Really top notch service from Jesse at JSK. Arrived the same day I called
and quickly diagnosed the issue with my central air unit. He then gave me several cost effective options to get my AC working again vs.just trying to sell me a new AC unit. I would 100% recommend JSK above any other HVAC/AC companies.

Jesse and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and super nice guys to work with. We had our furnace and water heater replaced and the entire team has gone above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

Jesse and his team did a great job. They were very professional and friendly and did a great job cleaning up when they were done installing our new AC unit in our attic which will
now provide us with cooling in all of the upstairs rooms. Jesse provided us with four possible scenarios for us to decide based on our needs and budget as well as providing us pros and cons of each. Highly recommend JSK.

Jesse answered the phone late Sunday night and had a technician scheduled for 8AM Monday Morning. Jesse said the tech would call about a half hour before the appointment and true to his word, Greg (the technician called at 7: 30). He was supposed to get to my house for 8 but was actually 10 minutes early. Greg was exceptionally polite and friendly. I led him to the furnace and he jumped straight to his work running diagnostics.

After 15-20 minutes the diagnostics didn't reveal any problems (isn't that the way when you call in the experts, your problem disappears while they are there? !: P). We talked a bit more about the problem and how it was intermittent. Greg decided to check the sensors. Sure enough, it was a dirty flame sensor. He cleaned it and since his visit, the furnace has been operating without issue. Thankfully it was 'best case' scenario in terms of not requiring any parts.

Paying was a breeze as I had lots of options i.e. Credit card, eTransfer, etc.

JSK was fantastic and if I have any problems with my furnace or AC in the future, I will call them first.

We called Jesse in to quote on an issue we thought we were having with our AC/home duct work. He diagnosed it as a different issue and ended up fixing an AC problem we didn’t know we had. He went the extra mile to come back same day after diagnosing the issue and do the repairs. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will call the next time we have an issue with heating or cooling.
