This place is a joke. Lady in the front office was extremely rude, cut off her own technicians when they were providing their opinion on an exhaust project. Based on other reviews seems to be a common issue. I would recommend staying away. Her quote was out to lunch too, do your homework if you do plan on coming here.

Managed to completely mangle my exhaust last week. Called to make an appointment, and the next day JPG had me back on the road in only an hour!

My car’s exhaust system needed to have some hangers replaced. They replaced them along with a tail pipe, and didn’t try to sell me whole exhaust system when it wasn’t necessary. I highly recommend this establishment.

Outstanding service much cheaper then canadian tire and had it all done in 1 hour I'm going to get all my car needs done here from now on

Not professionals, time wasters.

At any, and I mean any sign of challenge they will just want to cut part off and replace (upsell).

They put the lady at the front who is clueless and probably never touched a tool in her life in charge of what's getting done and she will deny the smallest deviation from the "normal".

Jeep and from the time i arrived until the work was completed they were upfront and professional I highly recommend them thank you ladies.

I don't normally do reviews. They were able to get me fixed up at half and half the amount of time. Will come here for any kind of service they provide.

My front exhaust was fixed within 20 mins so the girl was so honest and quick! Great price too! Highly recommend.

Two years after my first visit to JPG I decided to go again and drive that far and to my surprise they placed a very rude and unfriendly lady at the front desk. Shame on JPG exhaust management and good buy for good.

Broke my exhaust pipe, told be $80 and wouldn’t let me go before I paid $220…. Older blonde lady was unbelievably rude.

Dropped off my car for a broken exhaust line and half an hour later, I get a call that they're all done. I pick up the car the next morning and it looks and sounds pristine. Highly recommended.

What an incredible concept for exhaust shop. What is it, you ask? Answer: They only fix what’s broken; not replace the whole system. I know, right? SHOCKING.:). Add that they do a fabulous job, quickly, and it’s worth the consideration.

Had a muffler back job done 5 years ago or so, and now I find my self under the truck cause the muffler fell right off, after paying over $600 as a teen I’d expect it to last longer considering I don’t drive this truck on the salt.oh well

This used to be my go to shop for any exhaust modifications etc, i used to visit the owner George and he would know me by my first name as if we were friends, since then from what I can see the business has gone through ownership changes and unfortunately now has turned into a complete joke. I booked an appointment to have my Audi exhaust tips changed a week in advance, Fairly simple right? I drove 2 hours from Muskoka to get turned down. The lady expected me to have brought tips with me? Isn’t that what an exhaust shop does? Supply parts and labour? Apparently not, she also was trying to explain to me that if I were to get exhaust tips changed this wouldn’t “make any extra noise” as if this my first car mod aha. Which I found quite comedic, it was obvious she had no idea what she was talking about, and wanted to leave early on a Friday. I’d seriously recommend you look else where before coming to this scrap yard.

This is my go to for any exhaust needs. Friendly service and very fair pricing. They are quick and efficient at getting the job done.

The office and waesiting room was clean and comfortable and offered a free Internet connection. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my car's muffler was repaired quite quickly and at a surprisingly reasonable cost. They stock a range of pipes and can cut and bend their own custom pipes as needed for your vehicle. I made an appointment over the phone, arrived a little early, and parked my car in their spacious parking lot. At the time of my appointment someone drove my car into the shop and returned it to the lot in about half an hour. Overall, it was a pleasant experience at JPG Exhaust, and I was pleased with their professional service and reasonable price for their work. I would rate them ten out of ten, which is why I came back to them after my first visit several years ago.

Took my Jeep Wrangler to do some custom exhaust modifications, to open up some space for my freshwater tank for overlanding mods on the Jeep. They were fast and accurate and did a quality job. Price was more than what I was expecting though, but still reasonable.

Quick service at reasonable price. Wash room and coffee self serve area is closed. My last service the receptionist was not very friendly.

