Pathetic customer service. Their sales associate Jeida was extremely rude and racist…. Unfortunately the only shoes that my daughter wants was there. Would never ever suggest this location. Or specifically this person. Beware!

Stephanie helped me find the perfect birthday present for my girlfriend. Even when I mistakenly bought the wrong size at first, Stephanie’s smiling face remembered me, and quickly found me the proper size with no issues.
What a great shopping experience!

Ordered white Levi shoes in person at the store as the store didn't have any. Received the order a few days later with one shoe dirty and mis coloured and clearly a display shoe and trying to see if I would notice picked out by Dylan. Returned instoee for the same shoes without receiving any discount. Now I just noticed the new shoes have scuff marks on them. Not wasting more of my time returning them once again. The staff was nice but no excuse for the people shipping to send me a used shoe.

Came in looking for a pair of size 10 shoes. Was told by a service attendant that they don't carry stock in size 10 for women I was told to shop online. Seems kind of discriminatory to me

The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful! They’re so wonderful and always remember me when I come in the store. Such an incredible location!

I was shopping on the weekend for my boyfriend and Jaida was the best help ever! We came into the store 10 minutes before close and she handled everything so well and is a fantastic seller for journeys!
