This is my first occasion working with Jukebox Print, but after this experience it definitely won't be my last! I had a last minute request to make some stickers to give as a memorial gift to friends and family who will be attending my 29 yo son's Celebration of Life this coming weekend.

Even though my request was super last minute (as in, I first contacted them yesterday for info and had no clue what would go into making stickers), Jukebox Print has been so responsive and helpful (and fast!) in making sure I can pick up the stickers I ordered, before I have to leave town today to get to the Celebration.

From Taryn - the customer service rep in Ontario who has been super-kind in assisting me via email & chat, and as a liaison with the Vancouver team producing my stickers - to the production team here in Vancouver who are (as I type) preparing my order. I have had nothing but stellar customer service with a can-do and caring, very professional manner across the board.

As you can imagine, it's an emotional time for me and Jukebox Print has done nothing but show me they are more than happy to do their best to help out a customer (a new one at that!) as quickly as possible, to the best of their abilities.

I would give 10 stars for the service I've received so far if I could - but I'm quite confident that I will end up wanting to give an extra 10 stars once I receive the stickers themselves.

Jukebox Print has already proven they're *that* concerned with helping their customer. And mine is just a little one-off request! I feel sure the quality of their product will more than live up to the example they set with their service. Thank you Taryn and the Vancouver production team, most sincerely, once again!

Second edit to add a photo: We all love the stickers made by Jukebox Print! The attendees at my son's Celebration of Life appreciated them a lot, and I just wanted to share how one person used a sticker to honor my son - please see photo attached; the sticker is circled in blue - a picture of my son and text is "Brennan Fraser Forever".

Jukebox is fast. The quality is outrageously good. But most of all, there are humans behind the scenes that will catch your errors and offer you tips. Do not underplay this last point. These peeps are just fantastic. Pleasant, forgiving (!), and thoughtful about the use case and intended result.

I have used Jukebox for a number of different corporate events (off-sites, and team summits), and have tried many different sticker types and ink combinations they offer. They're all top-tier quality! In my personal experience at a sticker-obsessed company (Amazon) the Jukebox-printed stickers have been a huge hit. From hologram, super matte, to transparent - they all come out looking great.

When I pivoted to selling my work online in the summer of 2020 I turned to Jukebox Print to up my packaging game and I haven’t looked back since! Jukebox has such a vast and beautiful collection of paper stocks and inks that I was able to thoughtfully customize my branding materials exactly as I envisioned them, and I’m thrilled with my packaging today. The tactile quality of the card stocks and the crispness of their prints remain unmatched compared to every other printing company I’ve worked with over the years and the production quality from one order to the next has always been consistent for me. I also feel really confident about my work timelines every time I go in to reorder branding materials because the turn around times posted on their website are always accurate and efficient.

Perhaps most importantly, their customer service is top notch in my personal experience. I’ve had the chance to work with them over the phone a few times, and I’ve always felt heard and supported when I had questions or concerns that needed some troubleshooting. For instance, last fall I had an issue with a mail carrier losing an important order, and the customer service person I spoke with was really kind and courteous and even offered an order replacement free of charge. An unsung hero — you have no idea.

Jukebox did an amazing job on my order for custom magnets. I had a pretty tricky ask and they still delivered with an exceptional product. I cannot post photos of the finished product but they were accurate to the design I wanted. Our giveaway was a huge success thanks to this.

I have been dealing with Jukebox for a long time and have ordered tons of products from them for my small business. Although the work they do has been great, it seems that things have been getting worse in the past few weeks/months:

- the recycled stock I have been using for years is suddenly no longer an option

- prices for the items I order often have jumped a whopping 24% since the beginning of 2023

- they package their business cards in branded boxes that are three times too big and definitely not eco-friendly and recently started refusing to package them in simpler boxes (blind packaging)

- a whole batch of stickers had streaks/marks on them and was still shipped to me, denoting a lack of quality control

- my latest order is taking more than double the estimated production time

I’m disappointed with the decreasing quality of service at Jukebox. My latest order will be my last.

