Great experience. Had them do a quick SSD install and dealing with opening my laptop and it's tough screws. In the end, they waived the cost! Highly recommend JTG Systems.

Had a loose screen on my Apple Watch, they checked it out because an expanding battery might be pushing out the glass. But the battery was OK and they applied some adhesive and quickly and inexpensively fixed my problem. Very happy.

The technicians were extremely helpful and timely. Due to the severity of the problem they facilitated the transfer to their partners and nearly 100% of the data were recovered. Out of 4 GB, only 3 tiny files were lost. That is astounding. They saved the day and nearly 10 years of work. Bravo to you all!

We recently had our old macbook pro cleaned up by jtg systems, they upgraded our hard-drive and memory for surprisingly cheap.they noticed upon giving it back that our battery was running out of life and we needed a new one, they sent us the link to order a new one as this would be the cheapest option for us and put it in for free since we were already charged for service. ON TOP OF THAT! The replacement charger we ordered from a different company was malfunctioning and they told me to borrow theirs until we had it sorted. If i could give 6 stars i would. Thanks guys!

Very kind and knowledgeable, I had no problems getting the thermal paste redone on my PC quick and easy. The owner and staff try to do everything they can to help you with whatever your unit needs and are quick to let you know if the problem is outside of their expertise, however rare that may be. I was shocked when I saw so many positive reviews, as people cannot usually agree on anything! But they were right!

This place is BY FAR the best place I've taken my PC to. I was expecting to lose my computer for a few days. I came in, they did diagnostics and knew what was wrong in like 5 minutes. Told me they'd have it fixed in an hour and a half. I walked out excited about same day pick up.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Plus the cost was way less than I budget for! Highly recommend.

They even fixed my last shops error at the same time. These guys are stellar!

John was amazing and did not give up on a difficult drive. Ultimately it was too damaged, but he did send me to another company that specializes in data recovery only. In the meantime John installed a new solid state drive that is 20 times faster.

JTG Systems does what they promise - fast service at a reasonable rate! What I like about the company is that I always feel comfortable talking with the experts, they are polite and friendly.

I'm not a computer pro, but I'm more skilled than the average user. I've used JTG twice when something was beyond my ability and have been completely satisfied with the knowledge, service time, price and customer service both times. Won't hesitate to recommend or use again.

Best spot to get your devices fixed. They are hella awesome. They will literally text or even call when your device is done and it doesn't take a month or two to get your device back and if you have any questions they are quick at responding back to you without any hesitation like other other places.

Most of all they will tell you exactly what is wrong with your device and if they find something else wrong with it, they will tell you and it's up to you if you want them to fix it or leave it as is for you. They let you decide on what you want to do and you can call them back or even text with whatever decision you make.

I want to Thank You guys for fixing my son's Ipad once again. I will definitely come back if I ever need my phone or laptop to be fixed.

Such a pleasure to deal with this small business. They are knowledgeable, personable, quick and reasonably priced. They also keep you well informed throughout the process of repair. I drive 30 minutes out of my way and past other computer repair shops to visit JTG.

Very personable and friendly staff. I called in, panicked that my phone died and not only was it affecting my personal life, but also precluded me from being able to work. Was in the store within an hour or so, and they worked on it immediately. I was out the door a 1/2 hour later! Great service, reasonable in cost.highly recommend to those requiring phone/computer repairs.

I called this company to see if they could upgrade/ improve laptop I bought in 2005. They had me bring it to them, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and called me when it was ready. Within one day I had a new hard drive and upgraded software that made it like a brand new laptop for a fraction of the price. Great experience!

If I could give less than one star I would. Brought our perfectly functioning iPad there with a cracked screen. Paid $110 to fix it. Picked it up the same day and brought it home to find it was not working at all. Wouldn’t hold a charge and kept resetting itself. Brought it back the next day and they promised to fix it. A week went by with the team at Jtg systems lying to us, promising to fix it, only to return it to us a week later. They refunded us for the cracked glass, put a different (more damaged piece) of glass back on it. In the long run they paid us $40 for breaking our iPad, gave it back with the glass in worse shape than it was when we initially brought it in and told us they can’t fix it. They were smiling about it giving it back. A bunch of total clowns over there. Don’t trust them with any of your electronics

Best place to go to get your phone or computer or anything electronic fixed. They are quick, do some of the best work I’ve seen and there honest people, they don’t give you the run around saying it this or that to make more money they’re right straight to the point of what's wrong with it and how to fix it.

When I realized I had a bulging battery in my laptop, I dreaded dealing with a repair place, but there's no choice due to the dangers of dealing with a damaged lithium-ion battery.

Glad to see I could make an online request for a quote, I submitted one on Sunday. I didn't expect to hear back until Monday morning at the earliest, instead I got a reply Sunday, early evening, and was told that if I provided the new battery, they could quickly swap out the batteries for me for a very reasonable price.

I found a good deal on a replacement battery and brought battery and laptop in to the shop. The guys were great, and in less than half an hour my old (and dangerously bulging) battery was off to be safely disposed of, and my laptop was back in safe working order. And they charged me LESS than I was quoted.

Very satisfied. Will absolutely go out of my way to bring future broken tech here, and send my friends.

Oh, and I also appreciate the mask requirement.

5 stars! Had an issue with cell phone charging. Had already checked around at other repair shops which suggested that issue couldn't be fixed. Left the phone with JTG Systems for an hour and the issue was resolved. Would highly recommend.

I brought my macbook pro in to reinstall OS X as I had deleted the partition on it. John was super helpful and informative on how he was able to reflash the firmware and get it up and running again. As well as, install a new SSD to make it fast once again. Overall, I greatly enjoyed the experience at JTG Systems and will happily recommend it to anyone that has/is experiencing issues with their computer or mobile phone.

I contacted JTG due to a router issue we were having. The help that I received was top notch. Walking me through the installation and set up of a new router was more than I had expected.

Fantastic work. My main work computer has been neglected for a couple years. Fans were seized, full of dust, over heating, shutting down and noisy as hell. I've been working on computers for 35 years and have always built my own computers, but I simply have not had the time to take care of this one. I brought it to JTG and they identified the issues instantly and repaired it right away. I had it back in less than a day working beautifully. I couldn't have done better. Very affordable, very professional and quick. I highly recommend them.

John Gallie is absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome when I enter their doors, and my social anxiety is surprisingly manageable because I know that I am in good hands and in a positive space. Not to mention the ridiculously low prices they offer on services that are easily in the mid to high hundreds of dollars. I have never met such an outstanding guy who, after magically fixing the impossible, turns around and offers to place your printer or other items in your vehicle for you. If that's not going the extra mile, I don't know what is.

Just picked up my laptop after getting it fixed today here. The owner is really professional, friendly, and just overall great.

These guys were quality, not only did they fix what was wrong with my computer but I had dropped it off on a Friday and since they are closed on the weekend; he offered to hand deliver it to my house. If you need any pc help, these guys will help you for sure. 5 stars.
