price. The best thing for this store is that the cashiers are very friendly and helpful. Awesome job Krystal.

Floors were wet by the freezer section my pregnant fiancée slipped and hurt herself. There was no wet floor sign in sight. We pointed it out to a worker who put the warning sign up

I had a bad experience I recently bought a bunch of nice looking carrot which where all rotten. I dont know who to blame or report for this as this is a serious health and safety issue. It looks so good from outside but once i open the pack for cooking i could easily squeeze it as it was that badily rotten.

Well it's No Frills, thats why the stars. But this one has checkout wait time closing to 20 minutes at least. That if you get lucky.

Its a great store great selection but there are times the shelves are empty and it's annoying they hardly have feminine products but other than that its a great srore

This no frills is open till 10. If you drop in for a quick shopping be prepared for the lineup at cash. They only have 3 open at a time so you'll have to wait longer

This No Frills is way too busy and they never have enough cashiers on and it's also hard to find people to help you find things

Don't do price match anymore and if they do they will remove the items from shelves? Be careful when chick- out some items will Scan more expensive? Rather than what is advertise.

Treatment of the customers in store lacks empathy by the worst management! Will never step foot in this location

Manager mikhel does not know what he is doing at the store. Worst customer service, cashiers are as bad as the manager

This is a very good no frills I go there on a quite regular basis and it always seem to have very good stuff on sale

What's the point of the express line? Why must ppl wait long yomt to check out 3 iyemi. They need cashirrs that can work fast pace. They regular line was going faster smh

Cashier lady so rude.bad customer service.check you bill before you leave, you may surprise what they've done to you.

200 people lined up and there's only 3 cashier is open. This happened to me 3 times in the last month.today I had few items and I went to Express cashier and I was number 12.
Cashier was very polite and I felt bad for her because they are doing at least 6 persons job.
This is the only location does not have enough cashier to work.

MANAGER MIKEL should be fired, he does NOT know what he is doing. Bad communication or customer service

They're low on food and the shelves are looking empty. I ask for a certain item and no one wants to help. Twice I've had to go to other no frills that out of my way. But they have no problem getting times I need. Well I guess no one cares at that one anymore.

HORRIBLE experience as a customer will never return back to this location, extremely disgusted with the manager micheal who is incompetent and is unaware of his own store policies. From the management down to the cashier Rani who had attitude and was ignorant to help the customer, I will follow up with the head office. To customers: beware and check your bill as they scan higher prices to rob the customers.

The line ups are ALWAYS long and have minimum cashiers. Their baked goods are sometimes very moldy. The staff are rude and the manager is extremely ruder.

Foods that would often cost $150 at Food Basics will cost you about $235 at this place. And food shortages are very rampant here.

Friendly cashier, lots of fresh items and great specials 0.33 cents for fresh corn, thats amazing price, good parking

I find lately the produce mediocre. I understand its a less expensive store but one should not have to dig through produce crates to find good quality over rotting fruits and vegetables

This is a pretty clean store theme for the amount of traffic that goes through it very busy little place but fairly easy to find help there's always a man stocking shelves

I shop here frequently and though I've had some negative encounters with rude cashiers (BB) I still enjoy this location. Its not as crowded as the cedarbrae location. However many items are date sensitive so I check everything and I rarely get my produce here as the food basics has fruits and veggies that are nice and fresh.

Like every other No frills, this one has lots of options for grocery shopping. Weekly flyers, friendly staff, public wash rooms and food shops near by.

Rude cashier. Told me to shut up for no reason. Old lady with the brown hair. Can’t mind her own business and do her damn work.

This is a good store if this is the one I'm thinking of that has some organic food they have a big huge section. Always check the dates on the food. (Edit, not the store with organic stuff I was thinking of another store. This area is not good.) Also, check dates they sell some expired food. People who go to this store are often RUDE GHETTO DWELLERS.

Store is usually kept clean, staff are friendly but sometimes difficult to find. Always stocked produce and fresh products majority of the time. Above all, will have the products you are looking for.

The cashier BB was rude and judgmental towards me because I have tattoos.
And several items are date sensitive. Gotta read the dates on everything.
Besides that we love shopping here.

Be careful of expiry dates, been shopping here on and off for 3 years and they've been selling expired foods the whole time.

This is one of the only No Frills I am willing to go to because it is clean. But it is always extremely busy and many items are sold out on the weekends.

The cashier in line 1 was unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. I handed her the money directly in her hand and she threw my change at me. I was absolutely astonished at her extreme lack of customer service. I would never shop there again! NOT RECOMMENDED, shop somewhere else!

Convenient location. And with food basics across the street, their process are competitive. Not a lot of cashiers though, so often one has to wait a few minutes. There are some ethnic selections, but fairly limited as far as Chinese goes.

Rob&Joe no frills is closer to me and they are lacking. Joseph has all the frozen seafood, multi cultural seasoning, snacks and foods. I wish my no frills which is 10minutes from me was like Joseph's which is half hour away, had that many varieties.
