I was dealing with Lap, and he is extremely professional and helpful in everyway.

The process was easy, I asked for quote and he sent me a list, then I chose my tires and paid the deposit to set up an appointment.

The day of installing the tires, then pay the remaining amount. At this point, I dont know how simple and easy they made it for a customer like my self.

One quick tip for anyone reading this review. BE ON TIME, and DONT BE LATE for your appointment, and if you are going to be late, call the shop and let them know in ADVANCE like a normal human being. Lap was very helpful, and squeeze me in, but that is because I respect their time. In return, respect the shop's schedule and time, because you are not the only customer.

I ordered a part online for pickup, when I arrived there was a minor confusion finding the order and most of the staff were pretty cold. One guy was nice and ended up helping me out. Not even a few days later I saw Jspec advertising the same part on fb marketplace for almost $15 cheaper. Felt a little scammed maybe they should ensure their prices are consistent to their website

Had a post on Facebook marketplace place for JSPEC replica fenders for 350$ I called them over the phone because im all the way in the Gatineau/Ottawa area I wanted to confirm they had it before I head my way down to get them. They tell me they no longer have it in stock and they will arrive in May and that they will call me when they receive it and keep one on the side for me. Alright sounds good but May passes by no phone calls from them so I call them and they were very rude and seemed rushed over the phone they tell me they still haven't received it and will get it in April and they would call me when it arrives. So I call them 1 week ago out of curiosity and OHH the fenders came in and I had to call myself to confirm they came in they didnt bother calling me! But whatever it happens they can forget I gave them the benefits of the doubt! I drive 5h to go get my fenders to get the wrong fender because the pictures don't even match what they had in the Facebook marketplace place ad because the one in the picture didn't have the side marker and when I got there it had the cutout for it! So I basically wasted my time and fuel and all they said is ‍️ not even sorry or let find a solution to this just ‍️. Terrible customer service I would take my money to Garage16 or anywhere where they have good customer service! 10/10 would never step foot back there neither should you!

Great prices, friendly enough staff. Only knock is that they seem to focus mainly on their online orders and there isn’t really desginated staff for old school walk in customers like myself. Good store!

Don’t waste your time here. Poor customer service I went in to buy wheels and tires, nothing in stock all special order… ok I find a wheel I like and they have it in stock. Their website says one price and they tell me a higher price. They can’t even price match their own website? Waste of time. I had cash ready to buy. Never coming back again garage 16 is way better.

Love J-Spec. I bought a IKON GT500 aluminum conversion hood for my mustang. When it arrived and I opened the box I was so happy. The best part it fit on my car beautifully. Amazing inventory of items but the person that was helping me was extremely rude. I was as polite as I could be but he seemed very impatient. I don’t think I’ll go back here- never seen someone so hostile to help a customer, let alone to make them feel dumb.

There was only one other customer in the store and he was being helped out by another employee, who seemed extremely nice and quite opposite. Not everyone working here is rude, it just seems like the one guy at the back with poor customer service skills.

Amazing service and fair price. Worked with Lap for some way overdue maintenance and part for my car. He was fast in responding and providing fair pricing at a very reasonable price. They even delivered the parts to the shop to ensure everything was there when I brought my car in. Whether you're looking for performance parts or just regular maintenance, these are the guys to trust. I've seen many reviews here saying that the price changed or what not, but I'm guessing either people didn't understand the price that was given, or didn't communicate correctly what they were looking for. If you're in the GTA and need quality parts, advisement/recommendations and in a relatively timely manner, don't look any further.

Easy 5 stars for Jspec. Got me a great price on my coils and referred me to a great shop with a Honda enthusiast mechanic which was awesome.

Always a good experience here. Staff are knowledgeable and always honest about lead times on parts due to world shortages. Kevin has helped me several times and gotten me parts at a good price and in a timely manner.

Great stuff inside for JDM car tuning and customization. Slightly hidden location in the middle court of a industrial complex. I got some headlights I love for my FRS. Makes the car look 10 years newer. No atm on site.

Amazing people, very helpful. Parts show up at promised dates or follow ups given promptly. Hard to beat prices.

Before ordering from Jspec I definitely was unsure about the out of country order. Living in the state of Indiana and ordering from a shop for the first time in Canada my thoughts were up in the air for sure, but I'm glad I made the decision to buy from Jspec. I see in the reviews some people had issues but with my first experience with them, ordering a downpipe and test pipe extension, they were very quick with inventory update. They personally emailed me giving my info on one ofthe items being out of stock, and helped me find another product to fit my situation In a Timely manner. I believe it took a total of 4-5 days to get here and it even came a day earlier than scheduled. Im very pleased with my first order with Jspec and will definitely use their services again. Thanks

Online price for motul fluid was different when I showed up in store since I was in the area they marked up the price and acting like I didn’t belong there. Rushed me out. Horrible customer service.

Purchased a winter tire package for my 2021 CRV. First time doing business with this shop, and it was a great experience. Called all over for prices, and this was the cheapest around with the nicest product. Called, ordered, and tires and rims were ready for pick-up the following day mounted and balanced. Every staff person I spoke with was friendly and helpful from the phone order through to the staff who loaded the tires in my car. Pick-up was a breeze! Have already recommended Jspec to other friends and family and will be back again!

Purchased wheels after calling to confirm availability and my order was refunded shortly after. I called twice to see why and was hung up on both times without getting an explanation.

Bought some F30 body parts a few months ago. The side skirts had been marked wrong which had appeared to be an M4 style body kit which the store then had exchanged after three months for the proper one. The parts look solid on the car. They have more than just bumper pieces.

Would definitely recommend.

Found this seller through a youtube channel, speed academy, and their mazda 3 video.

Went to buy the same wing/spoiler from the video and couldnt find it on the website so i sent an email to their sales email to find out it was a custom ordered part so they set me up with the a customer service rep, Tommy Cheong.

I cannot say enough good things about this man, he went above and way beyond to get me the wing/spoiler i wanted and at a good price none-the-less and was very communicative and followed through on everything he said through the whole process. Tommy is an 11/10 kinda customer rep!

Great place for aftermarket parts but horrible customer service. I had to call in twice to inquire about an exhaust and the person on the other end of the phone was very rude and treated me like I do not know anything about my car. I love this store but if this keeps happening, I may have to go somewhere else.

Larry is the man, one of the best shops to buy performance parts from in the GTA. Always thorough in what they offer and parts come on time!

Been buying HID kits from here for years as I'm a business and buy for my clients vehicles. Mostly decent experience until last few times. I get quoted one price and then when I arrive to pick up, the price changes (of course higher) Few times I ate the cost because mistakes happen. But this last time whoever I spoke with was obnoxious, talking to me like I don't know what I'm talking about and just plain rude and willing to lose my business. Honor what you quote over the phone! Fine with me there's other places, but I won't go here anymore.

This used to be my one and only stop for performance parts when I had my sc400. They had the best prices and customer service at their old location. I recently went there and they weren't rude, but I didn't feel the love like I used to

Parts in stock, then upon arrival and driving 1 hour to get to this shop for some reason that part that was just in stock was no longer there. Think first before dealing with kids

The new shop is much bigger same address different unit. Prices are competitive. Service is fast.import car owners favorite place

Beware, all sales are final, even if they sell you broken product! Don't buy from this company!
