Nice enough guys, but couple things. Getting a hold of Ben at Jrp is like pulling teeth. Sad i had to actually post about this. Bought AR headers from these dudes, package did not come with Stage 8 locks for the bolts. The locks prevent the bolts from backing out over time.pretty necessary facet imo. Felt like this should've been communicated. Tbh its a failure on American Racing, but i also bought 2 defoulers from jrp that my mechanic said didn't work for the camaro. So now I'm on my 4th day of Headers install because of all these delays. Time is money guys.

Purchased Remus Exhaust for a 2022 Golf GTI with correct part numbers on the invoice. However arrived with incorrect part with incorrect part number. Awaiting resolution.

Went into the JRP showroom for the first time ever on Saturday. Super awesome place to see some products in person. I met Ben who was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find a set of seats that would fit me and my 370z. Chatted with me about other products I was interested in and took the time to explain things. I plan on putting my order through in the near future and appreciate the help!

I needed a part and I needed it quick, after calling around to many different businesses with no luck a friend suggested I contact JRP and so I did. After talking Steve he was able to find the part (in stock) and had it to my house by the next day just like he said he would. These guys are knowledgeable, honest and true car guys! Got my borla catback for my 2.7 EcoBoost f150 here at JRP and wow I'm glad I didnt cheap out and got something else.zero drone and it actually sounds and looks great.plus jrp had it in stock which made the sale, nobody wants to hear I'll have to order it when they want it right now.good service and I'm sure ill be back sometime for another add on for our trucks.thanks guys

Great customer service! They let me pick up my Remus exhaust on Good Friday despite being closed. They were extremely helpful with making sure I could get what best suited my car. Fully recommend them.

The past few car shows that I have gone too, I have been talking to Jules (I believe thats his name) and hes such a nice and helpful guy who told me that as I was looking for the perfect fitment for my car, come into JRP and they can size tires for me and price them out. So I go in today and when I get their it takes about 2 minutes for someone to realize that I was standing right in front of them. Then when he finally realized I was their I asked him that I was looking for tire sizes and prices and Ive been told to go to you guys. He then responds with "well im sure their are many websites out their to tell you the size of tires that you need" and "did you not do your research". I told him that I did do my research but I was just looking for a professional input so I can know exactly what size to get and everything he was saying was just straight up rude. Also he was telling me I bought the same size rims as OEM but the OEM rims were way smaller than the ones I just bought and I know for a fact that my new rims are bigger. Also when I said that the OEM rims are smaller and I would need a bigger tire size he said "Am I helping you or do you not need my help". He said that in an extremely rude way and he seemed offended that I told him that im going to need a bigger tire size. Lastly, he was telling me "why did you come to us for tires, you should've gone to a real tire shop". All im saying is, you should really hire people who know what their talking about and are actually respectful. But Jules is a great employee and you need more people like him and not like the employee I talked to today!

Gentleman on the retail side who answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained stuff well. They didn't have my part, but I will keep you guys in mind for future needs

Went in to buy some Fuel System Cleaning supplies, and the guy who worked in the service department Brian, helped me out with getting the proper stuff. Worked like a charm, will certainly come back to get more parts and supplies from here. Great shop, and great staff.

As a JRP customer for the past 12 years, I have known them to carry some of the best brands relating to automotive upgrades. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I find that it is better to visit the store and get details and to also visually see what works, than to just check their website. At least that's what has worked for me. They have also helped me with the ordering of parts like anti-roll bars that they did not have in stock. As they are also the distributors of Sonax (Germany) branded car care products, this is the go-to place for car wash liquids, detailer sprays, waxes, etc. They also carry these products in bulk, so if you are a frequent car washer like I am, you have an option to stock up as per your needs.
