I recently purchased a pair if MIA Jude Tall Boots (which I ️). Taya assisted me and was so friendly, helpful and fun! The store didn’t have the boot in my size so Taya ordered them from another store. When they came in and were inspected by the manager, Ashley, she noted that they had a mark on them and called me to say that they had arrived but she was sending them back for another pair as she was not satisfied with them. I really appreciated the excellent customer service from both Ashley and Taya (the other sales person in the store was very friendly too). I will recommend Journeys in Fairview Park Mall to anyone that is looking to purchase footwear. Thank you for an awesome shopping experience!

Stopped in looking for docs for my husband (we were completely clueless) Ashley was an amazing sale person very knowledgeable definitely go see her.

Great customer service knew what I wanted and the nice gentleman got me the two sizes I needed to try on. I was in and out of the store in no time!

I bought a pair of Timberland boots with a 20 coupon. I used that coupon, then 10 minutes later realized that I got the wrong size, I went back and exchanged them for my size and had to pay the 20.00. I don't agree at all. I will not recommend your store to anyone. Please fix your mistake.

I bought a pair of vans the other day, the girl helping me with beautiful pink hair was more then helpful in helping me find the shoes I needed, I couldn’t find the ones I wanted in my size for the interior of my rx8 but them processed to help me find the shoes the suited me with her opinion, got some socks and I’m very very happy with my purchase and that sales girl should be recognized for her helpful nature and going out of the way for the customer.

I was walking past this journeys during the day September 1 2021 for some back to school shopping when I saw this tall man with longer hair yelling at his employees with shoes thrown on the ground. I was going to shop here before I saw how this man was treating his staff and that is not someone who I want to support and give business to. The staff members looked so drained and fed up with how they were being treated. I usually love coming to this location and think it is the best in the region but this was not okay.

Everyone who worked there was super helpful! We were there just to look more than anything, but they were very informative and friendly. Definitely will go back.

I love visiting this store! The customer service is fantastic. The quality and selection is the best in the area. If they do not have your size the friendly staff is always happy to find it at another store for you and ship it to the store or your house. Highly recommend for everyone in your family.
