I’ve been going to JOYCITY for years for their quality service and professionalism. I consistently go for my seasonal changeover, plus balancing and rotating. Their team is highly professional with a fast turn around and zero compromises to quality.

I recently went to install my winters and have them mounted on a new set of painted rims. They handled everything with care and the work was done within 20 minutes. I’ve gone to other shops where they’ve damaged my rims but JOYCITY did a clean swap and install with no issues.

I also appreciate how they consult and keep you informed by advising of things to note or account for in upcoming service (ie.alignment, wear on tread, etc.). I also appreciate their easy and convenient online booking system. These guys are the real deal 10/10.

First went to Scott’s place in the Summer of 2011. Have got most of my new tires (Winter, AS) from his shop since then. Shop has moved around to different locations in the area over the years. Located now at the front corner of 2877 which is behind 2875 when you’re looking in from 14th Ave. The new shop is pretty bare bones. Single door bay that can fit 2 cars and lobby area has a comfy sofa for you to wait. You make appointments here which I love since I hate waiting in line. Free WiFi. This year I’m moving away from Winters due to low mileage since the Pandemic. Scott recommended the General AltiMAX 365AW which I’m giving a try on my 2018 Grand Caravan. I’ve used AltiMAX RT43 on my other car and was satisfied with them. If all goes well with these I’ll make the switch to AW other the other. Scott’s prices are all-in (includes all taxes and fees) which really helps simplify things. His prices are very competitive compared to other shops.

Obtaining a quote online was quick and painless, and making a booking was simple. Prices are also competitive with other places.

Because the have you make an appointment, I didn't have to wait at all when bringing in my car to have winter tires put on. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others as well!

I’ve been a Joy City tire customer for over 15 years and Scott has not only provided the best prices, but the most incredible customer service. He just helped me out with a warranty issue on a set of Continental tires I purchased in April. The service was quick, easy and painless. You honestly won’t find a better store or service anywhere else in the GTA.

Had to go in because my tire had a nail in it. Needed a tire patch and the staff knew what they were doing and super quick. Great service!

This company is a joke. They will waste your time. I came all the way from Burlington. They new I will show up today. The shop was closed. I was waiting for one hour outside (thought they are on lunch). Not professional! Not a serious business!

This place was awesome!   I went in earlier this month to grab a set of rims that were on sale for my Accord.   I went through all the reviews and saw a few 1 stars which made me leery until I read their actual stories.   If you're trying to bargain down the prices and the owner suggests you try to find them somewhere else, thats a not a reason to give one star and it doesnt mean he's being rude.   In fact, any of us would say the same thing - if you dont like our prices, shop around and see what's out there.   Simple. Everyone's skin is so THIN these days.

The price for the rims I wanted was amazing so I decided to go and check the place out.   I met Mike who was a cool guy.he knew his stuff and during our convo, I never got the impression that he was against me or rude.   He was business-like so he was focused but in NO WAY was he rude.   I booked the appointment for Saturday morning and when I arrived on Saturday, it was my turn to drive right in.   I was greeted by Aanjay and Sheldon who were both stand up guys.   We shared a few jokes as we got started and I knew I was in the right place.   they got to work right away and brought my brand new rims out. They also offered advice on cleaning my old rims up as well as tips to keep my new rims looking great.

It was a perfect experience and I was out of there in about 15 minutes.   My rims are awesome and I've gotten so many compliments about them.   I cant thank JoyCity enough!   Some advice if you're unsure.just head down and check them out for yourselves.   A persons 1 star rating might be because they're a bit on the sensitive side and they didnt appreciate dry humor for example.   One star should mean they were rude as can be, the shop was disgusting and/or they scratched your rims but NOTHING could be FURTHER from the truth!

These are good guys and they do a great job.   Their prices are competitive and they'll have the job done quickly so you wont be wasting your time.   Once you set foot in the shop and make contact, you'll see that you made a good choice.   Mike thanks again to you, Aanjay and Sheldon.   Glad I chose you guys and I couldnt be happier! I will avoid this tire shop. They are selling new tires, however they are over 10 years old (which is in our Ontario law, tires which are 10 years or older DO NOT pass safety inspection). In my situation, I drove one hour and half each way to buy the tires. They didn’t inform me that the date when the tires were manufactured was 2012 (and we are in 2022). So it’s exactly 10 years. They are ripping of customers who don’t know about it. I would avoid them at any cost. Not honest. It was a 3 hours of waste for me.

