JSS arrived on the scheduled date to perform a winter shutdown. They are very professional including the invoicing. We will be asking JSS to install our Xmas lights, and to service our water sprinkler system next year. Very good service.

The team is professional and knowledgeable. We received great advice on where to have sprinklers and where watering tubes were better. We’ve used them for four years and they do opening and closings every year and replace parts when needed.

Technician was very efficient. Completed the spring opening of our sprinkler system and made a few repairs (replace sprinkler heads and moved one sprinkler head to a different area that was more efficient). Very professional.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of amazing. James, Johnny and the two fellows who did the installation of the system (sorry, I did not get their names) are knowledgeable, polite, responsive, accommodating, helpful, and have great attention to detail.

We needed a backyard irrigation system installed on a short timeline and James came out very quickly to inspect and quote on the project. Johnny answered my questions on a Saturday afternoon to ensure I understood everything. They were very understanding when we had to postpone from the originally agreed upon date because our landscapers had a hiccup preparing the garden beds and lawn even though we gave them no advanced notice. In addition to this, they replaced a leaky hose in our front yard dripper system and relocated the rain sensor from its original location to a better one on the eavestrough and changed the dead battery. They didn't charge us to do any of these extra things. Such exceptional customer service! I will be recommending them to our friends and neighbours. I never write online reviews but felt compelled to take the time to share our experience as it was such a positive one.

As a side note, we haven't used the system yet (and won't until the spring) but I am 100% confident that even if there is a problem that JSS Irrigation will be able there to help us through it.

I had a great impression of JSS Irrigation Management from my first email with Joe, the president of the company. He was very quick to respond to all emails, knowledgeable and easy to talk with, and provided a very competitive quote to install a residential irrigation system. I appreciated his quick responses to all questions. The team that came to install the system (led by Johnny) was very professional. The install was far quicker than I expected (done in 1 day) and Johnny and his team provided all the necessary information about operating the system. The lawn was left in a remarkably good state after the install. There were a few heads that had issues right away, but in less than 1 week Johnny was back to fix the minor issues. All of my interactions with JSS staff have been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Our existing sprinkler company (past 20 years) couldn't figure out the problem with one zone and wanted to run a full new line at significant expense. I called JSS and they were able to find and repair the leak very quickly. They are very professional and reasonable. Needless to say, JSS is who we will be using going forward - they have definitely earned our business. Highly recommend.

I had to get a sprinkler head repaired. Braedon & Nilton showed up right on time. They were both polite and personable. They were professional and had the repair done efficiently. They cleaned up and tested the system. The adjusted the new head to insure it was spraying correctly. You won't be disappointed with this company. 5 stars for sure!

Joe, the owner came out for a quote, very professional, informative, and reasonable.

Installation happened weeks earlier than expected, with Johnny, the site manager, giving me all the details and his contact info, before setting up his crew and then moving on. Johnny was personable beyond reasonable expectation.

The crew, led by Owen, was diligent and motivated. Stayed working at a good pace hand digging in nearly 40 degree weather in wet clay; impressive. Owen seemed an exceptional teacher for the other worker, instructing them in all the nuances and benefits of an installation that went beyond what was necessary and which built in redundancies for unseen future issues or happenstance. Impressively positive attitude considering his work was equivalent to digging a trench in the first world war.

Owen made sure I was happy with everything before leaving and another fellow (sorry, forgot your name!) ran through all the features on the control panel.

A couple days later, the main water line cracked and Johnny responded within minutes on a Sunday night. Someone was out the next day.
About a week later, it happens again. Again Johnny responded in minutes and set up a repair for the following morning.

Joe, the owner, noticed a recurring issue at my place and showed up to make the repair himself with what looks like a commercial fitting for the plumbing. No issues since.

In short, great crew, great owner, great irrigation system. What else is there to say?

We've used JSS after a bad experience with some other company that delivered a bad quality install on our lawn. JSS addressed all our issues and did agree it was a bad instal. They took care of us and fixed everything properly. Ever since we've been recommending them to anyone who is considering installation of an irrigation system.

We reached out to a few companies to quote on our in-ground sprinkler installation. JSS was not the cheapest but we went with them because they responded and seemed genuinely interesting in getting the job. We can't say enough good things about Johnny. He was always quick to respond to emails and texts. When we emailed him about a leak he was onsite within the hour to actually fix it. Just great customer service. We love our new sprinkler system.

In the spring, I reached out to many different companies. JSS was the first to respond and sent someone out for a quote the very next day. A week later, another company finally got back to me. But I said we are already working with JSS. He asked me why I wouldn't want another free quote. Jay came by and he was so informative, so helpful and so nice, that we were happy to continue working with them, even though they charged for an initial visit. At the end of the year, they contacted us about closing the system. I'm so glad they did or else our pipes would've burst. Even the pool company we work with don't make sure that we have our pool closed before the winter comes. We are so happy to work with JSS and recommend them to everybody we know!
