Every order took around a hour to come out. Currently on 45min waiting for just rice. Staff keeps saying they will go find out why and then I wait another 20min for food. Food comes out old half the time. Definitely won't be coming back. Go to beyond instead!
Really great food and reasonable prices. The kids loved getting the food delivered by the robot cat, and it even sang Happy Birthday to my daughter and brought her a slice of cake. We made the rookie mistake of ordering WAY too much food, and they do charge extra if you decide to take it to go. Just a heads up - I'd suggest ordering a little at a time so you don't make the same mistake! They were honest about it though, and I understand why they have that policy. Still a great experience, will go again!
The food was okay but definitely not worth the price. The sushi was in line with loblaws sushi, the food took a long time to get to our table, along with us not getting some stuff and being passed along other people's food, and it took a long time to get our waters refilled.
Food was okay. Our first order took roughly 20 mins for half of it to come out. After waiting 55 mins the rest of it never came so we ordered more. The staff didn't really seem to want to talk to us. It is pricy of 35 a person for dinner during the week. Will most likely come back but weird that no one checked on the food we waited for.
Waited an hour for dried-out beef teriyaki And chicken fried rice and when my friend and I asked where are food was the guy said nothing and walked away. Will not eat here again
This is a good place to go for a night out with friends, or to treat yourself. The food is always good; I recommend the tiger rolls.
My only complaint is that there's one server here that always seems to be inconvenienced by customers; I find her poor attitude to be quite unprofessional.
It's really gone downhill since covid.they started using paper plates with some of their dishes with all you can eat dining. Smaller portions while also the decrease of quality and care there once was. It's really sad to see a gem turn to coal. I hope they improve in the coming years because it's no longer my go too.
Service was interesting, food was good as usual, kitty robots to serve your food was new. We almost made off with someone else's food as we had not been told how it works. Once getting the hang of Kittybot it was an enjoyable lunch.
The restaurant is filthy, or at least it gives off "the floors never get cleaned" vibe. The service is pretty hands off since they have robotic servers to serve food. It's ok. I like the other sushi restaurant in North Bay way better (Beyond Sushi). Food is great and staff are friendlier.
Order take out on app, they tell me 20 mins. Got there a few minutes late, was told my food was only going to be two mins by employee. Ended up waiting a half hour, nearly an hour wasted of the start of my Friday. Wouldn't be mad if they were just honest about setting expectations on wait time but was lied to twice. No apology, nothing at all from staff. Ruined my mood, not coming back. Beyond is a lot closer to me anyways.
Used to love this place. Not anymore. Some of the Indian staff is SUPER disrespectful. Talking trash with each other while staring at you. Constantly giving dirty looks. You guys get paid from our pockets. Show some respect ️
It’s sad when the robot servers are doing a better job than the employees. I had to explain to different tables how the robot servers work because there is zero instructions and people were trying to take all the food off of the robot. Besides that, half of the food we ordered never even got to us. Out of an order of 3 items, 1 item came to us. All I’m saying is if McDonald’s has a better chance of getting all my food to me, there’s something wrong. Every single time I go to this place there’s just something wrong and half our food never gets to us, there are better options in North Bay for sushi.
Asked where the sashimi was they said it was frozen that I had to wait 20 minutes. That was already at the 40 minute mark waiting and then when we bugged they finally brought it at 45 minutes. The sashimi wasn't frozen and we confronted them about it. They said it was busy that's why. If your gonna lie to your customers at least be smart. 1 hour to get your order is not acceptable. We will not be coming back.