I made 2 orders from this company. It took a while to get my sticker right. The pricing is about 40% too high. When I tried to show loyalty and for them to lower the price. They don't price match.

I actually use 2 different companies to do the project. The other company made the exact sticker for much less.

This company is too expensive, shop around.

I ordered business cards. They are wonderful, I love the card stock it was printed on, the quality is exceptional and the packaging is amazing

I randomly ordered the spot UV business cards to see how they'd come out and they are just awesome! The quality was far and above what I got from other places and at a reasonable price. Jukebox will be getting all of our business from now on.

The ordering process was sooo much easier than using other online sticker business card templates. Great "chat" feature and Katrina helped us out and made the ordering process so smooth. We haven't seen our finished cards yet, but are really impressed so far!

The service has always been good but Emily and Katrina deserve a dedicated shout-out for going above & beyond in recent months with complex queries, group shipping, and generally being ahead of (rather than just 'on') the ball

Found Jukebox after ordering stickers from Vistaprint, and looking for a better price. I came across Jukebox and was shocked at their pricing, and the quality is 100x better! Customer service is amazing, they respond almost instantly. I have dealt with Katrina and she is fantastic! We only purchase our stickers from Jukebox now, plus it is always a huge plus to be able to support local!

We were a little concerned when an order for business cards we placed hadn't arrived by its estimated delivery time. Luckily we had a few days to spare before we needed them, so we contacted Jukebox. They were incredibly professional and worked to make sure that we received our order as soon as possible. We received the cards within 24 hours of contacting them, and the print quality was top notch.

I ordered for 160,85$ of stickers for an UNIQUE event and I don't received my stickers.
They did an investigation (that's normal for that) to know where exactly is my order.
After that they contacted me to say that I can have a refund but my bank account was closed due to a fraud.
They asked me 2 proof about my closed account, for security reasons and to open an investigation into whether it was possible to refund to another method of payment. The verdict was NO.
They decided to not refund me on my new account, the "only way" for them to fix this issue was to give me a store credit.
Even if I explained to them that I'll not use this store credit cause I needed them for only ONE TIME, they didn't want to find another way to refund me.
So I lost 160$ and I feel ripped off.
I advise against.

I had some unusual cards to get printed, and they really worked with me to understand what I wanted- and deliver it! They came out so well! It was wonderful to work with them.

Printing stickers poses its challenges, because different companies have different requirements. I originally went to my go-to company that I'd choose for printing and packaging but their sticker capabilities were too limited and they couldn't make anything close to what I wanted. After a little bit of research, I found Jukebox and decided to give them a try. The online help articles are great, their customer service on the phone and via email is prompt, courteous, fast and helpful, and the (matte) sticker sheets I ordered are amazing! The quality turned out way better than I expected, and the stickers are durable and hard to rip (unlike most normal stickers). The order and shipping was fast too and the quality has really exceeded my expectations. Will continue to order all sticker sheets through them and potentially other products. Keep up the great work Jukebox team!

They made sure that the large order of business cards for our company was perfect before printing, and they took the time to keep me updated throughout the whole process. I was looking to have wedding invites done in letterpress and came upon Jukebox Print. I needed some last minute stickers to use as a prop for a short film and Jukebox Print saved the day. The stickers that I ordered were very high quality! Great service from start to finish. We ordered our greeting cards and custom hang tags for the first time with Jukebox. Really liked their ordering system where we could play around with paper stock and quantities to find the best value for what we were looking for. I was unsure about the type of paper, so I went to their office to pick up some free samples. Staff was very friendly. Delivery was free because we picked up from their Toronto office, and the quality of the prints was very good. Will be ordering from them again.

One word - TERRIBLE! Won't colour match, and will send you thousands of business cards in the WRONG colour (a colour that they made up), that is nowhere NEAR the pms supplied! Don't waste your money as they don't fix their mistakes!