A very pleasant and honest place. Also really good workmanship at fair prices. This is a go to place for basic and some custom exhaust systems. They do not deal with manifolds however. Just so you know

The worst customer service, lady in the front desk is not friendly and she did not accept to enter the car while have appointment to investigate the sound in exhaust system and keep giving excuses.that means she does not care about the business and customers. They need to make sure they hire a user friendly people in front desk. And will never visit them or recommend them.

Went to pick my car up that was in to get a leak fixed, they replaced the pipe in the area the leak was in but their was clearly another leak just a couple inches from the previous one that they could’ve fixed all at once with a 3 inch longer pipe but they decided not to. Also dragged mud all over my door panel, door sil, transmission tunnel and freshly washed carpets.thanks

Helped me out by replacing the whole exhaust system on my celica rally car, very short notice and quick service aswell. I'd highly recommend.

Great place to get exhaust work done. It's my go to shop, however recently seems their prices have gone up. Same type of work a few years ago that was for $80-100 is now for $130.

This experience was a covid lockdown win! I required an exhaust repair on an old SUV which isn't worth much. JPGs prices are more than fair and saved me while I am currently not working due to covid. They also did the quote for free and the repair all in under an hour which earned them this high scoring review since nothing is open and I had to wait for my car. They are also extremely diligent with cleaning and proper covid procedures. They have space if you must wait but definitely better if you don't have to (during covid).

Been going here for years and having taken multiple cars here. Muffler was replaced just over a year ago at their shop on my 2012 golf R for an insurance job - the welds were spattered and there was loose feed wire just tacked to the pipe - they obviously botched it due to it being a quick and dirty insurance job - fast forward a year the welds are rusty and all leaking and the job looks absolutely hack - i''ll not be recommending them again that's for sure.

Quick service and reasonably priced. They re knowledgeable and efficient. I’ve been going here for years with all my exhaust related needs.

Did a great patch job on my exhaust and it was super quick. Lady that was running the office was super nice too.

They've worked on every single csr I've owned since I was 18.3 cars have had their great work done. Wont bother going anywhere else.

When i called JPG Laura answered she is so Awesome and friendly! Explained everything to me. Was recommended to them from a friend after i was told i had a 1250.00 catalytic repair cost and wanted a 2nd opinion she got me in right away and turns out i didn't even have to repair the cat and they saved me huge money. I will always use them and tell everyone to as well! Thanks again you guys are Great!

JPG Exhaust came highly recommended in my car community so I decided to take my ride there for a new exhaust system installation. The cost and time for the work was exactly as I was quoted and professionally done too. My exhaust sounds incredible now and I will not hesitate to go here again in the future. Thank you!

My flex pipe had a leak and the sound was extremely loud. Took my vehicle here because of the fantastic reviews and was not disappointed. My regular shop was charging me an astronomical amount, but these guys were professional, quick and my car sounds amazing. So happy to have found them.

The receptionist is absolutely fantastic. She can explain everything so simply. You can tell they are an honest place. And they saved me a huge amount of $$ by fixing what was needed. They gave me two options. With two different prices. I asked to do what was needed amd it ended up being less than I expected. I highly recommend this place. Just like a group of car enthusiasts recommend this place to me.

JPG Exhaust fixed my super noisy car when my flex pipe broke off at a price and quality no one can beat. I’ve had my exhaust fixed at another shop previously which had broken off again and you can easily tell JPG has some of the best welders.
The customer service at JPG is at an all time high and had no problem helping me get my car going again at a super low price!
I will 100% recommend anyone who needs exhaust work done on their car to this shop.

I had a custom 2.5 inch exhaust made for my bmw e30. The boys did a good job in the custom exhaust from the headers down.