Staff was friendly, but I was going there for Hunter Roadforce Balance, they only did conventional balance which is not using rollers. They also checked my tire pressure but they put incorrect pressure in order to activate the balancing machine. I asked them again for checking correct pressure but they said did it. I could not say anything else as customer. If there was another customer lining up then I will let this matter slide, but in total, I would not recommend to visit here for specific balancing you looking for.

Was there today to have 4 new tires put on. They were quick and efficient, I was out in 20 minutes! Thanks guys.

I got my all seasons and winter tires from Joycity Tires and the owner provides fast and reliable service at reasonable prices. Been referring my friends to them and will continue to do so.

Visited Joycity to patch a nailhole. Same day appointment but they were able to fit me in with no issues. The staff started work on the job right away when I arrived and I was in and out in under 25 minutes for a great price.

I have personally known Scott over 10 years since his first store location at Esna Park Drive. He is my go-to-person when it comes to tires and rims. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous, his crew is skilled and experienced as well. I will highly recommend everyone to go to his store for all services pertaining to tires and rims.

Great service! Booked my appointment online to swap tires off rims so no wait. Drove onto their hoist and the two staff got to work quickly. Amazed at how fast these guys work and since two of them were working on my car, it was done very efficiently. Torqued my wheels after, not like some places which just use an impact gun. Fast, reasonable, quality work!

Really friendly tire guys that work here. The guy working gave me great advice while changing my old tires to the new ones I bought from them. I've been coming here for years and it's been the same great fast service and reasonable prices.

Honest place with reasonable pricing. The boy that patched up my tires on Friday was amazing. He also shared his expertise to prevent me from getting scammed from other body shops.

JOYCITY is a real joy, 5 star tire shop, perfect customer service, good prices, efficient. Have replaced tires on my beemer recently, very happy with everything, highly recommend this shop.

I was a customer for over 10 years. I've purchased numerous sets of tires and have recommended this business to multiple friends and family. Their price was always the cheapest. Booking installation on their website was convenient.

My last set I purchased was winter tires on used rims that were purchased from them. The tires were losing air so I had to go back and pay to have their poor installation corrected. I was able to look past that and planned to continue to support their business.

Recently I needed new summer tires. I submitted a quote request via their website and emailed a week later after not getting a response. I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone either and was not able to get a price in the end. I took my business to Costco.

If all you care about is the cheapest price and don't mind questionable installation or poor customer service then I recommend this business. If you want to feel like your business is appreciated and that you'll have no issues with your purchase go elsewhere.

Pleased with my new tires. Staff seem knowledgeable, overall transaction was pleasant. Just wish I had known they close for lunch, ended up having to make two treks to change out my tires.

Scotts a good guy. Quality tires on nice new rims. A few bux more than used. First time customer but I'm coming back.

This is my third new set of 4 and can't complain at all. The new website is very user friendly, following the 3 steps you can have a new set installed in couple of days, for a decent price. Scott answered to my email in the next morning and recommended a brand and tire model for my vehicle as well as soo many other options. They completed the job within the promised 30 minutes and this pretty awesome.
In my opinion this place is still very good and I would go there again.

I needed one tire. They ordered and got one for me the very next business day. Fantastic service! Install went smoothly! Super fast unlike my VTEC honda.

Took my car in to get new tires, I accidentally bought the wrong size and thought I was screwed. Thankfully Scott went the extra mile and helped me out by helping me replace them at no extra cost while most other shops would have just said peace out. These guys are fast, efficient and fairly priced, highly recommended.

Very nice staff, took their time to answer all my questions and even though they didn't have the rims I wanted in stock, they ordered them and they arrive extremely fast. Well priced and beautiful rims

They are not the best for small talk but they do deliver competent service at a good price. I have bought tires there and always go there for the winter/summer change overs. They use an air gun and then check bolt tightness with a torque wrench. I have had loose bolts at other places.

