I love walking into a store and being ignored while staff go wild tapping away on their phones.

I came in to return a brand new pair of shoes and was told I couldn’t return them because they were worn. I bought them online and attempted to return them the same day I received them. They were a simple pair of black vans with not even so much as a spec of dust. Staff were condescending and made me feel like a criminal.

Scam. They don’t honour prices they labeled on the shoes, it was only $5 but if you can’t honour that then you don’t deserve my money. Also the manager claimed I switched it even though 3 of the same shoe had the exact tag. Never accuse a customer without proof and she said she had cameras to prove it. Well I challenge you to prove it because I literally grabbed the shoe from the front and handed it to you to get me a size. How can I switch a price on a shoe when you stared me down the whole time? I went to soft moc and paid $10 more just to avoid giving your crooked store money.

I purchased a pair of heeled Crocs from this store months ago. The cashier from that time recognised me when I went in recently, and asked about me. That made my day. I appreciate it.
Also, the Crocs are awesome. I wear them everywhere. The price was very reasonable.

I had a terrible experience here on January 8th. The shoes I bought were advertised on sale at a specific price and even had the tag with the price on them, but when I went to check out, the cashier cut off the tag with the sale price and I got charged $20 more. When I told the girl cashing me out she said that they didn’t have time to change the tags on the sale items at all that day but it was already 4pm in the day, I’m sure they could’ve had time to change it or at least honor the price on the shoe. Instead she said there’s nothing she can do and couldn’t give me the show for that price.

Bought a pair of shoes and got charged about $20 extra because they decided to put the shoe in the wrong box and overcharge me for it. I only realized this when I went to exchange the size.

With constant new associates I sat there for 10 mins waiting on associate to bring out right size as she couldn’t read the box sizes properly

Great great customer service. The Manager Azra (hope I spelt is right) gives good advice and the staff is phenomenal. Will be shopping here again soon