Shocking customer service from the girl at the front desk.
I don't know if she was annoyed because I interrupted her conversation with the mechanics, or because I had the audacity to ask the date - either way, the snark and eye rolling are something you'd expect from an adolescent.
Whoever is forcing this girl to be at that desk needs to spend some time observing her behaviour before more business is lost.
The waiting area at JPG is cold, awkward, and you are stuck listening to the soundtrack of a disgruntled employee. We've been coming here for years, and no longer believe she's just having a bad day.
I can only imagine the advantage of keeping an employee like that has something to do with the information and receipts that go missing when you pay cash…. It requires a lower level of integrity, right along with intentional poor customer service.

JPG Exhaust provided honest & excellent service to my RX 350 early this afternoon. These awesome auto shops are rare nowadays, God bless you guys!

This is what my review said 2 years ago.
Since then I have had several disappointed experiences.

I was told if I want any warranty I had to pay more. Overcharged for work I could have done better myself. Crooked muffler hanging off the car.
Bolts fell out of the pipes and I had to return for repair (good thing I paid the higher price)

I will not be returning since the work they do is not professional.

Been there with 3-4 different vehicles, more than satisfied with everything, weather it's a factory system or a custom exhaust there's no need to go anywhere else, George and his guys know what their doing

Fixed my catalytic converter. Check engine light has stayed off since bringing my car to this place.

Super happy with JPG exhaust! Was quoted up to $1000 elsewhere to fix the exhaust on my Golf and JPG did it for under $300! Pickup and drop-off after hours so communication was by phone only. 1 day turnaround.

Hands down the best exhaust repair shop in the GTA. They only replace what's needed, potentially saving you hundreds if not thousands. Been coming here with my exhaust leaks for years.

Deserves a 5 Star all day long. Super fast efficient service, very reasonable.

Went to a major muffler centre and was quoted $426.00 to replace a muffler and pipe kit.
I searched for another exhaust repair centre and came across JPG Exhaust.
I contacted them May 28 th and explained the connector pipe which attaches to the resonator had broken off, where I was told it would be $185 plus taxes.
Today May 29 th had my appointment at 11 am where I arrived 15 minutes early.
They took my car in, came back after looking at the car, stating it is just the connector flange, within 20 minutes the repair was completed.
The cost with taxes was $210.00.
During the wait time a total stranger waiting for his car to be repaired explained to me, he has been a repeat customer here, and they will only fix what is needed and prices are fair.
This was re assurance to me.
Unknown to us in conversation the owner heard our conversation and said thank you and he only will perform what is needed.
I would recommend JPG Exhaust to anyone.

Came here to get some tips installed. The JPG was very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend their workmanship.

Took my Fiesta ST here a year ago to get an aftermarket exhaust installed - a recent conversation with my friend reminded me to write this review.

The actual install went well and my still performs as expected to this day. The reason for the 1 stars is due to the way my car was treated while inside the shop - their team incorrectly jacked my car up (missed one of the jacking points completely) leaving the side skirt of the car with a huge dent. Furthermore, the technician that pulled my car around left it neutral without the handbrake pulled. Good thing it didn't roll into something!

Take your car somewhere else if you care about the way it looks.

Yes, i been dealing with George and Philip since 1998 and No complaints at all honest and friendly people, all i can say it's a highly recommended shop.

Not always about making a buck and I appreciate that. They explained the problem, gave alternatives, price for each, offered an opinion. Turns out they recommended the cheaper of the two options and explained why. They made a new customer. Honest and very quick service.

Took my car there to fix an exhaust leak and was in & out in under 30 minutes. Very friendly owner and staff. Highly recommended!

Very nice people but after they attempted the first fix on my exhaust, the problem persisted and they thought they knew for sure what caused the issue. I asked them to come for a ride with me but they said that they don’t need to, they are sure they know the problem. Sure enough the problem was still there after the second visit. Finally on the 3rd visit they agreed to go on a ride and they diagnosed a totally new problem. I was disappointed that I had to visit the shop multiple times, pay more in repairs and sit in their shop for hours to fix an issue that was much simpler than they initially thought. Would not go back