They weren't very nice and they don't issue receipts for most tire services. Doesn't foster enough trust for me to go there in the future, so I regret not having the time to look into other options (there were many) in the area

This place is a fraud and the manager is so rude and disrespectful and talk to you like a piece of garbage. There are so many great mechanic out there. Don’t ever use their service. They don’t know how to service customers. All they care about is robbing you!

Great deal because tires were manufactured in 2017. I bought them in October 2019. Regardless tires and new steel times were significantly less than Canadian Tire or Toyota dealer. Got Continental tires which have good ratings. Good service, they accommodated my request to go on a Sunday morning. No complaints at all. I even got a $60 rebate.

Fast service. I like their online system where you can book an appointment online and when you get there you’re hardly waiting. Also the employees that work there were really helpful with all my questions. I bought some winter tires here and store them there as well. Prices are reasonable compared to me checking 3 other places. I ended up recommending 2 of my friends to go there and they were happy with the service as well.

In and out within an hour. Everything is pretty much streamlined through their website and communications so that your time there is kept to a minimal. Prices are great and the service professional.

Worst service ever. Never received a quote after submitting online. Website wasn't updated so I couldn’t enter my vehicle make/model to check their prices. When I called, the guy yelled at me repeatedly for not looking the info up online and so I eventually hung up on him after being screamed at and getting no real answers.

Last few sets of winters here. I love the online order and appointment system as it makes everything extremely simple. Appointments executed on time and quick installs. Prices seem competitive to me and I usually recommend this place to people that ask.

Careless and wreckless service.

1.) Firstly, we specifically requested in their comments/notes section on their online booking site that we'd be bringing in two of our vehicles in to have tire change done (summer to winter), only to be told that each appointment is per vehicle, which prolonged our stay there, having our second vehicle pushed back in the queue. We were frustrated since there was heavy snow squall yesterday, and we really didn't want to be out too long. We argued that their website did not specify that each appointment is for one vehicle only, and that it defeats the purpose of the comments section if they do not read pertinent/relevant information that customers wants to specify.
2.) Secondly, when they finished the tire change on our first vehicle we noticed they didn't put back the hubcaps on it so we asked where they are and why they're not installed to our winter tires, only to be told that it didn't fit and they're in the trunk. In hindsight we should have immediately checked, as when we got home we found out that one of the hubcaps was cracked in 3 places. We were extremely upset and frustrated by their dishonest and evasive reply when asked about our hubcaps. As a result of their carelessness and wreckless behavior, we now have had to order new hubcaps, and my partner now has to drive without her hubcaps during the winter, unable to shield the rims and the bolts from rust being caused by heavy brine and snow on the road.

THE BEST STORE IN THE CITY FOR TIRES. PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND SCOTT IS PROFESSIONAL. EXCELLENT JOB GUYS!

For change over with rims, fast and efficient thats all I can say. Note they have new location 2877 14th Ave. Unit 9.  with two lifts in 1 bay in new industrial plaza, not much of a waiting area for now just couch and can see your car being worked on.

I’ve been here a over a dozen times for new tires, changeovers, rebalancing, for my family, friends, and myself. Joycity Tires is a great family business. They are very knowledgeable and communicate promptly and clearly via email. Their appointments system is great and they’ve always been on time in all my visits.

Very straightforward service. Quick, great price. I've been here 3 times already for new tires and haven't had any issues.

Just exchage tires. I had them on rims. All done in 15 minutes for less than $50. Good customer service. Much improved comparing to couple years ago.

Had tires mounted on alloy rims recently and the rims ended up being gouged significantly on the inside barrel. On one rim they left 11 such clusters of gouge markings from the mounting/balancing process. Really disappointing that they damaged every rim and did not say anything about the damage they caused. Would not recommend Joycity tires for mounting tire on anything other than steel rims.

I got a good deal for my Chevy Cruze steel rims at this place. 200$ including taxes for a set of 4 steelies. I could'nt avail their services as it was closing time. Their mechanics refused to put the rims in the car giving an excuse that we don't wanna put any scratches.

I wanted to fix a leak in my tire and called around to get prices and found Joy City Tires with the most competitive pricing. Upon arrival I was expecting to leave my car and come back later to pick it up. To my delight I didn't have to wait long as they fixed my tire leak and I was back on my way to work.
